The upselling here has gotten out of hand, as well as the wait times. It’s time for me to find a new oil change place.

These guys are awesome honest and explained everything so I can understand! Very cool and great service and showed me all of the way down to my reverse light being out! Which I didn’t know! Great pricing and plus I can get all of my mileage records from them for my taxes!!! Greatness! I highly recommend these guys!!!

I usually go to this jiffy lube but today they had the goof troop working! The lobby had two other customers besides myself nothing unusual so normally it takes 15 to 20 min with the goof troop it took 75 min wtf! I did get a few laughs one guy was wearing a construction workers hard hat I think at one point maybe some air was sprayed at a few of them, I would look out the with Dow and they scatter like roaches from cars! Needless to say no one was leaving jiffy lube today lol when I finally did get to go the waiting room Was full! Lol good times

Had very good service at this location despite the shady accusations going on in the media about the company in general. Watch your personal belongings, they stole $ 20 or more worth of change in my car. VERY PETTY move, but not worth going back for. Maybe next time I’ll bring the guy some lunch so he doesn’t have to steal from customers.

My husband and I always take our oil change business to these guys, even if it is out of our way and leave happy every time.
Visited yesterday at 5:30pm. Travis went above and beyond by his courteous customer service. He topped off all of my car’s fluids and filled the car tires without me having to ask.
EVERY experience here is ALWAYS top notch!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Offered me water/​coffee when I got there. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I got here and still made it out in about an hour. No pressure to do any additional services yet they let you know what still needs to be done. Never had a bad experience at a jiffy lube! Even had a 15% off coupon via Unilocal :)

I like the little location that they have on the corner very nice set up very clean everyone was very nice and very accommodating I love the little fridge that they have with the water they were very quick and they’re very informative and I even got a coupon for my service today which was very nice when I checked in

Not very happy with service. The customer service was poor. Tried to charge me over $ 100 for a simple oil change. Didn’t reset my oil change indicator on dash screen. The guy at the counter was unable to explain clearly their confusing oil prices. Sorry but I won’t be returning.

The gentleman here at jiffy lube do a great job. They are kind quick and honest. I had my own air filters in the car, I was going to replace later and they installed them for me without asking. I really appreciate that. They make me want to return here for all my oil changes, and it’s hard to find a good place for auto work. Kudos to them.

If your looking to take care of your car and get truthful information on your vehicle this is your spot. Jiffy lube does a fine job of informing you of the suggested maintenance for your vehicle but it’s your responsibility to remember what you paid some other shop to due. With free diagnostic test and the option the reset codes to see if it’s a fluke you can’t loose. Ask for Marshall the manager he’s very easy to talk too and respectful if you have questions or concerns. Keep up the good work and thanks for taking the time to ensure my safety on the road.

I love this location. Been coming here for about a year. maybe longer. They are not as pushy as the other locations. Its there JOB to make a long sales pitch… I always laugh it off and say «k what do i actually need» and more times then not they say you dont NEED anything right now but its important to get these things done soon. Really quick and great customer service.
I lost my sticker that tells me my mileage from my previous oil change. I called yesterday and it took the guy less then 2 minutes to look me up and tell me my millage. Great customer service!

Great service, fast, Lisa helpful, Travis went out of his way to flag a maintenance issue and was able to replace a stripped nonstandard oil plug.

Price was good, service good; they tried to sell me an air cleaner but saw my expression and said it was probably fine. The up-​sell is common with all the oil change franchises. So be ready. The up sell is: brake fluid, rear end differential fluid, fan belt, radiator fluid, and transmission flush. The transmission flush I would not get at an oil change franchise, they don’t flush the torque converter, go to a transmission shop or dealer. And fan belts will get cracks, so don’t change if it has cracks, go by mileage. 100,000 miles is common on fan belts. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. But don’t be surprised if they try for the up-​sell.

I LOVE this location! From Lisa, the cashier, to Juan who helped me on the phone several times that day, to Alex the mechanic, and everyone else I haven’t yet met… I give this place FIVE THUMBS UP!
They courteously got my car in, told me what was wrong and what they suggested and didn’t try to sell me on any BS. Yes, it takes a little while to get seen when there are others ahead of you — after all they only have 4 bays. But once your car is in, it’s only a matter of minutes before it’s done and you can leave. PLUS Lisa always walks the customer to their car, and in my case, at least, showed me the new clean oil in my engine:) I will be back fer shure!!!

They’re always amazing at this location. Great service, quality work, and fast. I always drive across town to get my car serviced here.

I have been taking all of our work vehicles, and my personal!, to this Jiffy Lube location for about two years now and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Everyone who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly Recommended!

Great customer service, my daughter discovered an oil leak after her last oil change. We took the truck over they pulled us right in. Even though the leak was unrelated to the work they had done, they checked all her fluid levels and vacuumed her truck. We were in and out in 10 minutes.

I pulled up right in here and was already greeted with a warm welcoming. The staff was polite and the waiting room was comfortable. It seemed like these mechanics knew what they were doing; then again, it waaaas just an oil change. Overall, I was satisfied with their service. Plus, they had a girl mechanic;HOT!

These people are Kings of the UpSell. I was waiting for them to tell me that my left arm looked like it needed replacing and that they could replace it cheaper than any other place.
Aside from the oil change, I needed a new battery, blah blah blah. I was told several times that it would just take «10 minutes» «5 minutes» to get done. After seeing my car get pulled out of the service area, I went outside to go after it only to find they drove it around back to change the battery. «Just 5 minutes.» Bullsheet.
After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked if my car was done and the smartalec behind the counter said «I’m sure it is done or almost done». I decided to see for myself to find the service dude looking perplexed before going back to get help. WTF. Isn’t this basic?
I stewed by the car for a while and NO ONE came and told me what was going on. I had been there for nearly an hour now. People had come and gone. Three people were working on the battery and I had no idea what was happening.
Finally, I see them pull the battery out. WHAT? All that work and they had yet to even remove the battery? An employee finally came over to me and said that it took longer than usual because of all of the corrosion around it and I got pissed. I explained that if I was given a factual time frame instead of being told a variety of short intervals when my car would be done, I would have chosen not to have the service done. I understand that things take longer than usual but no one informed me what was going on. He apologized and said he would get it done as fast as possible. Within a few minutes, the new battery was in and I jumped in my car and left.
I will NEVER go back to this place. NEVER. I don’t care if I only need an oil change, turn down all of their offers and there is no one else in line. They are bullshitters who just want to look nice but are really aholes.
