A disappointment on. Customer services we ordered a $ 4000 chair and I had to call to find out delivery info. Then when it did arrive for delivery the called to let need know they world be there in an hour. We where also told that they would bit together the chair I in the store instead they assembled it at our house and had no idea what they were doing. Very disappointing services for the amount of purchase

Bif was able to help accommodate to all of my furniture needs. The quality of furniture is great and I love the modern designs they have. We have a Natuzzi sofa set and a Euro lounger from them and we’re very pleased. Our sales associate was John and he was the most courteous, professional, and knowledgeable associate I’ve ever worked with! I’m looking forward to purchasing more from them in the future.

I recently purchased Natuzzi sofas and Elite dining sets from john and I am very happy to have them delivered on time with their great services! I believe BIF store in VA is most honest and giving customers most accurate price. I recommend BIF if you want to shop furnitures. i have no idea why customers rate this place with low stars but I believe this is once again the most fair place.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place has horrible customer service. At first, they appeared to have good costumer service. I’ll give them this, they have good high end furniture(let’s wait till I actually have received the furniture to confirm). It took 3 months to actually get the furniture to the area. When it arrived and was ready for delivery they schedule the delivery for an upcoming Saturday. When I hadn’t heard from them with a time for the delivery, they said I wasn’t scheduled for delivery 10 days later, which is a Monday, and both my husband and I are at work. There was no help from the employee who simply told me I was not scheduled for delivery until later and they are full the day the delivery was supposed to be scheduled. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me in 15 – 30 minutes. Of course, that didn’t happen and when I called again later they said they were closed and they Informed me that the manager would call right back. To note, they purposely ignored by concerns and didn’t call me so that they would be closed and didn’t have to address my issue and their mistake. Didn’t happen. Now I’m stuck with a pickup for my old couch and dining set which can’t be cancelled and will have no furniture for 2 rooms for a period of time. Lastly, when you first go to the store and purchase your furniture, they are polite and speak coherently. However, when I called at anytime thereafter, the employees barely spoke English and couldn’t communicate with basic words or understanding. I’m sorry to be so harsh, but avoid this place at all cost and go elsewhere.

I would have thought that you would get great customer service at a high-end store like BIF. The beautiful contemporary furniture is definitely high-quality. However, if you make a purchase here, just hope you do not have any problems after-the-fact. The customer service was unprofessional, lacked integrity, was fraught with pointing fingers, misleading information and downright lies. Truly appalling — especially given the relatively simple fix. Strongly recommend you stick to BOVA — or head to DC or Maryland for similar offerings.

They kept distibute 1star reviews. Read ‘un-recomend review’ section there are lots of helpful reviews over there. we are working with the attorney and still fighting over with BIF to get our money back to selling damaged furniture and not returning my money back! We had to wait more than 5 months to get my funiture and we got all Damaged furniture and they said no return even though it’s all damaged! Paying $$$$ money for damaged furniture? and they don’t accept return? Who ever order the furniture from this store or waiting for delivery, DONOTSIGNTHEPAPER! you are putting your self into big trouble! And they lie all the time! don’t trust them. I think all the 5 stars reviewed were written by their worker. Read Google review also! this is worst store you would ever visit!

We bought a wonderful Natuzzi sofa which after only a few months developed a small crack in the leather. We expected the company to send someone out to fix it, especially as there is a two year warranty on cushioning, stitching suspension system webbing, and the leather against tearing and splitting. After weeks of back and forth Richard, the sales person we were dealing with, just decided that BIF was not going to honor our warranty. We had bought 3 beautiful pieces from this high-end store but NEVER again.

I have used Unilocal for a few years now but have never felt compelled to write a review before, that is until going to bif furniture in Fairfax, VA. If I could give them zero stars I most certainly would. Their horrendous customer service and just utter disrespect to their customers make this the absolute WORST purchasing experience I have ever had to endure. Like Jaya H. I bought a expensive piece of furniture and the sales man ordered the wrong one. I told them I was willing to exchange it for the item I wanted and they reluctantly agreed however they wanted ME to take the item back to their store myself for a mistake THEY made! After many arguments that went nowhere, I decided to just take it back for a refund and be done with it. When I arrive with the item at the store I am stopped at the door by the«manager» who refuses to take it back citing that he was not the person I spoke to over the phone and he does not want to be held responsible in case anything was broken during shipping. Finally after carefully inspecting the item and signing a piece of paper saying I will be held responsible in case anything was damaged, I was able to leave the item there. I still have yet to be credited back with my money. Honestly do not know how these scum stay in business. Run away as fast as you can!!!
