Where do I start? I hate to leave negative reviews, I really do. My wife and I went there to make a major purchase of a washer and dryer. The people in the store were helpful and courteous. The sales rep was really pushing the extended warranty. The cost was too high to get it. Up to this point the process was good. Then came delivery. It was a five day wait which was a bit disappointing. Most stores offer next day or 2 day. They gave us a window for Monday morning. They showed up on time. Gold star. They proceeded to bring the washer and dryer into my living room set them down. The gut then tells my wife that someone at their center forgot to put in the proper tools and parts so they can’t install the washer and dryer! Here is where it gets stupid. They tell us the soonest they can get back is Thursday. I explain we will be on vacation. He states to call the store and they might take some money off. They get in the truck and LEAVE. So we now have a washer and dryer in the middle of our living room. I called customer service 5 times to get a call back from someone who can get out here and fix this. Nothing not a single returned phone call. I call the store and they were nice to deal with but they were getting ignored by the delivery people as well. Worst experience ever and to date nothing has been done. There are plenty of other stores that I can spend $ 1300.00 at and will be treated far better. Avoid at all costs. Go to Home Depot or Lowes.
