Ultimate Image Salon

While the staff is friendly my color and cuts have been very over-​priced and just not worth it. Cyndi and her staff don’t really listen to my requests and always tell me I need more services. Out of desperation I recently went to a different salon and was shocked by the improvement in my haircut and the better prices. I won’t be going back to The Ultimate Image Salon.

Very happy with my highlights by Katrina L. at Ultimate Image. I live in Baltimore, MD and prefer to make an appointment with Katrina for highlights when I am in the area. They always look great and grow out nicely. Before starting the process, she takes time to ask me about the look I would like to achieve. Looking forward to seeing her again in a few months.

Don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Literally the worst experience of my life. I had an appointment for today and went in excited to go from my blonde hair to a pretty caramel brown… What I got was a muddy dark dark brown color not even anywhere close to the picture I showed the stylist. Her attempt to «fix» it was to stick me back in the sink and throw some lightener on it. By the time I finally got up my hair was fried and an ugly duller color still no where close to the caramel brown I was hoping for. Then when I went to check out I stood at the front desk complaining about my less than satisfactory hair color and how much hair dye the stylist got ALL OVER MY FACE! I literally mean all over my face. Dark hair color two inches around my hairline, on my cheek, both ears, and my neck. ((I took pictures)) As I complained and pointed out all the dye on my face and the terrible color the lady behind the front desk told me «just leave»… Their is good news though. Avante on Main Street FIXED MY HAIR!!!

To sum up Ultimate Image Salon in one word… Amazing! If you want to look your very best, well than look no further because this is the place. Cyndi Grim will give you the best hair style hands down! Cyndi has been cutting my hair over the past 12 years and not once has she ever disappointed. I live about 3 hours away in the Washington DC area, so as you could imagine it is not a simple commute… but when I want to look my best I hop in the car and make my way up North to Ultimate Image Salon. I have tried some of the nicest salons around the Metro DC area over the years and have always come back to Ultimate Image Salon. The service there is top notch… down from the super friendly front desk folks to the cleanliness of the entire building. It is always nice to walk into a place and be greeted with a friendly warm smile and I know when I step outside I will look my best after Cyndi works her magic. I have many choices around me to get my haircut and styled, but Ultimate Image Salon is simply The Best!
