I’ve been working with Phyllis at this location for about 6 weeks. She is so patient and knowledgable. She keeps bringing me samples to my home until I can find the one that is perfect. I highly recommend her and Calico Corners. I am actually recovering my DR chairs myself as it is a ‘do-​able’ project and I don’t want my chairs to leave my home. However the Kitchen chair pads are completely another matter – will have them do them.

My experience here with the customer service here was pretty amazing.
The associates are very knowledgeable and can work up an estimated quote for you based on approximate measurements, options and your fabric of choice.
I walked in with a budget of $ 2k for 6 drapes, installation and hardware. I thought that was pretty generous. Shows what I know about custom draperies.
I have NO DOUBT that the product (velvet teal butterfly pleat panels) would be gorgeous. I’ve seen their samples and am filled with confidence. I’m just morally opposed to dropping close to three grand on curtains for one room of my house.
They get 4 stars for great customer service, ease of getting quotes, fabric selection and variety (from drapes to furniture — you can even do matching headboards).
