We came in, and they were busy. Great sign! Yet busy was probably 3 – 4 tables with 4 people at each table. Nothing crazy… Unfortunately, the business is poorly managed… They had one chef and one server for a Saturday night. We came in and she said the wait would be ½ hour. No problem. We wanted to take it go. Still ½ hour want, still no problem… We browsed the menu and decided on some nice stuff from traditional Vietnamese cuisine. She comes back and said that the wait was now going to be an hour for take out. She obviously didn’t want us to sit nor want us to order take out. She seriously was pushing us out before we even had a chance to say we would wait prior. This time she really wanted us to leave. Well, we’re never coming back, that’s for sure. I’m sure the food is decent, but with people unwilling to work with people wanting to wait, well… Bye!

TM Noodle has always been my favorite place to go to for Vietnamese food in the area. I ordered #2, pork spring rolls and it was definitely something to die for. The tenderness and flavorful of the meat really bring this roll to the next level. Definitely will come back at another time soon.

I LOVELOVELOVE this place. Great phở. Great appetizers. Great Thai iced tea. Never a problem with the food, and we are regulars. This is a husband-wife operation, and they are beyond friendly. But don’t be in a rush. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the gracious service.

I took a friend here for her birthday lunch, I had read great reviews in the Sac Bee. The article said they were open on Mondays. I double-checked their hours on the internet… yes, open on Mondays. Drove out there and… WHAT??? CLOSEDONMONDAYS. I was not happy. Ended up taking my friend to Danielle’s for lunch. Reading other positive reviews of the food at TM, my husband and I will give it a try. But… alas, surely not on a Monday.

Don’t have to drive far to San Jose for Banh Canh anymore. Cuz they have the best Banh canh cua in town. Usually it take 20 – 25 mins wait for the order to come out. If you come in a big group, make sure give them a call in advance.

Good service, clean… but food, is another thing. The sprouts, cilantro, looked as though it was retrieved from the recycle bin. There was very little flavor in the broth and very small amount of meat. Their Ban Xao looked good, but was served cold and limpy. This is not a place I would go back to for fear of food poisoning!

Have lived in Carmichael for awhile and thought I would try this place out based on Unilocal reviews. Went in at 3:15 pm and ordered shrimp spring rolls, beef basil salad and crab and tomato soup. Woman who took order said it would take 30 minutes. I was surprised at how long, but paid and went across the street to Bel Air for some grocery shopping(thank goodness). Came back half an hour later – still not done. Waited 15 minutes and they hadn’t even started on it yet! They were busy fixing a messed up order for someone who had been waiting an extremely long time. Only one guest dining it, so what’s the problem? She said it was because the cook was tired. Will not go back.

Great service. The woman was so attentive and sweet. I didn’t care too much for their Thai tea, it was grainy. But the food was really great

Our dinner here was superb. Reviews say they close early sometimes. Bummer. The food was incredible. Wife is vegetarian and was happy to find a whole page in the menu for her. She had one of the clay pot dishes. I’m not a vegetarian. Her meal was to die for. I had the steak phở. I was expecting average but quite the opposite! The broth was out of this world. Overall, we can’t believe we live a few blocks a away and this was our first visit. Will return, will recommend.

My family and I have eaten here for several years and never had a single complaint. The owners are the sweetest people and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. In the winter their wonton soups are so delicious and the crêpe(on the appetizer menu, but a full meal in itself) is always so tasty. Prices are remarkably reasonable. If there is any down side, I would not recommend it if you are dashing to a movie… take your time and enjoy.

My husband and I dined here last night. We both loved it! I gave 5 stars to account for the unbelievably friendly and polite lady who served us(owner?), the excellent food and the squeaky clean(though dated) interior. I had the dish #18A: a seafood udon. It was so good. Filled with shrimp, crab, BBQ pork, noodles in a delicious broth. I literally consumed every drop. My husband had a chef’s specialty noodle dish and I am blanking on the name but it was literally the last one on the menu. He loved it and he agrees that we need to frequent this restaurant a lot more. I almost fell off my seat when I saw that glasses of wine were $ 2! We didn’t order any but the price did jump out at me. Overall, a lovely, local restaurant with fabulous customer service!

I was so pleased with my visit today. I came in because I was under the weather and was craving some phó. I asked the host what she recommended and she said the chicken and shrimp phó. I was pleased. It was peaceful, clean tables, courteous service, and amazing soup. I will be coming in soon.

I visit this place for lunch quiet often, worth the value and the food sits in your stomach nice. The lady there is super nice and friendly, how can you not giggle at someone who thanks you for thanking you… I don’t get it either lol. Check them out. 2 words if anything… spring rolls.

It is absolutely so hard for me, to rate this resturant. It is decent if you are from the area i would assume. I work around this area and from my experience of eating vietnamese food, the portion size was on the small side. Customer service was excellent. Overall. My experience was okay. The rice plate, had a small serving of veggies(two tomatoes two cucumbers) that bothered me a little. But the food was still okay.

I have only tried their banh canh cua(seafood udon noodle soup) and salad and I really like them both. The udon soup contains lots of meat, crab, shrimp, fish cake and a side dish of fried cake. Its broth is a thicker orange paste that is piping hot and quite flavorful. The portion of their beef and chicken salad is pretty big. Their salad is one of the best I’ve had, very fresh and fulfilling. About the service, the owner(an older lady) is super nice and polite. She always greeted us with a smile. They ran out of the udon noodle the last time I was there, and she kept apologizing and even offered me free dessert(it’s delicious!) and a discount for my meal, so yay for their customer service! :) definitely the best customer service at an asian restaurant. I always had a pleasant experience here and would highly recommend this restaurant!

Came in earlier for Phở and Thai iced tea. Very pleasant woman served me, which I’m assuming is the owner. The phở was delicious(hard to find good phở in Sacramento), and the Thai iced tea was served the way it should be; too many times when I’ll dine elsewhere, they pre-mix the Thai tea for me, which for me is part of the experience. Will be visiting here again!

Seafood udon that everyone is raving about is legit. So flavorful and a must try. Since I’ve been in last they have decluttered the décor a bit and stepped up their game on the shrimp. This is truly a mom and pop establishment so mind the lunch rush from 12 – 1 if you’re on a time crunch.

Once a week I have Phở with the spring rolls and French coffee. The owner is very pleasant woman who knows my order when I walk in. I always ask for Sate Chile, a special condiment in the back kitchen(not on the table) and she always smilingly gives it to me. The spring rolls are very fresh and the peanut sauce with sarachi hot Sauce is fantastic. The French coffee, with the sweetened condense milk adds a nice energy boost.

Definitely the best service in town. They stayed very late just for us. They also give us special discount even though their price and their food are really good already. We all have Banh Canh Cua(crab noodle soup) and spring rolls. Great dining experience for Vietnamese authentic food. I’m Vietnamese and I recommend this place.
