I thought this was a very clever concept: create a downtown away from people that is full of shops. Ample parking– you could park along the street or in a larger lot. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to make it a true pedestrian shopping area(like the popular ones in places like Norway) and not allow cars to drive through. Tons of shops. Some quirky, some brand. I really liked the giant Old Navy and the Barnes & Noble had a huge selection(plus much needed air conditioning!). I didn’t think the prices were that much better than mall stores so I don’t think it was trying to be like an outlet plaza. I actually wasn’t sure what I would find when I saw it initially. The sign simply says it’s name, and my friend and I ventured up the street thinking that we would see an actual downtown. I think they could do with better advertizing to attract the mall crowd(it’s almost right across the street).
