Terrible customer service. The owner might be nice but too bad when the owner weren’t there the servant lady just being lazy and bad attitude. Very dissapointed. I wish i could make zero star, because bad attitude of the service. Very very upset.

I was doing my Christmas shopping one day and decided to stop by and try the phở after. I never go to a restaurant by myself so it was a weird first time experience. I was in a rush too but when I came in the guy said he can get me phở in 5 mins. I thought awesome! And proceeded to devour the phở in front of me. I’ve been to countless phở restraint and I was never impressed more than I have been here. The food is superb and I now refuse to go anywhere else in town for phở. A well deserved 5 stars for the best broth noodles and tender meat served here!

my friend would talk about how great this place was and that’s it’s their favorite place to get phở but honestly it’s nothing special. i came here with my dad and we both got the special and honestly it wasn’t better than any other phở i’ve had and it doesn’t leave me craving more //-: it’s fine but it’s not extraordinary. i expected more honestly.

I love the chicken phở here! I usually get it to go and haven’t ordered/tried anything else here… because the phở is so good!

Beef Phở: beef is super stiff. The soup is fully loaded with MSG. Lemongrass stirred fried beef: tasteless. There were two of us. When I flagged for water, server only refilled my water. Good services, huh?

Order appetizer eggroll and spring roll. It’s taste good. Portion on the eggroll was probably a total of 2 eggroll. It was cut up in small bite pieces. Spring roll was served 2 as well. I order phở they offer in only two size regular or large. I had a regular size phở and it filled me up. I was kind of skeptical about their phở but I decide it to give it a try and wasn’t disappointed. Broth was alright but i know it must be very salted or MSG. Usually I didn’t see no oil chili on the table but sarrachi work. Service was fast. Went on a Sunday around 5. They have quite customer.

It’s been a while since our last visit, but if anything the food tasted better. We got the things we usually get, phở tai bo vien, quail, bun thit nuong and goi cuon. All of them were excellent, especially the flavor of the pork — flipping delicious! I only wish I’d noticed that they sell«33» before the bill came or I would have ordered a bottle…

This was my first visit and based on this one time, I thought the rare beef phở was awesome! The broth was the best I have had in a long time and the ingredients were very fresh. Meat was cut a little thick, but had a good flavor. Service was fast, not really personable, but that’s seems to be standard for phở places. I would try again :)

This is the final straw. We’ve had great experiences here and many satisfying meals since they opened, but over the last couple years the inconsistencies are just too much. I usually do pickup and recently have gotten the wrong orders, weird(inexpensive) noodles and this last time Phở that was literally just water with tofu, no flavor, zero. I like the people but I need to try somewhere else.

Very delicious, they have thai iced tea that’s incredible. Their staff is friendly. The restaurant is very clean and intimate. Not as large a selection as other Vietnamese places in the area but what they do have they do right. The accompaniments to the phở are very fresh.

Consistently one of the best Phở I’ve ever eaten. Small, quaint and no need to dress up!

The grilled salmon spring rolls are simply the best spring rolls I’ve had in Sac. Get them with the Vietnamese fish sauce. Yum!

I really didn’t enjoy the food, in fact I might have got food poisoning from it. It’s hard to tell but all I know is that I went home that night and couldn’t sleep and threw up the whole night. I I ordered the beef phở soup, it really didn’t taste all that authentic, actually very flavorless and watered down. I’m a big supporter and believer of the small family-owned restaurants, and I hate to leave this rating and review. The service was definitely nice, and the waitress helped as much as she could. Prices here are definitely affordable and almost everything is under $ 10 The place was nice and clean, and looked very well maintained. So I will try this place again, and hopefully next time I have a better experience and I will change my rating accordingly.

Atmosphere: more upscale than your typical hole-in-the-wall Phở and very clean. Tables are close together so feels like your dining with your neighbors when it gets busy. Service: Decent. Took awhile to order but food came out fast and the wait staff was polite. Food: Chicken spring rolls were good. Sliced charred pieces of chicken breast were a nice change but I didn’t love the shreds of iceberg lettuce as I prefer green leafy lettuce. Wonton Egg Noodle soup was great. Only a couple of wontons but the added veggies were good. I agree with other reviews that portion sizes here are a little small compared to other Phở places I frequent. Overall good experience I will likely return!

I’ve been to Phở #1 a few times & I’ve had really good experiences every time! The staff is friendly & the restaurant is clean… A little on the smaller side, but enough space to feel like your not on top of the people next to you. Every time I’ve eaten here I’ve had the same thing: shrimp spring rolls and the #19 phở(beef balls, well done brisket, rare steak, beef tendon & tripe) and it’s been great every time! I like the richness of their broth, the portion of the regular size phở & that their tendon isn’t extremely fatty like some phở restaurants I’ve been to! The shrimp spring rolls are very delicious(fresh shrimp/vegetables & the wrapping doesn’t fall apart as your eating it) & I love the peanut sauce they serve alongside it! One thing that I really enjoy here is their chili oil lol! When added to my phở it gives it a rich, spicy garlic-like aroma/taste to it. Different from the usual table side chili oil I’ve had other places! It’s a little difference, but a delightful one to me :)

A-OK. Affordable prices. $ 7 for regular sized phở, $ 8 for large. Large unfortunately isn’t big enough for two, but I guess that’s why it’s only $ 8. Had to check on my tea as it did not come out with the food. I think they forgot when they brought out the appetizer. They brought it out after the Phở. Dining is fairly cramped, but quaint. Phở menu only has a few selections.

I’ve been to this place twice. Both times for lunch and both times the same dish. Shrimp vermicelli. This dish is very good, very light but very filling. The service is quick and simple. There’s not much to it. I go in, they take my order, they bring my food, I get up and go to the register, pay my bill and I leave. Both times I was in there the place was empty with only one more customer. Going there at lunch time this is exactly what I need.

Good phở pad in the fair oaks and sunrise area! Honestly, it’s probably one of the few phở spots in fair oaks. It’s in a good shopping complex that consists of traders joes, yogurt garden, a sushi joint, and a bike shop! There is other stores but those are the ones I remembered! It’s a clean place with plenty of seating! We went for lunch and it was pretty busy but there was enough tables where we got seated right away! The menu is decent and a variety of choices… To your phở, egg noodles, rice plates, to your veggie dishes! We ordered the fried egg rolls to start and they were pretty good! Nice crispness and it was hot when it came out! They were good but not as good as your HOA viet! My father ordered the combo meat phở which had meatballs, tripe, rare steak, and tendon! My father enjoyed it and he especially liked the broth! It was piping hot and full of flavor! My mother had the phở ga(chicken phở) since she wasn’t feeling to good! She enjoyed it as well… Nice sized shredded chicken pieces along with fresh onions and bean sprouts! And now to my dish!!! Haha! I had the large rare steak phở but I ordered the meat on the side so when it comes out its raw! I love to cook my meat in the broth and take it out a little early so it’s still on the rare side!!! Sooooo good! If the steak comes out in the broth, it’s totally cooked by the time you get it! So if you like your meat a little more rare, order your steak on the side! The service is nice and friendly and they were telling us about what they used to make the broth… Its not like the phở places in south sac… You get way more selection there… But if are in the area of fair oaks and sunrise, it’s a good phở place! I would Come back…
