Walked in the other day and the white girl at the counter tried to sell me a game that was opened as brand new. And when I questioned it she caught an attitude.
Message to the management team there — once you open the seal on a game it is no longer considered brand new. Everyone knows this!

Great customer service here. I stopped in to pick up a gift card and was treated nicely. The only con with this is the location. The parking lot is a freakin’ mad house

Every time i come in I end up spending 5 more minutes than I planned conversing with the staff. Everyone there is very personable, and helpful with references. Also the manager is far easier to get along with than the store in ballston mall that I used to live near.
