Not the greatest Chinese food you’ll ever eat but they are super consistent and fast. Try the lo mein in if you are looking for one dish.

Most overrated Chinese food in fair lawn. Wayyyyyyyyyyyy overpriced and the food is low-quality. The only thing that is good about this place is its location. Did I mention… extremely overpriced. Order a $ 6 lunch special, and before you know it, it’s $ 10.

This place is not clean. I have observed food being left out and uncovered. I have seen the workers handling food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Even their Buddha statue is covered in dust. They seriously need to clean up.

Left the Paramus mall not too long ago, and wanted to go for some good Chinese and looked up this great gem. It’s in the shopping mall area so its not hard to miss. I usually go for my normal broccoli and chicken & it was a hit ! The broccoli was extremely fresh. I usually go for pork fried race instead of the plain white rice and this rice was delicious. Some other restaurants don’t put scallions in their rice, but these guys do and it just adds a little freshness to the rice which is nice. The chicken was nice and thinly sliced so it wasn’t a big mouth full of big chunky chicken. The brown sauce was sweet and went great with the broccoli and carrots. I ordered a side order of chicken wings, and they were just as good. It wasn’t expensive and tasted great. You can’t beat that.

I grew up in the vicinity and we would usually go to Lin’s House in GR or the place over by the Toyota dealership. My friend lives nearby and we ordered dumplings. When I was texting about it I told them to get the fried ones(because I often do) but usually I find they taste better even though its not that healthy. We got both steamed and fried to do a taste test. They give you 10 which is pretty generous considering here in Brooklyn they typically give you 6. I was skeptical but found the steamed ones to be way less bland then other ones i Have had elsewhere. You could actually taste the vegetables. The cream cheese wontons were good but I only ate one because you should probably only have one. I am curious to sample some of the other dishes fellow Unilocalers have mentioned.

Been to many Chinese food joints over the years, and Man Hing is by far the best. The food is always fresh and hot when I pick up or its delivered. The prices are hard to beat, and the taste of everything is amazing. I’ve been going here since it first opened. I moved away 4 years ago, and still order from here to go pick it up. I’ve introduced this place to friends and family, and they also travel from other towns to eat h ere. My favorites: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Boneless Spare Ribs, Vegetable Lo Mein, Vegetable Soup with Noodles.

Ordered 2 beef on a stick and 1 egg roll, got charged $ 16.48, which sounded right. Got 1 beef on a stick and 2 egg roll, told«That is right.»

Solid food and probably one of the best in Fair Lawn. The lo mein here is fantastic and not as a greasy as the other typical take-out chinese places. Lunch specials are a great deal with a plate of food w/fried rice and an egg roll or soda. Dinner combo plates are also solid and come with even more food! Oh and you can’t go wrong with their fried chicken wings. I’m not a big veggie guy but their veggies(i.e. broccoli especially) are fresh(minus the chopped carrots). No complaints here at all on the food. The décor is simple and has three tables available if you need to grab a quick bite but I typically do take-out. The counter is manned by the owner and another young woman who’s been there a few years. Manners aren’t great but they are quick and efficient, exactly the way you want it to be if you’re looking for quick and easy. Personally, i don’t mind it at all as I know they’re just keeping the store running.

If you are looking for your basic Chinese take-out, this is it. Nothing fancy but everything I have tried was good to pretty good. Sometimes, take out Chinese is too heavy/salty for me but I have tried this place three times and it’s been consistent. The chicken with black bean was tasty, fried rice is on point and sesame beef is moist and good. No complaints here!

This place to put it simply is not good. I ordered moo goo gai pan and there were literally three pieces of chicken and way too many mushrooms. The manager here was rude as well. Before I even reached the counter she asked me what I wanted, as though there is no thought process into selecting food. The wonton soup was passable but no way would I recommend this joint

The best chinese food in the area. This is my go to spot. The quality and authenticity is on point every time. Try to go there during dinner and you’ll see the amount of people waiting. This is a great sign. I love their shrimp with broccoli, wonton soup, beef lo mein, brown rice, boneless spare ribs… I’m getting hungry just writing about it. Do yourself a favor and try it.

The single nastiest manager/owner works here — When you order food — they make it the way they want — not the way you want. And, when they deliver and you get it wrong — although the driver said«yea, cook no hear what go on, because suppertime busy and he just make it.» at least he is being honest. But, when you call to tell the manager is incredibly rude, nasty, unapologetic, aloof, angry, uninterested and maintains a «so what-too bad for you we already have your money» attitude. THENHANGSUPTHEPHONEONYOU I got in the car to drive it back, but I found the driver in the parking lot, and gave him the food back and got my money back. Too bad there is no rating lower than one star — I would give this place 2 middle fingers up!

Sesame chicken is amazing. All white meat and perfectly cooked. I have never been a fan of egg drop soup(reminds me of snot) and my wife forced me to try Man Hings. It was amazing. I can’t wait to order it again. Chicken Lo Mein was cooked perfectly and was not over seasoned like most take out places. Loads of chicken and vegetables. Tasted very fresh. I would defiantly give Man Hing a shot.

I really don’t see what’s all the hype about this place from this place and also review from from fellow Unilocaler. This a typical Americanized Chinese Food place that serve the same thing as everyone else in NJ. Nothing to special and for some reason they are a little pricey also for food that is not really worth the extra cent. But if your hungry and want a quick bite I guess you can say this place is better than your local McDonald.

Good Chinese food. Plenty of rice options. There food can be a little greasy. Just tried Hong Kong Restaurant on River Rd and it was great. I’d recommend trying both to see which one you like.

Come here for fatty cheap Chinese food. Anything that involves a sauce has way too much of it. Egg rolls are greasy. Empire hunan over on broadway is probably your better bet. I only come to Man Hing because it is closer and has better prices. They are also pretty quick for the most part. If you are looking for quality this is not your place. I wouldn’t stop here for a family dinner either. This is way more of a takeout place than anything although there are a few tables and chairs inside.
