I am not a huge fan of crepes, but my wife and daughter are. A visit to this establishment was prompted today by last weekend’s jaunt to Clifton Café where we also dined on crepes. Located on the lower level of the Fair Oaks Mall this spot has an interesting menu. Of course there are crepes on the menu, but the variations are pretty imaginative. For example, there is a shawarma option. However, I chose the cheesesteak crêpe whilst my wife and daughter ordered the flambé crêpe and egg croissant sandwich, respectively. The meat in my crêpe was tough and probably a day old, although my wife enjoyed hers. The good daughter ate half her sandwich and I obliged and ate the rest of it. In summary, food was ok. But, we think the crepes at Clifton Café are much better.

Amazing again!!! I really love the food here. To start off, I was kind of worried about coming here as I was concerned that maybe the quality had gone down because of the recent negative reviews. However, I am glad to say that the food was just as amazing as the first time I came! People have mentioned in their Unilocal that the food isn’t fresh??? I see them making the crêpe filling, cooking up the shawarma and making the dishes up in the front. Yeah the batter for the crêpe has been pre-made, but other than that, it’s very fresh and you can easily see them make your food. We ordered the vegetarian panini sandwich, the chicken Shawarma platter and then the Ratatouille crêpe. The panini was amazing! The bread was perfectly toasted and there were a lot of veggies, pesto and cheese. It was perfect. I also really liked the portions! Worth the price! The Ratatouille crêpe was amazing again! I loved how they put some of the filling outside on top of the crêpe too. The actual crêpe itself was so yummy! I haven’t found a better crêpe place in the DC area. The chicken Shawarma platter is huge!!! It’s amazing! The chicken was perfect and there was a lot of it! I also really like how they give you tahini and garlic sauce on the side. Both dipping sauces are impeccable! I ordered it with the salad and it was fresh and delicious. The chicken itself was only a smidge dry but that is why they give you the sauce. I loved the taste and flavor of everything and I will definitely come back! The service is always so nice. Yes, I will say with some of the staff, there is a language barrier issue, but they are all so nice and the manager was there to help out. Just have patience and everything will go smoothly!

A fantastic crepes place in the mall. I’ve been going there for about a year and the quality is always very good. Fresh products. They added a shawarma menu and the menu is now hallal as well. The staff is always nice, welcoming and service is pretty quick(5 – 10 min wait). The only negative point is that the place is not very clean. Prices are decent if not a bit high, so you would expect clean tables, clean bottles of sauces(not with dry drips). I definitely like to go there for lunch on weekends and would recommend to anyone who feels like having a crepes meal ! The sandwiches are excellent too.

My husband and I stop by here every time we go to the mall. The chicken steak sub is absolutely delicious and the customer service is excellent. They have a wide variety of crepes(savory and sweet) and we plan on trying them all!

so I order sweet crêpe, I asked for my favorite which is banana strawberry and nutella, one employee said they have it but boy he charged me for strawberry without asking me if it’s ok or not. I don’t mind paying the 75 cents but it’s like they want to rip you off without telling you that they are going to charge you more. This is my first time here and I hope the next time I visit they will be more honest to their customers. That’s all.

Really disappointed in my chicken shawarma and«salad» I had for lunch today. The chicken itself was REALLY greasy and had really dry bits in it… Umm ew! Oh and the salad just blew me. It was basically shredded romaine lettuce and that’s it. Like another reviewer said, my stomach is churning as we speak… didn’t finish my meal because it was that greasy and runny.

Favorite place to eat at Fair Oaks mall, hands down. Food is always excellent, ambiance is low-key and chill, and service is second to none. In addition to the mouth-wateringly good food, I think it’s the intimate, relaxed setting that makes this place so nice to come to. Every time I’m at the mall, I eat here, and if I’ve already eaten beforehand, I find an excuse to pay a visit to La Crêpe Bistro — it’s that good!

polite, honest, and happy service. came for a quick bite and enjoyed the chicken shawarma wrap. didn’t want pickles in it and the lady said no problem. great setting, casual, and music compliments the setting which is rare nowadays. would definitely recommend to my friends.

Our lunch plan was to come for a sandwich and then have a crêpe for dessert. We tried the grilled chicken panini and it was not good at all. It was basically an Extremely dry bread sandwich. It didn’t have much meat or other ingredients. After this, I couldn’t stomach the thought of anything else.

Normally I love crepes. It’s quick fresh food with lots of sugar. I’ve taken my son in this morning and this place was sub par, a bit o a let down. AVOID the French toast strawberry banana crepes. It smells god awe full and it looks just as bad. I could barely enjoy the fresh berry crepes without wanting to vomit. The very crepes is ALOT better, although I’m sure there’s plenty of places where you can find much better crepes.

This review is solely for the coffee. I came in today and ordered an iced Bianca White Chocolate Macchiato. I was informed that it only came in a triple shot which is 16oz which led me to believe it’s probably already made and sitting in the fridge. The Macchiato was weak. Tasted like creamy, coffee flavored milk. Definitely not what a triple shot should taste like. Basically, it was dull and forgettable. It reminded me of iced coffee from Cinnabon or 7-Eleven. Not worth the almost $ 5 I paid. And come on, for a $ 5 coffee they could at least get some decent cups. It was leaking all over the place. Other than that they received an extra star because of the spectacular customer service by the gentlemen that made my coffee. I was seated so he brought it to my table – he even went over and brought me a straw. This would be a great little place to catch up with a friend.

Best fresh food in the mall. Same prices as the fast food but sooooo much better in taste and health. Love the cappuccinos, crepes and pain is here. I’m sure I’d like the rest of their menu as well but haven’t tried it yet. This is a small family owned bistro with humble service, fresh food and drink. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere. Be good to your health and taste buds and just come here!!!

First time here. Ordered strawberry Nutella crêpe. It was delicious. We also had egg/cheese croissant with turkey bacon and La Salsa crêpe. They both came with greens which was refreshing. Will come back here again. Staff is nice and the place is clean.

My bf and I thoroughly enjoyed this place as it wasn’t what we were expecting — fast food crepes. No, these crepes are made to order. You can get savory or sweet. A savory crêpe will come with a small side salad. There are plenty of seats to dine in where they will bring your order to you. Don’t let me get your expectations too high, I wouldn’t categorize this place as a restaurant. It was more like cosi but a thousand times more mom and pop. Crepes are around $ 9 and pretty substantial. Dan and I will order two, a sweet and a savory, to share for the full experience. Check out the pictures of you don’t believe me.

Showed up at the last min yesterday right before they closed and they still treated /served us well. I love places like this… food was amazing too and I tried the cappuccino. I highly recommend it that you try all their crepes.

Stopped by for a coffee which was really an excuse to check out the menu and ask the guy working there questions about the menu. They serve crepes with savory fillings like chicken, veggies, and sweet with fruit, chocolate, etc. It was very cool watching them make the crepes on the little machine with the wooden stick. Skill right there! Will update my review once I try the crepes.

This place was pretty underwhelming for me. The food here is quite expensive but not fancy enough to justify their prices. I tried the lox sandwich which was pretty small and came with a side salad that was mostly just lettuce. Also tried a s’mores crêpe(they called it something fancier but it was a s’mores crêpe) and it was extremely sugary and covered in fudge/chocolate sauce. Would rather get my sweets fix from Auntie Anne’s tbh.

Hidden gem of a creperie in one of the small alleys of Fair Oaks Mall. Servings are big and reasonably priced. Authentic crepes in the Fairfax area.

Highly recommend Le Salsa Crêpe and the berries and crème. A new business that needs support from the community as we need more individual entrepreneurs with a flair of creativity and innovation. I cannot recall any other crêpe spot in this area so please support and visit.

My daughter and I ordered two crepes. We enjoyed the mushroom and spinach crêpe tremendously, the sauce was delicious. The French toast crêpe was good, but it had an egg inside it. This was not expected, so my daughter could not eat it(not sure why, but she was expecting sugar instead?). She had the strawberries and bananas that came on top of the crêpe itself. We will definitely come back to try some of the other ones.
