I went to him 3 times and each time he could not get the color I asked him. The very first time I showed him a picture of my own hair and the highlights I had couple years ago and he still couldn’t do it. Also he charges way too much. For toning, he charges $ 40 when other stylists charge $ 25 and it is an automatic $ 100 if he does highlights even if it is few foils. I have found someone else that I absolutely love and will not go back to Warren.

I am so happy I found Warren. After moving to Sacramento and trying two high end salons and not happy with the quality and no creativity, I found Warren on Unilocal.I had a hair cut and came back for highlights. He listens to your wants and concerns and add his magic. The highlights lasted much longer than I expected and the haircuts grow out nicely.

I love Warren! He is incredibly talented. He took the time to listen, made suggestions regarding the cut I wanted, and it turned out amazing. I highly recommend him!
I was wanting to go a lot shorter, but my fine, straight hair never looks the way I want it to. I took several pics in to show Warren, and not only did he give me many tips and tricks to help me style and care for my hair, he gave me the best cut I’ve ever gotten!!! Somehow my hair now has body, and it’s easy to style and care for. Best of all… it looks fantastic!
Warren is a true professional — if you go see him, I guarantee you will love the results.
