If i could give this zero stars, i would in a heartbeat. When it comes to the food, it was typical pizza hut, no complaints there. What this review is really in regards to is the GODAWFUL customer service. I am still completely blown away at how miserable of an experience we just had– I fully cannot comprehend how one person who’s job centers around customer service, could be so ignorant and rude. I can’t remember her name and she wouldn’t give it to me once everything happened, but she has pinkish/purpleish hair– so it’s not like you can really miss out on who it is. We placed our order for a $ 5 Flavor menu– pizza, breadsticks, and wings. The woman we initially dealt with on the phone(who was the same person this review is about) was pretty rude taking the order but we brushed it off and my boyfriend went to go pick up the order. He met the same woman at the counter, who handed him our order, had him sign his credit slip and stood at the counter as he left. Once he got home, i noticed that we had the pizza and the breadsticks but no wings. My boyfriend called the place back and we honestly just wanted to see if we had been charged for them(we did) and if they could either deliver them to us or if we could just drive back to get them. Except we never even got to that point in the conversation because about 10 seconds into the phone call, i could hear a woman yelling at him on the phone to the point where it caught my attention. My boyfriend looked so confused because he had simply and CALMLY explained that he ordered these things and didn’t have the wings. She was going off on him and patronizing him, telling him that he should«know what you ordered and it’s your fault for walking out of the store without them». At this point, i took the phone from him to find out what the hell was going on. I asked what her issue was because we were just trying to figure out our order and this was seriously no way to speak to another human being, let alone a customer.(Mind you, i’ve been in customer service, i’ve worked in restaurants and bars, i know what it’s like to deal with people but we were honestly so relaxed about the situation and she jumped down our throats like a maniac.) I asked to speak to the supervisor, in which she told me she was the supervisor, and hung up on me. I called back just to get her name because at this point it was ridiculous and a different girl answered who claimed she didn’t know the name of who i spoke with and that their supervisor’s name was Yuri. The same woman came back on the phone, with the same crap attitude, and i asked her for her name and she told me she«has no name» and started going off again to which i just hung up. So at the end of all of this, we’re out $ 5, with no wings, and a terrible experience. I understand having bad days as a worker, i understand we can’t all be rays of sunshine– but i honestly don’t know what is so wrong in this woman’s life that she needs to treat people this way and it’s a shame that she’s in the job she is. My advice to her– maybe pick up a job as a janitor where you deal with zero people.

I am usually not a big fan of pizza Hut. But this location serves really great pizzas. All the toppings were fresh and tasted great. $ 14 for 2 medium size pizzas(any number of toppings) is not bad at all. Way way better than $ 12 for 2 medium 2 toppings pizzas that dominoes offers. Totally worth the 2 extra bucks.

I used to love to order from this location but the most recent order I made completely changed my views. I ordered about $ 12 worth of pizza, breadsticks, etc because I wasn’t trying to spend much. I used the mobile app and paid through credit card. I live only 8 minutes away and it took about an hour to get to me. I tipped the driver $ 5(a bit more than double 20%) and signed the slip while putting a slash through the tip. I eat my somewhat cold and mediocre food. Then later when I check my online bank statement I see I was charged $ 5 more than it told me on my order confirmation. Note: I’m in school and working an almost minium wage job so losing any money makes me angry. I called the location and very annoyed girl answered with a bit of an attitude. I explained my situation and was very confused. I told her I tipped with cash only and that it shouldn’t have charged me more than before. She insisted it was a «mistake» and then tried to hang up on me without offering me my money back! I asked for my money back and she avoided the question and told me I would recieve a discount on my next order… without taking any of my information. Then tried to hang up on me again. Being annoyed at this point I just said whatever and hung up. This angered me so much I haven’t ordered since. Keep trying to take money from under people’s nose thinking they won’t notice… someday it will blow up in your face.

As pizza huts go, this is a great pizza hut. It’s significantly better than the Coatesville one, and they let the dough rise well, not too greasy, and well made for pizza hut. I like the stuffed crust.

Way better than the West Chester, PA location. The manager Yuri? sp is very helpful anytime I’ve had an issue. I think at this point I’ve ordered so many pizzas that they know I like them piping hot, even when delivered, and that I will tip well when that happens also. In 10 or so years of ordering, I’ve only had three awful experiences, and the manager took care of me each time. Very good Pan Pizza’s, my favorite Pizza in Exton. It’s hard to get good pizza in this area.

Wont be going here again. I ordered a dinner box for delivery. The kid on the phone sounded very inexperienced and rushed, probably because they could have been busy. He tried to hang up on me before I could completely finish telling him my address. I’m waiting for the pizza for about 40 minutes before the delivery driver calls me. He asks me to confirm my address and then tells me I’m outside of their delivery zone but since I paid with a c/c he’d ‘give me an exception this one time’. He said he’d be there soon it would just take a few mins longer. 10 minutes later he calls to tell me he’s pulled into my complex and how to get to my building. I gave him directions and told him I was standing outside. 15 minutes later I go back inside, starving and cold from waiting on him. He calls again completely lost and I had to walk out to the next parking lot to meet him. My pizza dinner box was ice cold. I live right across the street from Immaculata college, I’ve had pizza hut deliver a couple times both to this address and when I lived on campus years ago. Now they don’t deliver, neither does the Pizza Hut in Paoli. Shame on them, the’re missing out on a HUGE market place between the college and several of the area’s huge apartment complexes including mine. That’s fine, I really like Pizza Hut especially because they offer stuff crust cheese and a better value, but I guess I’ll be taking all my business to Dominoes since they deliver. I’m a frequent customer that they will miss, also when I worked in hospitality I know for a fact they lost a TON of business from travelers and sports teams because of their limited delivery zones– we couldn’t refer them because they wouldn’t come out to deliver.

I’m not a huge pizza eater, but I do love Pizza Hut’s pan pizza crust. I was really sad when so many Pizza Huts closed down. But this night, I decided I wanted to some pan pizza(also, I noticed that I would be the first to review this place hahaha). I got a $ 15.99 combo. A medium pizza(3 toppings, sausage, mushroom and pineapple) and bone-in wings with honey barbecue sauce. Everything was delicious. My only gripe is that they forgot to give me the blue cheese dressing, as promised I did. however, get 2 servings of honey barbecue sauce. The lady that took my order on the phone was very, very helpful. She even remembered to ask me if I would like the barbecue sauce on the side because the wings might get soggy by the time they were delivered. How wonderful was that!!! Unfortunately, the delivery guy was kind of sullen. Although it really wasn’t much, I regret a bit the tip I gave him. Plus there is already a $ 2.50 delivery charge. I understand why they have to do it, but I don’t have to like it!
