It must of been first timer’s charm. I ate here for the first time about 3 weeks ago after a dentist appointment. I loved how you could sample all the soups if you wanted before making your choice. The employees at this location were very nice and helpful. So far the lobster bisque has been my favorite. Yesterday however, the soups weren’t as memorizing as the first time. Maybe I’ll take a couple months break and try again.

Back again… Still delicious. My son requested Zoup since he’s home from school. The seafood soup is to die for and the grilled cheese is better than what mom made! Thanks for a great experience. (Don’t ever take the lobster bisque off the menu!)

I really enjoyed my visit here. The customer service was great and they were willing to let me try any of the soups I wanted to before I ordered. I purchased a combo that included a cup of soup and a half sandwich. I chose the crab & corn chowder and their Greek sandwich. It was delicious and I will definitely be back.

Excellent selection of soups. Friendly staff. I really like this place for lunch and my coworkers join me often. It’s quick and delicious food so it makes for a good lunch break option.

Went for lunch yesterday with my wife. This was the 4th time we’ve eaten there. It was very good. I had soup and a sandwich and my wife had soup and a half salad. Very tasty. My wife said the Beef Barley was better than she could make it. They have a great selection of soups and can accommodate the very different tastes of my wife and I. You can taste different samples which make it easy to make a selection. The staff is very friendly and professional and the restaurant clean. We will continue to eat there when in the area.

Service was sub-​par. Tried the sesame noodle bowl zoup The salt content was insane, could only handle one spoonful. Brought it to the counter and the servers attention. She apologized and said you can purchase another zoup. I said thanks but no.
Really this is just cheap bagged soup despite its branding. I can see why we were the only people in the restaurant.
My suggestion, goto the grocery store buy a bagged salad and a can of soup. Same taste, same service, but big savings.

The service in this place is questionable. I waited 25 minutes for my order. Had to remind the workers of my order. Many people who went after me received their food before me. I called up the restaurant to talk with a manager, he looked up my order told me I only waited 9 minutes, which was totally incorrect we got here at 12:50, ordered at 12:55, got food at 1:25. Someone clocked out our order early to make it seem like it was finished. Manager had me on hold to get my information. I hung up because honestly Panera has better soup, and the service wasn’t the greatest.
