We stopped there while we were out and it was amazing pork enchiladas that we came across by accident so we will definitely be going back. Definitely worth the drive from Newnan even though there are Mexican places closer to us. The service is excellent and the salsa so a little spicy is excellent as well. A real must try.

Walked in to a a restaurant and almost slipped because the recently mopped floor. We sit down and the waitress brings us chips and salsa and she had her finger dipped in one of the the salsa bowls as she brings it to us. We didn’t mention anything because we decided to just eat the second salsa instead. The issue that made us walk out was that in the men’s bathroom, the paper towels where sitting on the toilet instead of a dispenser. The cooks and waiters us the same public bathroom. So after the cook uses the bathroom, he wipes his hands with a paper towel that has been sitting on the toilet. That is a health concern!!!

The place is cute & has Spanish music playing & there’s a little bar & our waitress was super pretty and sweet & checked on us very frequently. Our chips came out warm & the salsa is actually kinda spicy & is amazing & we ordered a side of guac — the chips & salsa are free — my friend ordered the chicken quesadillas and absolutely loved it! He said there’s tons of chicken & it was really good! And I ordered the veggie fajitas & a side of grilled asparagus which is probably weird but they were good! And the fajitas were yummy, but they squeezed so much lemon and lime on the veggies that it wasn’t that great to me. But overall it was a good meal.

As I travel the nation for work this place was the closest place I could find for dinner. It’s absolutely excellent! 1.25 margaritas on Tuesdays! Everything I’ve had here in the menu has been wonderful! I don’t think you can go wrong!

I recently dined at Los Mariachis on 8⁄24 for a late dinner during my trip to Atlanta. Overall, I had a great experience, but there were a few ‘misses’ which should never have happened. Food: Gosh, I love Mexican restaurants because they serve tortilla chips with salsa. You know what I love more? Fresh tortilla chips(as in, right off the fryer) and a salsa that is banging with flavor and freshness. I will give it to Los Mariachis, they have some good chips and salsa. This was a really nice way to start off my dinner. I ordered the Gorditas which were made with carnitas, salsa verde, along with veggies, sour cream, and a side of beans and rice. I was waffling between the gorditas and the flautas, but when I asked the server, she very definitively indicated that I should order the gorditas. These were delicious! The carnitas was seasoned perfectly! I have had carnitas before that were dry, flavorless, or both. This was delicious. Like many Mexican dishes though, the entire meal is a sum of its parts, and all of these parts were delicious. From the corn vessel in which the pork was stuffed, to the fresh vegetables, to the flavorful and fresh salsa verde. This whole meal was delicious. The rice was rice, and the beans were beans. In addition though, I also ordered a side of guacamole. The guacamole was average. It was a little bit too lime-y for me. I like to taste the avocado and the seasonings, not just citrus. There was so much were it even made me pucker a bit. Food: 4⁄5 Service: The service was EXCELLENT. Some of the best service I have received from a server at a casual dining restaurant in a very long time. Not only did she smile(which is sad that this is such a big deal), but she was personable, made menu suggestions, and was helpful in identifying where stuff was located on the menu. Additionally, she was prompt and efficient. The best part, when she was making her menu suggestions and assisting me with making a meal selection, she never rolled her eyes, sighed, or was condescending at any point. Thank you Maria R! Service: 4⁄5(5⁄5 from Maria, –1 for the hostess — see below) Atmosphere: This is where the score is going to take a bit of a ‘ding’. The restaurant atmosphere is typical of a Mexican restaurant. The furnishings were nice and immersive. It felt like a Mexican restaurant. The problem I had was the cleanliness. When I was seated, there was food on my booth. And I know what you are thinking, «Oh, he is one of THOSE guys». No, you don’t understand, there weren’t just a few crumbs — I would have brushed those off. There was chunks of food and cheese. When I asked the hostess to please wipe off the booth, she just picked up my menu and was going to reseat me. Ummm… I was like ‘HELLNO’. You are going to go get a damn rag, and clean this booth. What does she do? She grabs a dry napkin(obviously not disinfected) and just aimlessly brushes at the seat. I looked at her like, «Seriously?» Then I sat down and wiped it down myself. Ridiculous. Atmosphere: 1⁄5(3⁄5 — 2 stars for the hostess) Price: So, I am a little mixed about this. I feel as if the gorditas were appropriately priced; but the $ 3.00 for ¼ Cup of guacamole is horse crap. I can buy avocados at the grocery store for .79 cents. I could(literally) make a quart of guacamole for 3.00. I was thinking 1.99 for a side of guacamole — at most! Price: 3⁄5 Overall Impressions: I was very happy with my meal and with my server. Everything else was a little bit questionable — especially the pride in cleanliness which is a very important aspect for me. Overall, if you are getting food to go, I might recommend it, but if they take zero pride in their dining room, where people sit, I can’t imagine that the standards in the kitchen are very high. As such, I will recommend this place, but with the above words of caution.

I recently purchased my first house in the area and thought I’d stop by for a takeout of tacos. I love the area and how neighborly everyone is. This place is not. The prices are on the high side and when I asked for the explanation of being charged 2 dollars more for«Chicken tacos» instead of chicken«soft tacos» that are $ 5, I was just given the check… I had to ask for explanation again. The waitress had to ask 3 other ppl before she was able to tell me one is shredded chicken and one is grilled chicken pieces. Oh and i was charge an extra $ 2 for cilantro&onion. $ 11 for 3 tacos. I was treated like I was bothering THEM. Never again.

Greeted immediately and taken to a table; however, the service was a bit slow at first and staff were busy about. The waitress come over and took drink orders, but again slow in getting those drinks. This would hold true with placing and receiving the food order. The food: it was good, not outstanding; simply good. The plate came out very hot as well as the food. The only problem with this is that is was too hot. One would have to take careful bites so not to burn one’s tongue. This made tasting the food rather difficult. The side of beans were too runny for my liking, the side of rice was decent. The main dish(burrito) was decent, reasonable flavor. The flour tortilla was average and the filling held its own. Overall the dish was adequate. Service: as mentioned, it was slow based upon other restaurant experiences; however, it was very friendly and willing to accommodate. A few of the wait staff would come over a check to see how things were going as well as to chat. Was this tactic the reason why the slow service at first(chat @ other tables)? The meal ended with very pleasant service. Overall: a nice restaurant hiding in a strip mall next to a Hampton Inn and behind a few fast-food places. Pleased I stopped in and the bonus was the live music.

Terrible food and service. My receipt says our server was Oscar. He should not be a server. He looked angry the entire time, never smiled and never checked on us and forgot to bring one of our ordered items. To make things worse was the food. Bland, below average Mexican food. Who serves enchiladas with cheese dip on top and not enchilada sauce. I had to ask for enchilada sauce and even the sauce was not good. Just a yucky place.

Still here as I type. I came as a «You’re feeling down so dinner on me» treat to someone. They chose this restaurant so we came. Our food was ok. I had the chicken polo and they had a burrito which was huuuuge. My food was ok. The chicken was grilled with mushrooms and onions on top. The issue comes in when my child, who ordered a cheeseburger, received her food. Her burger was UNDERCOOKED… RAW! I didn’t complain but just asked for it to be removed from the bill. The manager gave no hesitation but they are receiving the lowest possible score because although it wasn’t consumed, it’s never ok to serve raw beef. Ugh.

This place is just terrible. My family and I usually order take out from here and our experience has never been good. At first, they would forget to put things in our order and we forgot to check it, I guess our fault, right? But then they give us one bag of chips and one little cup of salsa when we order four meals. But at least that time the food was okay. Tonight was a different story… So I picked up the food and everything was there, went home and a couple hours later started eating. Cheese dip and salsa are pretty good. Then I tried my chicken burrito. Now, that’s my usual from here and its usually filled with pretty good shredded chicken. I was surprised to find grilled chicken pieces which I wasn’t mad about. Then I took and a bite and thought something tasted off about the chicken. Not only was it dry, tasteless and rubbery but it smelled and tasted like it had gone bad. It was utterly disgusting, I spit out the second bite because it was so bad. I didn’t finish the rest of it. We went back to the restaurant and demanded a refund. This burrito costs $ 11. They should be ashamed for serving someone something like that. FYI if you want some actual Mexican food that will make your life go to Taqueria Iztaccihuatl just a few minutes in Fairburn. Just a quick GPS away. Your business will be much more appreciated and it is a million times better, believe me.

Looked clean nice menu selection but high prices! Service was good. Chimichanga was not fried and chicken was flavorless and dry. Fresh veggies were okay, didn’t taste the guacamole. Very disappointing. Mexican in Arizona much better, this was like white people make Mexican. Yuck!

I read some negative reviews about his place but I did not experience any negative from quality of food, service, or quality of the staff. Their salsa is extremely fresh and authentic. They have great specials and their food is excellent! And their staff is top notch excellent!!! Definitely recommend this place!

Been on the road 10 hours… stopped at a hotel near here. The hotel recommended this restaurant for a beer and some food… was a little skeptical about a Mexican food place in Georgia. Boy was I wrong!!! Great authentic food, drinks and music… awesome atmosphere

I’ve been to a lot of Mexican food joints and I can honestly say I’ve never been as disappointed in any of them as I was in this one. The restaurant was dirty, the menus were dirty. The prices were too high and the food was nothing short of disgusting. I had the Texas fajita salad. No where on the menu does it mention that there is guacamole on the salad, but it arrived with a big, nasty blob of it right on the top of the salad. I asked the server if I could have one without guacamole. She took the salad to the back and returned a few minutes later with the same salad with a hole in the lettuce where the guacamole was spooned out. they didn’t bother to make it fresh or even to add a little more lettuce to cover the hole from the missing guac. ugh. There was so much juice in the salad that it was almost a soup. It was bland and looked really gross. The shrimp tasted dirty. I tried four of five bites trying to find something about it I liked… there was just nothing at all. I didn’t finish it, didn’t even come close. My husband had the fish tacos. They were not any better and possibly even worse than my salad. He ate about half of one of them. We were honest when asked how the food was, clearly we were not happy with the food as most of it was still on our plates. No discounts were offered. We paid $ 40 for about 6 bites of really awful, terrible food in a dirty restaurant. Not a happy foodie girl… at all. Won’t be back, for sure.
