We really enjoy this place. The people are friendly and the drinks are reasonable. We would come here more often if they didn’t allow smoking inside.

Terrible experience. Will never return. They ALLOW SMOKING inside which isn’t only illegal but will have you leaving stinking of cigarette smoke and less healthy then when you entered. The bartender was very rude and disrespectful on top of that.

Harp’s was «OK». $ 5.75 for a draft of Sierra Nevada I felt was a bit much, and the almost $ 4 drafts of Budweiser was pretty ridiculous. I am a smoker, and was cool being to smoke inside without leaving your drink, but a few of the people I was with weren’t smokers. Many pool tables, even though I didnt play, looked enticing. And the bartender, after a conversation about «Kraken Rum» gave us a sample. Nice guy. Overall, I’d say it was average, I wouldnt plan to go there, but if it was an option, I wouldnt scoff at the idea.
