So happy about the change in management! Nail techs are personable and the new décor is beautiful. Diva Nails gets an A+ for cleanliness. That’s a big deal for me; this former Florida girl doesn’t grant that designation very easily. My favorite part? They don’t re-use pumice stones, files, toe separators, or buffers. Every client gets a brand new, disposable set! I had to wait for 10 minutes, but I’m sure that will change as they get busier and can bring on more staff. In the meantime, I will be patient and make some new friends. :)

I am a fairly easy going person and usually give nail shops the benefit of the doubt. But saying this place is unprofessional is an understatement. The service here was HORRIBLE. First let me start out by saying yes, you will get serviced quick if you go here… why? because NOONE comes to this shop. I walk past this shop just about everyday going home and I have ONLY seen 1 person in there at a time. Sometimes I walk past and there is NO one in there because they usually close up the shop early due to lack of business. Now, when I went in it was for a pedicure… one of the worst pedicures I have gotten. The older lady that works there did my pedi, and it was waaaay less than stellar. She rushed the entire pedi. I’m thinking to myself, why are you rushing? There is NO one in here. She barely understands English and when you tell her to do something that you want, she doesn’t understand you and does her own thing. I have sensitive skin around my toes and told her NOT to rub in those areas… instead she put soap on it and starts RUBBING those areas saying, «Oh it ok ma’am, I do for you’. I yanked back because it hurts and she yanks my foot back towards her and says, «No, no, I have to do this for you’, with a stern voice and starts handling those sensitive areas rough. She then scrubs my heels all if 5 seconds. When she starts on my cuticles, she uses the cuticle cutter to cut my toenails… what the heck?!? She cuts on the sides of my toenails with them also, and a bit much might I add. Then, to add insult to injury, she rushes to polish my toenails and after I left and stepped into the sunlight, I noticed she didn’t polish my entire toe, spots of polish were missing that she didn’t get to because she was rushing. I went to the front, at this point ready to get out, and the tech sits down and starts watching TV(so she was rushing for nothing). The owner of the store is up there taking my payment… I ask him how long you have been at this location, and he looks at me dumbfounded… doesn’t understand what I’m saying!!! If you are going to open up a business in the US, you need to at least speak the English language fluently so there won’t be a language barrier between the customers and the staff!!! Do NOT go to this shop. The older lady is THE worst!!! Try Nail Passion on the other side of the plaza!

Terrible. I have no idea why this place has all five star reviews. I went in and requested a solar manicure which was met with much confusion. I kept saying SOLARNAILS, it’s written right up there on your board. After 5 minutes I got it across. No harm done. However I’m sitting here with the worst manicure ever. All I want to do is get them off. I basically have thick, unevenly filed squares on all 10 of my fingers. I kept telling the technician I was NOT happy with them to which she responded she wasn’t finished yet, more steps. They are even angled UPINTHEAIR! to «let the nail grow». My mom got the gel manicure. Somehow the tech managed to get the polish all over her cuticles. It looks so sloppy for the money paid! Bottom line NOT happy. In conclusion, not sure they are even licensed. Funny thing is I don’t usually write negative reviews. It was BAD!

Desperate for a manicure, I stopped in yesterday. Diva Nail Spa’s salon is cheerful, fresh and very clean, the staff so helpful and friendly. Michelle was able to take me right away and did a french manicure with shellac! My nails look amazing! The equipment is all top of the line, latest and greatest. I was so impressed. I am going back today for a spa pedicure! Followup: I made an appointment for the pedicure and waited ONEHOUR while a walk-in got my appointment time. Not cool.

Just had a mani/pedi here. They did a good job, no wait, nice staff and did everything to satisfy me and make me feel comfortable, def going back again. The price is good too. By the way they don’t put tips on credit cards.
