Horrible service gave me and my wife old fries that were heavily salted and could tell they were the bottom of the barrel fries. Sandwiches were cold. Drive thru lady was rude and using tons of profanity and another co worker came back with her and started cursing etc horrible, this wouldn’t be the first time

Manager was ok. India was not. I didn’t see her smile at all. She didn’t even tell one person their food was ready. I asked a question and she just mumbled through the answer but didn’t really know. I’m thinking she is a high school student but if you are going to work with the public in any job, you have to be personable even if you hate your job. Service was pretty on the inside too, but the manager acknowledge it and thanked you for your patience, which I commend.
The food was ok. I haven’t eaten «fast food» in 3 years but didn’t see a Chipotle nor Moe’s nearby so I thought I would stop in since they have some decent choices could eat. It was ok but not as good as I remember Wendy’s to be.

I decided to order the Fresco Chicken Combo Meal. Approx 1020pm. There were eight cars in front of me (drive-​thru). After waiting 15 minutes for meal, I got my order checked to ensure order was correct and drove 5min drive to house. I pull food out and it was C-​O-​L-​D
Not warm, luke-​warm. I had to put entire meal in the microwave. Who wants to pay $ 8 for cold food. 8 $ will not break me however, it’s the PRINCIPALITY. Serving customers cold food mean the food is not being held at the right holding temperature to prevent food poisoning. Future Patrons Be Advised…

Surprisingly I have to give them 4 stars which is hard to obtain with me in a fast food place. First of all its 1130 on a Sunday night and the drive through is open. I had a customized order which I asked them to fix fresh and they did. I like my burger and fries to be cooked fresh and I don’t mind waiting for that.
It only took about 5 minutes but they did indeed cook my food fresh.
Customer service was good as well.
A big pet peeve is not having enough napkins or a straw and I had both.
Good job Wendy’s late night crew.

The staff is horrible. We visited just last night and we literally could not finish our order with out the lady over the drive thru speaker ask us «is that all for this your order» after every item. It is extremely frustrating because I feel extremely rushed and unwelcome. On top of that we had ordered Large frostys and were handed smalls. My husband had to repeat that he wanted a number 6 multiple times because the drive thru lady kept putting him down for a #7. This is NOT the first time either, this happens every time we visit. The people in drive thru always rush you, they do not pay attention to what you say because they are to worried about rushing you. I do not understand how they are always so packed with that kind of service to the point that you’re stuck in the middle of the road. I have an irritation to gluten and have ordered grilled salads went home with full confidence that they understood that if I ate the breaded chicken I would be sick, and guess what lo and behold they had given me breaded chicken and croutons. My husband use to visit them everyday after work to get himself a treat after a long day and one drive thru worker literally made the remark «back again huh» and rolled their eyes at him. That is NOT okay, what does it matter if he visits daily, you’re getting his $ 2 for a frosty right! The manager with the accent is rude as well, last night when he handed us our large drink and frostys he shoved it at us so hard the drink spilt all over my husbands hand. As well when we told him we ordered larges he proceeded to be rude. When my husband expressed in paying the difference to fix the drive thru ladies error the manager ignored him (and our money) to go print off our receipt to shove in our faces. The food is okay. The inside is always sticky and nasty looking. This angers me because we love frostys and have given this location chance after chance with nothing changing. The only time we have a decent experience is when the women managers are in charge they are polite unlike that man with the accent. It sucks because the closest Wendy’s besides this location is in union city.

Should have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich…
I ordered a homestyle chicken, fries and a drink. The fries and the drink were ok, but the chicken tasted awful. Perhaps they hadn’t changed the oil in the fryer in a few weeks?
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the fries and drink were okay.

We stopped in here because it was the only place open at 11pm when our flight landed. There was a huge line in the drive through and unfortunately the inside seating area closes at 10pm. We waited patiently in line and finally were able to order. The employee working the drive through was nice enough to let us do 3 different tickets since we were all using credit cards. When we pulled up to pay she informed us that the car in front of us had paid for us. So to keep the good deed going we paid for the car behind us.
I ordered one of their baked potatoes for my meal. It was actually really good and it cost just $ 3. It was a really good size. Definitely filling.
I don’t normally eat fast food. I was shocked at how many healthy options were available here. Not to mention so many editable options for people with food allergies.

Although the service at this location is terrible, the manager is amazing. He should be moved to a good store because he is a nice man. He was picking up trash outside and went around to each table thanking everyone for coming in today.

No my favorite location, it’s located on a busy street with lot’s of 18 wheeler traffic. Once the fight is done getting here, the new fight begins with the staff & there lack of concern. I’m not in a big hurry to get back here.

The service here SUCKS. Everytime I go there im waiting twenty minutes in the drive thru. After waiting that long, I either get the wrong order or the food is cold. Do not waste your time going here.
