Maids with Flowers

I recently got new room mates and decided I could use some of the extra income to help with cleaning around the house.
I already vacuum once a week and dust every couple of weeks, so it’s really the bathroom, kitchen, and less noticed areas that need attention.
I haven’t used other cleaning services before and don’t know what’s usual, nor does their website indicate what is included.
I paid for their initial «deep cleaning,» which took the two women 45 minutes.
Afterwards, looking around, I noticed they did not clean:
Bathroom mirror
Top of toilet beyond visible edge
Bathroom hand-​towel holder
Spaghetti sauce spots off the kitchen wall
Chinchilla urine off the wall
Outside of the balcony glass door
Cat hair off the drapes
Harder to reach places around the TV and other electronics
Other areas they cleaned, but I think they could have done better…
The shower glass door isn’t any better than when I clean it.
There are still dust and crumbs behind where the kitchen trash can sits.
The outside edge of shower doesn’t seem very clean.
One thing they did do well was scrub the tub nice and clean.
As professionals, at a minimum, I expect them to do a better job than I would.
I didn’t even get any flowers!

Good folks. Very responsive and accomodating. They’re run by the same people who own Rose Florist in Fairfax. That would explain the high quality of the flowers they leave. As K.M. said, they are not one of the corporate outfits, so don’t expect online scheduling and uniforms. Those don’t clean your house, though, so no problem.

Maids with flowers did a wonderful job on my 2 bedroom condo deep move out clean. They were very professional and left the place spotless. What impressed me the most was they didn’t rush the job even though the unit took much longer to clean then they had anticipated. Will recommend them to friends and family and will be using them in the future again.

Very pleased with this group. The couple that came in were lovely, engaging, and very dedicated. For $ 70 (the pricing special for a one-​bedroom condo Deep Clean), they spent 4 hours in my place, getting EVERYTHING! They did windows, and floorboards, and they even cleaned the fireplace grate! She was literally on her hands and knees finishing up the entryway floor– above and beyond. They did indeed bring in a lovely bouquet of flowers which I am still loving today. I will absolutely use this group again, and I would highy recommend them. They’re not some big corporate group– so no cute cars with slogans and no uniforms. HOWEVER, if you think THAT stuff means you’re getting a good service, then these folks aren’t for you anyway. If you’re interested in decent people who are licensed and insured and who care about the service they are providing you, then this company is a great bet. Thank you Maids with Flowers!
