Dumbest people EVER! I wanted to get a pair of Chuck Taylor’s for my hubby. The girl said to go down a size. So I got size 10. Totally did not fit! So I hail back up there and exchange them for an 11. The dummy gives me an 11 in women’s! Seriously?! I go back yet again and FINALLY get the size needed. The conversation we had regarding the mix up just confirmed my opinion that they are definitely not he brightest crayons in the box! This experience was so horrible that I will NEVER buy anything from this store again!

The young ladies here were so sweet and helpful. They had the Vans I’ve been searching for that neither Vans locations in the immediate area had in my size. Shoes are hard to order online since you never know how they will feel on your feet.

Popped into this Journeys yesterday since my bf has been wanting a pair of timbs (timberland boots). After going to all of the Foot Lockers, Finish Line, and Champ stores in the mall I decided to go to Journeys just to take a look.
We were greeted by one of the sales associates who told us that the timbs were selling like hot cakes lolol… (we knew this already since they were SOLD OUT last year). My bf was looking at the timbs and I was trying on a pair for myself…
In the end, we ended up both purchasing a pair :) My bf was hesitant at first because his timbs (or one of the pairs) were on displayed. However, the sales associate was able to make us a great offer so we took up on it.
Unfortunately, I do not remember our sales associate’s name, all I know is that you were Filipino and we’ve talked about the name «Jay-​R» LOLOL! See if you see this review, we just wanted to say you ROCK and thank you for your courteous service.
Never have I thought, my bf and I would have an enjoyable experience at a journeys store lolol
