So glad, they are out of business in NJ. Got burned by them almost 2 years ago exactly like others say, too bad did not read reviews on time. But I’ve heard they operate in Florida too. Or might open up under different name anywhere, anytime. Be aware of anybody giving quotes over the phone without looking at the job and don’t sign anything beforehand.

Per Star-​Ledger article dated March 1, 2015, company banned by NJ department of consumer affairs for holding customers’ furniture hostage. Owners are Adam & Oziel Eliad, «gave customers quotes of $ 225 to $ 921 over the Internet, but demanded payments of $ 500 to $ 1665 once they had loaded customers property onto the moving trucks.»

Scam artists. They quote one price over the phone then charge another after loading your goods then will hold them goods hostage. They have been shut down in New Jersey

was quoted an estimate of $ 250 for a one room move. The movers were ²¹⁄₂ hours late, Additionally, the email i received for an estimate did not include travel time and documented the drop off points. i was billed $ 620 for a move that took an hour and received no support or resoultion when speaking with their management.
Stay away from these scam artists at all costs! My next stop is in small claims court!

Horrible experience. The movers were great guys. I told them my stuff didn’t need wrapped, they wrapped everything and charged me $ 300 for plastic and tape. I only moved 2 blocks away. When they got done they wanted to charge me $ 1500 for a move of only furniture, no boxes. They say they charge milage, when I told them I was moving two blocks they said oh, okay, so I assumed that meant it would be nominal. They mean milage from their warehouse, which they never disclosed to me. STAY AWAY they do not disclose charges. What should’ve cost me $ 500 ended up three times that much.

Just saw a
investigation on this company. Scam artist that jack up the prices on you after they loaded your belongings into their trucks and threatening people to pay up the surcharge in cash or else they’ll drive your things to a storage unit. They want payments in cash to leave no paperwork to let NJ know they’re doing nothing wrong. How can a $ 250 quote max turn into $ 1250?

Worst company ever! Buyer Beware! These people should be looked into by the better business bureau. They claim they charge $ 75 an hour but even with a small move like we had they charged us over 1100.00. This was not including any other items except for a few pieces of large furniture. The office staff does not help in any way nor do they have any customer service skills. Amanda who I spoke to claimed to be the supervisor and would not allow me to speak to the owner of the company to fix the situation. She then threatened to keep all of our furniture if we did not pay in full in cash. The move should have only taken 3 hours and was a 3 block move. When I asked what kind of an agreement we could make she refused to help at all and proceeded to put words in my mouth about what I told her employee. This business is a scam to get an unlawful amount of money from people. I do not know how they sleep at night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND CALL THE BBB!

and I was supposed to pay $ 75.00 for 1 hour as I had just boxes for a single guy with no furniture at all and moving within from East Rutherford to Jersey City in NJ (which is 12.4 mi and less than half an hour drive)
I had a confirmation email where hidden facts were not mentioned that min booking slot is for 5 hrs, elevator charge $ 200, staircase charge $ 200(for 6 staircase), $ 200 for transportation cost (their office to my home).
I ended up paying $ 1000.00 after lot of harassment. I was in complete shock didn’t know what to do I thought I was robbed in broad day light. Just want to let you know my experience so that no one is robbed in future by them.
Recently I came to know that they are running their business without license!
I always read reviews before I try something, unfortunately I missed this time! I had to pay for it!

Horrible, rude, dishonest! Was quoted at $ 75/​hr all included… ended up charging us almost $ 900 and wouldn’t release items off of truck until paid in full. Also said it was a 5 hr minimum when on the phone and email we were told no minimum! We had asked in advance about the moving charges (i.e stairs, etc) and the woman «Diane» on the phone said not to worry because we had an elevator. Well we were charged $ 150 to use our own elevator!!! Called while our items were being held hostage and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. We even had our email exchanges proving what we were told. Didn’t make a difference. They keep all phone numbers on file and will not pick up your call if you call to make a fuss. Also, we were told not to tip the movers because «We pay them a lot of money.» Said we could use credit card, turned out their credit card machine was «broken» — RIGHT! Makes me sick at how horribly dishonest these people are!!! DO NOT USE!

The moving guys were great — they showed up early to the start location, were very professional and packed all my stuff with care. There were multiple pick-​up locations involved and the entire move for a «one-​bedroom apartment» took about 7 hours to complete.
Word of caution — make sure you read all the fine print! My quote was for $ 75/​hr for 3 guys and a truck (which I thought was a steal!) but they charge a MINIUM of 5 hours and then charge for all the extra packing/​wrapping material used (blankets, tape, boxes, etc.) The wardrobe box they use is $ 25 alone. After I realized this, I made sure I watched everything, but it still came to about $ 150 in extra packing supplies. They HAVE to wrap all furniture (so if you don’t want to be charges, wrap your own).
When I booked the appointment, I made sure to tell them that there were multiple stops and asked if there was an additional charge. The woman that I talked to assured me that there wasn’t and that they charge by the hour, so extra stops aren’t a problem (I even called her back a 2^nd time to verify!). Yet, when I got the bill, they charged me $ 175 extra for multiple stops! When I talked to corporate, they didn’t care about what I had been told and told me that there was nothing that could be done.
In total, my move came to around $ 850. My issue wasn’t with the guys who moved us, it was with corporate and the person who booked my appointment. Next time, I’ll be sure to ask many more questions before I actually hiring the movers (and get things in writing) but in the end, it was worth it. Having to move all that stuff on our own would have take us SO much longer.
