Chick-fil-A

This chick fil a is no different than any other as they have consistently good service, good fresh food, awesome staff etc. The biggest downfall is that they are not open on Sunday. I find that I wake up on Sunday craving CFA only because I know they aren’t open. This Particular location is very convenient. It is located close to the interstate so if you have to go north or south on I-​85 grab you some good food to take with you. This location is also always very busy. Give yourself a few extra minutes to make sure you are not running late.
I prefer to park and go in to order my food but parking is limited here and I find that sometimes I forced to go through the drive-​thru.
The staff is always excellent. They are friendly and helpful. My food is always fresh and hot.
I often place special orders. Have my food cooked a little different than is originally offered on the menu and they always accommodate without hesitation or complaint.
I will always choose this place over the other options in the fairburn area.

This is the best «CFA» they always go above and beyond. I have always had a good experience at this location, there is only one time that I had someone be slightly rude-​ish to me in drive thru. Other than that they are amazing. There was one day when they first opened that my mom took us there after school, and she had forgot her debit card in drive thru but didn’t find out until we were at the widow. They let us keep the food and said my mom could come back to pay later, which she really didn’t wait she had dropped us off at home and went back after finding her card. They are alway generous with the sauces. They are just the best ever!!! I have eaten here at least four times this week. The food is always yummy. The staff is friendly and the owner is usually always there. The managers are nice and always welcome everyone. They walk around checking on people to make sure they are okay and asking if they can get us anything like more sauce or a refill. Their bathrooms are always clean, which I love. The parking lot is usually clean which is nice compared to the McDonalds parking lot.

I eat here quiet often and I never had a bad experience. The food is great and the servers are friendly and personable.

Good food as usual! Three stars because the service was not as good as most Chick-​Fil-​As.

Chick-​Fil-​A is the gold standard in fast food. Great food, and excellent customer service every single time.

First, let me start by saying Chick-​Fil-​A started in Atlanta! So why wouldn’t you visit a CFA when you were here? We had a group of 8 and the staff did everything possible to get our order out to us in a timely fashion (and with no problems)! This CFA earned 1 star just for that! I really liked that there was a manager on duty as well. He walked by a couple of times making sure everyone in the «restaurant» needed anything and were satisfied. That says a lot. Kudos!
I love Chick-​Fil-​A and really can’t complain about anything. This was a couple of my coworkers first time to visit a CFA and they were happy with what they ordered. Healthy and non-​healthy orders alike!

It’s always good when you can count on something. No matter which Chick-​Fil-​A you go to you are always greeted with a smile a friendly hello & the food always tastes the same.

Stopped through on the way to Florida. Food was good, service was great! There was a slight wait as I was the last to get breakfast, but not a big deal at all. The manager (?) gave me a coupon for a free sandwich.

Service is terrific! I don’t eat fast food or much QSR but do have a weakness for their chicken!

I love all Chick-​Fil-​As and this location is no exception. Service was wonderful and so was the cleanliness! All the tables were super clean, and although they had the blinds up (on a sunny day), one of the employees offered to close the blinds of the booth I was sitting at to prevent any glare emitting from my laptop screen. I felt like I was in an actual, sit down restaurant with full service. It was wonderful!

One of my many stops I hit from time to time going back an forth to Atlanta.
Service and food are always great. Not much of a wait has ever been encountered. They keep the store clean, yes even the restrooms.
