We r new to the area. and we bought our mattress from the store. the sales manager was very friendly and the mattress we bought is very comfy so I highly it.

I know Mattress Discounters at other locations are getting blasted for their poor services. But, this one was a special one for me. The sales manager, who’s name skips me, was a very nice human being. He was patient and informative. He helped me choose the mattress I needed. The delivery fee was too high for me. So I got the mattress and box spring tied up on top of my car. It was a short drive, so no sweat. All in all, an excellent establishment. It’s been couple of years since the purchase, however. I hope the people today are as good as before.

My wife and I simply came to the store to get an idea about mattress types and pricing. From the get go, Neena not only walked us through our options about also allowed us the time and space to think our options through. Her earnestness through the process was much appreciated. I am yet to receive the merchandise delivery, but we will definitely be recommending the store and Neena for the fantastic service yesterday!

Store not only listened to what I wanted, but tried to help me find the right mattress at a reasonable cost. They even made a second delivery trip when the bed frame wasn’t included. Can’t speak for the franchise, but I’ll go back to this store if I need another mattress.
