9⁄11 of my cheesesteak pilgrimage (see my list!)
Ok, all I did was come in and order a cheesesteak to go, so this review is solely based on that experience. No pizza involved.
There was a horrible winter storm the morning I came here, and I was surprised Jack’s was even open. Maybe it was this that caused the guy working to allow me to use my credit card even though I didn’t meet the minimum. Score! More reward points!
Best part of this steak was the bread, which was soft and chewy. Every other part was pretty average… it would have been nice to have a bit more to munch on, but that may have just been a form of compensation. I guess it’s enough to cure a craving, but nothing special overall.
