I work from home and was unable to get on the internet. I was losing money by the minute and called A Better Computer Doctor. The girl who answered was extremely helpful by listening and getting me an appointment the same day. The tech was out to my house in two hours and got the problem solved in less than an hour. I had a virus blocking me from the internet and they cleared it right up. I have not had any more issues with it since and business is running smoothly. I will definitely use this company again.

I would never do business with this company again if they were the last computer repair company on earth! I only wish there was a way to give ZERO stars.
They were hired to replace our email server, and we were told that the email would be down for 4 – 5 hours. Three days later, our email is still not working, even though they «apologized» yesterday and promised that it would be functioning this morning, and I am unable to communicate with clients or complete very important business duties.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY UNFULFILLED PROMISES, SEVERE HEADACHES, AND AN INTERRUPTION IN THE CRITICAL FUNCTIONS OF YOUR BUSINESS!
