Ok so let me just say I rarely go to a mall to shop and my reasoning is valid, it is never a good experience! With that said, my family bought me a shirt that did not fit so I had to return it. I went to the men’s area to see if I could make this an easy in and out. Ha what was I thinking??? I went to the first cashier station I found. The woman was helping a young girl you she apparently got her to sign up for a credit card(commission). She stopped and told me(yes told me) to go over to another cashier who had a line of 4 people deep. Ok, I did as I was told… Once I did get through the line, just after the cashier told a women who wanted to exchange a pair of pants that he would meet her over in the Polo section as soon as he could. When I asked to exchange my shirt, he directed me over to an area to find the replacement. Once I went there I realized the brand of my shirt was nowhere to be found. As I wondered around the men’s department, I finally found what I was looking for. I went back to the cashier and he was no where to be found. I walked around and decided to just stand at a cashier station until someone showed up. Well low and behold, the woman cashier shows up and asks if I need help??? No ma’am I just stand around with clothes in my arm at an empty cashier station!?*&%$%$ She was rude, rude, rude!!! He was really unhelpful unless you were a young women, my guess that is where he went and leaving his post. That is the last time I will ever buy from Macy’s and will definitely never return to this store! This is a women who needs to run, not walk away from the service industry. The man needs to learn what service means and help men as well as women.

Very nice selection. Great value. Wonderful service staff. It is the right size store-not overwhelming like center city. But there is a lot to love in the philly store too.

The staff was helpful, however their return policy is made me have to spend over a half an hour to return one $ 30 sweater. They were very kind as they dealt with this, because it seemed that the issue was not something that they could deal with, but something that a higher up manager had to deal with me, so that was very nice. Whether or not this was true, who knows. I just know that in the end, I ended up getting my funds back, and left as a happy customer. I’ve always liked Macy’s, and this particular store did not disappoint. It’s set up was a tad odd and hard to navigate though. That whole mall is the way it is set up though, So I don’t think it is Macy’s fault. So I am sure that I will return as a customer, however their coupon policy regarding certain items and exclusions may keep me away.

Great selection of furniture, mattresses, area rugs and outdoor furniture. Very knowledgeable staff that is customer focused! Next time your in Exton Mall I encourage you to stop in and check it out!

My wife and I ordered a new couch from the Macy’s in store furniture department. The style was right and the price was half what competitors charged for similar models. The sales transaction was slow but pleasant. We ordered the stock fabric, but we were told the item would not arrive for two months due to backorder. Macy’s arrived for delivery on the scheduled date outside the scheduled time and with the wrong couch. The delivered couch was heavy, small, and a truly repulsive color. Customer service told us again since the couch was this could not be corrected for another two more months. After another confusing attempted delivery of the separate chaise piece, contacting customer service to avoid holding charges, and another delivery delay, we finally have our couch. The deals and sales look great in store, but they over promise and under deliver. Save yourself the hidden hassles and shop elsewhere.
