When I went to IHOP, Fathers Day, the woman told me it was a 15 – 20 minute wait. 40 minutes later, I asked if our table was ready. The woman said, «15−20 minutes sir.» I was very unhappy with the wait time.

First, it took us atleast 10 minutes just to park. The waitress that asked for our names was nice. As we waited I noticed two customers enter and asked a waitress if they could be seated in her section. I paid close attention since we were next to be seated. We were seated after 5 minutes. The food was not that good. I asked for the bacon well done and had to ask for them to be taken back. We asked for coffee as soon as we sat down and didn’t receive it till after we started eating our food. Service was terrible. Also, my guest ordered the senior citizen breakfast and she received the pancake when she was almost done with her food.

It’s common knowledge that when it comes to «IHOP», you are dealing with a hit or miss location. Sadly, this location was a miss. It was a fairly clean IHOP, with friendly staff. But the food was eck… I ordered a waffle and scrambled eggs. The eggs were on the cold side and the waffle was as paler than us Irish folk. I asked the waitress for a new waffle and she returned again with an undercooked waffle. I’m sticking to Eggos from now on.

This is my favorite ihop I go here about 2 times a month. We love the sirlon dinner. Today the service was not that good. I wasn’t happy at all but when I went to pay my bill the manager asked how was my experience I explained how unhappy I was. She was amazing didn’t charge me and apologized. Also asked me to come back.

Oh no no no. Dirty and food taste bad as though all cooked in same grease. I wouldn’t touch syrup that stays on table in pour containers that anyone could put anything they wanted in the top. Open coffee carafes left on table as well. Server was fair. Save your money and go across the street to Gotham City Diner.
