Food is great as always, however the place needs to be cleaned. Tables were dirty, floors full of crumbs, trash and tray return area needs to be bussed more frequently.

Pretty standard Panera with the exception of this one being nicer and cleaner since it’s newer. Atmosphere: 4.5÷5 Employees: 4⁄5 Food: 3.5÷5 Pro Tips: 1) Try to eat your food fast as I’ve found this Panera’s food to get much colder than other’s… No idea how/why. 2) Didn’t realize until recently that the WiFi is limited to 30 minutes during peak hours(11am-2pm) on all non-mobile devices. 3) Lentil hummus = ONPOINT 4) Water cups already at the drink station. And, yup, lemons included! 5) For the most part, they’ll give you free bread at the pick-up counter if you ask. 6) Hope you not all #*itchdontkillmyvibe, but all of them scrumptious baked goods? All frozen, not fresh SORRYBYE.

Driving up to Panera today it looked packed. There were barely any parking spots near it and the inside was filled. That being said the staff was friendly and quick moving while taking orders. After ordering the food was ready extremely quickly as well. I ordered the pick 2 and got a cup of new England clam chowder and a bacon turkey bro a sandwich. The soup was very good no complaints there. The sandwich was thick and the sauce that was put on it made the bread get soggy and fall apart. Overall I would definitely come back to this restaurant.

I visit this panera everyday and get my food takeout every day almost and there’s not a day which goes by when my order is not messed up. Everyday they miss to put right sandwiches, side baguettes missing, soups wrong arrrrrrhhh. Cmon panera, food is so good but service people need to be FIRED. Everyday new issue… Everyday I get APOLOGY from panera guys. I had another bad experience, NEWMANAGERDEANMESSEDUPTHEWHOLEORDER, instead of egg in broth bowl, he put chicken, vow! He’s the manager. What can u expect from employees? Just now standing at panera on sept. 6th and my order is again MESSEDUP. I ordered Saba noodles Endmame and they made lentil with chicken. Totally RIDICULUS

Another disappointing visit to this Panera… three strikes, you are now out. My daughter’s grilled cheese was burnt on one side, uncooked on another. My Bacon Turkey sandwich had only a whisper of bacon on it. Husband said the Napa Chicken Salad sandwich was marginal… nothing spectacular. There is too much bread with these sandwiches. We all had a half sandwich and soup. Soup was okay but nothing I couldn’t make at home. For a kid’s meal, two half sandwiches and two soups, it’s hardly worth the $ 30 it cost us plus the gas to get there.

I ate here recently and got one of their new specials. It’s a salad that comes with a piece of the plate chipped in it. When I brought it to the attention of a staff member he told me it was probably the new dishwasher. No apology or concern. I will not return.

I was just here today. I got the strawberry chicken salad. It was wonderful but wish it had a tad more dressing. I arrived at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon and the people kept piling in the door in droves for the next hour and 15 minutes while we were there. I have never seen any thing like it. But I am new to Panera Bread. What I really liked to see was, the line was long(to the door) and two older, male managers stepped in to take orders. I felt like, «all hands on deck» and they were doing the very best they could to speed up the process. I, personally, like to see the managers working when its busy.

Nothing seems quite as satisfying as my weekend Panera breakfast routine! On the surface, it might seem pricey. However, for $ 15 my partner and I are just as satiated from a good cup of coffee(or two), a tasty asiago breakfast sandwich, and a shared bakery item(we choose a different one each week) than if we had gone to a diner and dropped $ 20 – 25! As an added benefit, it’s not nearly as crowded or loud as your typical weekend diner and with the lack of a waitress to push you out the door, there’s ample time to truly savor breakfast. Enjoy!

I was in the area visiting my bff and we wanted to get some Panera hazelnut coffee in us. We have a very wintry snow day and traffic was at a standstill. It however did not prevent us from making the trip which we’re glad we did because we found that the place was practically empty. I guess very few were daring enough to brave the snow. «Okay Melanie, stop digressing». Ok, ok. The place was clean. The coffee had the 8:20 time stamp which was perfect for us, we were there at 8:30. The service was very friendly. I just went for a refill and the coffee station has been updated to 9:15 which is good since that they were refilling despite not many people being in there. Good experience here.

The customer service is actually really exceptional and even though I’m a pretty picky and overly specific customer, they have never gotten my order wrong over the many many times I have been there in just the past two years or so. The caramel apple scone and the French onion soup are the two very best things on the menu and I could eat both everyday! I would go here everyday if my schedule and sanity allowed it.

Another chain with crappy food and service. It amazes me to see the droves of humans standing in line to eat this overpriced, poor quality food. I have tried this place three times now to see what all the talk was about and give it a fair review. Unfortunately I still can’t comprehend why people eat at these type of places and wait in line for so long. We as Americans have forgotten what good food and service is but we are willing to pay more for this sloppy food and service. No different then Wawa food. For the price I paid for macaroni and cheese and a turkey sandwich, I could have been waited on in a local restaurant and paid the same or less for better service and food. We have forgotten the pleasure of good food! If you truly enjoy the food and service, you have no idea what good quality food is all about.

I don’t always go to chain restaurants. But when I do, Panera is one of them. I’ve been to quite a few Pareras in the region. I love my Pick-Two’s. I love my free wifi. I love walking into one and knowing exactly what I will get(isn’t that the very reason we eat at chain restaurants?) But not here. Not this location. Last month I got Chicken Cobb with AVOCADO as the salad in my pick-two. Half way into my meal I realized there wasn’t any Avocado. So I went up to the pick up counter, they acted like they’ve been through it a thousand times and handed me a little bowl with a few pieces of avocado. So when I mixed it in with rest of the salad, it was just dry without any vinaigrette dressing. 2 weeks later, a co-worker wanted to go there again. This time I got the Mediterranean SHRIMP Couscous Salad. And guess what, there was no site of SHRIMP! I went to the manager this time, but again he wasn’t rude but acted like he’s seen it all the time. He went and got me a little bowl with a few pieces of shrimp. Again, it did not blend with rest of my salad. I would probably go there again for work lunches that are not by my choice. But when I do, I’ll make sure to check EVERYTHING before eating.

In general I love Panera and this franchise is pretty great too. I love the soups that they serve in bread bowls. I also really like their salads, very fresh and yummy. Always get courteous service too.

Always a great meal here. The thai chopped chicken salad is always fresh and the napa almond chicken salad sandwich is amazing! Wife always gets the black bean soup and the bakery items are always fresh(brownies are very rich, but worth it)! Only thing to note, they really do not make a lot of extra bread so if you go in after 8pm — they might be out of a lot of bread such as the baguette etc(for soup or your side). They usually will offer another choice they have on hand though as a replacement. Staff is very friendly and nice too. Oh and make sure to use your Panera member card, usually get a free cookie every other visit or so.

I travel a lot for work, so I eat out a lot, and Panera Bread is probably the place I eat at the most frequently. I’ve been to Panera Bread all over the country, but this one, unfortunately, is the one that’s closest to my house. The employees are all friendly and the food is good and relatively healthy, but… The sandwiches seem to be the smallest of any location, and I hate the fact that you have to wait for the barista to get hot water for your tea. It’s a dumb thing to judge the restaurant on, but it really bugs me. It also bugs me when I asked the just seems

Prior to my experience today, i was pro-panera all the way. Food really is delicious and portions are good. On this particular evening I was out running errands and my mother called me and asked me to pick her up dinner from panera, and she would order me salad along with her meal. I specifically asked for the steak and blue cheese salad with balsamic dressing on the side. My mother called the order in and I swung by Panera to pick it up. Upon my arrival, the manager(I inferred his position from his dress shirt, pants, and age– different from the other employees) read the order on the receipt, and it was wrong. My salad was not on there. They rung up a different kind of salad. I expressed this to the gentleman and even called my mother in front of him to confirm what the order should’ve been. Panera rang it up wrong. My mother did not order the wrong thing. I got a whole lot of huffing and puffing and the conveying of strong annoyance from the manager rather than an apology for the mix-up. You would’ve thought the place was packed and I was holding him up from something so important. Major ‘tude for such a little mix-up that wasn’t even my fault… No thanks. When I did finally get my order paid for, I brought it home and the bread was stale and the dressing was incorrect. A cherry on top of a very bad sundae. Er, salad.

No onion. Let me start off by saying I treat myself to a lunch out very rarely, and I was quite excited to do so. I ordered a Fuji chicken salad and an iced tea. With only one stipulation — no onions. That’s it. I did not ask for a Fuji chicken salad with no Fuji, light on the lettuce, a small amount of tomatoes, and please blend the Italian and the Blue Cheese dressing together. Just«no onions». They asked for my name, but when my salad was ready, they yelled«Fuji chicken!» I asked if it was the salad with no onions, and the fellow said yes. Sigh. The salad itself, once I removed the offending items, was quite good. Lots of chicken, very fresh spring mix lettice, yummy dressing. The tomatoes weren’t the best(do they grow pink tomatoes these days?), but it’s a bad time of year for those. It could have used a few more walnuts and gorgonzola cheese, but overall I enjoyed it. ‘Cept those darn onions left just a teeny hint of flavor on my salad. As a reminder. Yup.
