Jeff is a super nice, down to earth kinda guy. He was ready to help when I told him I needed two hats done by the next day as a surprise gift for a friend I was doing a race with on Saturday. He said he might even get them done the same day! He helped me pick out a font I liked and was willing to add a little design to make it even more special for a very reasonable fee. I couldn’t fairly give 5 stars only because I haven’t seen the finished project yet. Once I get the hats back I will update my review.

I called this company after working with a few other not so professional embroidery companies.
Jeff was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to get my embroidery work done in a reasonable amount of time, and the quality of work is excellent. I love the quality of the shirts we bought and the embroidery looks fantastic!
I am a little OCD when it comes to my ads and designs. Jeff took it in stride and even allowed me to make a few small changes after the initial design. He said he would charge me $ 10 for the changes, but did not charge me for them. That was awesome.
I would have given Jeff 5 stars, however he did lose one star for a one time design fee of $ 60 that was added to the bill without being discussed first. Had he mentioned the fee, and we agreed to it, he most definitely would have received five stars. This fee seems to be an industry-​standard though, however everywhere else was around $ 25-​$ 35. That was his only mark down.
I highly recommend Zane design and will tell all my friends, business partners and clients about them. Thanks Jeff!
