Starbucks

Hi. Just ordered a vinty in a Trenta iced mocha. Light ice with a whip cream on top. First of all this drink doesn’t include whip cream, which means I’m getting Trenta for a spot for whip cream… I received not full cup, asked a girl to fill it up… She started explaining to me how and what. I made it clear In English that extra room is for a whip cream, she doesn’t get it… And I didn’t get my full cup. Very dissatisfied with the stuff. I’ve been getting this drink for years and this is the first time someone trying to be smart when they have no idea what they t talking about… U should get fired.

Service here was lousy, and slow. Theres no drive thru and barely anyone here. my grande iced coffee tasted stale, bitter. The employees admitted they poured mine from the bottom of the pitcher, creamer on the coffee bar was empty. I immediately got the runs and diaherra. When i had the staff remake my drink the girl was really lame and unreceptive. Im never coming here again.

Omg– I went to this Starbucks about 4 hours ago– my husband And I got the same drink, we are both incredibly sick. I think we got some kind of food poisoning– or maybe some kind of cleaner got in drink or milk was left out? I have a stomach made out of steel and this is severe stomach pain and issues. I pass this one frequently but Ive never been in and Ill never go back.
I also bought a pound of coffee from here today and had them grind it– I’m considering trying to take it back because I don’t think I can consume anything I know has come from there.
I used to work at a Starbucks– so I know how you can get sick from leaving things out too long and not cleaning properly.

Always have great service here and they always make your drinks right and there always super nice

I’ve been going to this location for years and I’ve recently seen a newer employee there who is just a complete space cadet. It was my turn to go up and he didn’t even greet me. I had to great myself. He filled out my cup and said nothing after. I scanned my phone to pay and I stood there for about 45 seconds awkwardly as he was staring into space and I asked «am I done» and he said «yeah» then went off to go talk about how he didn’t want to be at work with his coworkers. Younger kid, darker skin, curly hair. Maybe he needs his morning cup of coffee.

Love, love, love this location! I usually don’t like to go to the stores inside Safeway, only because it’s usually difficult to get in and out. These guys are all pretty awesome and they make my very difficult drink right, every single time! Plus, great selection of tumblers! Yes, please!

This place is about 3 miles from my house and I sometimes walk up here when I pick my daughter up from school. Beware that after school lets out there will be a flood of kids come in, about 40 of them. But it’s cool, no drama at all, just kids being kids.

This is one of my favorite coffee hang outs. Normally on a Saturday morning you can find pretty much the same customers catching up from the activities of the previous week. Your coffee will always be prepared in the manner in which you requested. They occasionally run out of pastries due to the demand and number of people who are here at your frequent this
is always clean, the help is always pleasant, and the wait is normally minimal.

Wow! I love my «home» Starbucks in Hawaii where everyone knows my real name or even my fake Starbucks name that they gave me (Grace). However this one is just as awesome! I saw some reviews about some other Starbucks barista man but I had Laraine and she was awesome! She greeted me with a huge smile and didn’t mind ringing me up for multiple transactions (stars, baby)! She complimented my name and even spelled it correctly when I said it to her (not just stopping at Jerr…).
Coffee was done right so was my husband’s oprah chai tea latte. I even got my flower cookie which I find better than their chocolate chip cookie since it’s always soft (unlike their sometimes crap shoot hard chocolate chip cookies). Seems like a lot of people chill there which I would too if I lived in the area. I guess the only thing I would want is the coffee hot sleeves out (in the napkin holders) so I could put it on my cold beverages. If you put it on the cold cups, the condensation doesn’t run all over your desk and you don’t need a coaster!
I will definitely be back! I hope Laraine will be there greeting me with another huge smile! She made my day! I will even try to bring her a Hawaii gift card since she said she collects them :)

I don’t understand why this Starbucks is rated so much higher than others. I mean, nothing against this Starbucks, but are they really that much better than others? Maybe the people of Fair Oaks are nicer? Maybe the people who go to the Starbucks at Arden & Eastern are a bunch of stuck up bitches?
Sorry, I guess this review raises more questions than it answers.

Seriously the best Starbucks around. I love how you are located so close to the High School, and you make the BEST of the BEST frappuccinos. No other Starbucks makes them with a thickness and perfectness at you guys. The food and the employees are great, with clean and warm workspace! I’ll always be coming back here, from however far away I am!

I have become a frequent visitor to this location. It has plenty of seats and a welcoming atmosphere. There are a few plug ins in this location for those of you that need to power up, or run that home office away from home. Perfect for siting outside during a lovely day. Free wifi is available at this location.
They have a few leather chairs (6) that you can make use of and they are quite comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and eager to assist you. After several visits the staff has gotten to know my drink and name. They start filling my order and its ready to go and drink by the time I pay. They offer the customary items that you have grown to love at any Starbucks location.
I highly recommend this location to any novice and expert coffee Aficionado. They also have a program at most Starbucks that allows you to earn stars and receive free refills and free drinks. Just ask any Starbucks employee and they can assist you in signing up for this program. Plus learn how to pay from your phone, really cool feature.

This particular Starbucks is welcoming and seems to have a subtle independent streak from the home office. I have noticed little things, like signs and bulletin boards that you don’t see in the more corporate Starbucks. But, I can’t quite put my finger on it. There is something is different here that makes me like this place. Of course, the coffee is predictably good. I have been here four times in the past six months (note that I don’t live in California) and all four visits were good.

This location is the closest to to my home, work and my child’s school. It has always been pleasant to visit and enjoyed getting my coffees here for the last 4 years… until my last 2 visits. Beware of the creepy register guy. His hair is a little long and either slicked with gel or really, really greasy. He also has a huge 70’s muff of a beard on his face. I don’t know if he is trying to be funny with his random peculiar statements or if he needs medication, but I am really tired of trying to be nice and «play along» with his bizarre behavior. I just want to order my coffee. I may be switching to Peet’s coffee up the street.
