Mattress outlet was great! My fiancé walked in because we saw the signs for a Labor Day sale. We weren’t quite ready to buy yet so Ricky told us that he would honor the quotes he gave us whenever we came back to buy. We did come back about 2 weeks later and dealt with another gentleman that was so helpful. We bought a mattress and box spring and he even loaded them on the car for us! Both salesmen we dealt with were so nice and not pushy like you might expect. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress.

Ricky was awesome and the deal he gave us was even more awesome! I don’t think I can go to other mattress shops after the prices Ricky was able to offer.

Ricky took very good care of my mattress needs. My father and I started our mattress search here and ended them here within 45 minutes. We did not feel any pressure and felt very comfortable throughout the process. I ended up buying 2 queen sets for a very reasonable price (delivery and frames included free of charge!) Delivery took less than a week and the nice movers even put everything together for us so that we did not have to lift a finger. I will definitely be back if I need more mattresses and would recommend this place to everyone!

Mattress Outlet Inc was the first mattress place my boyfriend and I decided to go to. This is our second time coming back to Rickey and on the spot he had us wanting to buy the mattresses we were interested in. Rickey is honest and a great salesman, the prices were fair. Would DEFINITELY come back again and recommend everyone to come here.

After visiting countless mattress stores we were referred to this place. This store is awesome, their beds feel great and the salesman really engaged with us. He talked to us honestly about each mattress and have us the best advice on which mattress to get. Instead of trying to up sale us he told us truthfully which was the best mattress for us and gave us the most per dollar. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress and bed.

This is a great store. Low overhead and word of mouth advertising mean no BS low prices. We had my wife’s parents come up for a visit and the mattress was to be delivered the day of their arrival. Problem is their bedtime is 6 pm (they are in their 80’s). Delivery guy said we were number 3 and delivery could be 8 pm. With a minor arm twist, Ricky put us at number 1 and delivery was at 6 pm. Thanks.
They do deliver on the day promised. It may be late, which would probably be an advantage to most people.

It is an overwhelming task to look for the right mattress at the right price without getting ripped off nowadays. I am sooooooo glad that I Unilocaled and found about this store.
I have a very pleasant experienced being helped by Rickey. As a result I bought a mattress with in 30 mins. He is very friendly, HONEST, but not intrusive, and also very knowledgeable about mattress and down to earth. Unlike some other sales person or stores, he takes you and your money into consideration, and won’t push you to anything that goes over your budget. He totally understands the need that people have for a comfy bed with a reasonable budget. The mattress he recommended to me was actually a couple of hundred dollars below my budget. But still quite comfortable. And in order to save me $ 65 of delivery fee, he even volunteered to help me with the delivery once he is off.
Also, he is very responsive even after the purchase. I called back later about the delivery time frame, he put me on hold for like 10seconds, called the delivery team instantly to get me an answer.
Overall, it is not a fancy mattress place, but the best thing is that you are dealing with someone honest and helpful that you feel like you can trust. And the price is very fair.

Rickey at Mattress Outlet is the guy to see when you need at new mattress. Very bottom line up front and no nonsense. The prices are fair.

Had an excellent experience here after shopping around for some time trying to find an affordable, full-​size mattress. We tried this store on a whim after a full day of visiting mattress stores (Roomstore, Sleepy’s, Mattress Discounters, Mattress Warehouse), and are so glad that we did.
We explained to the gentleman working there (Ricky) that we were on a tight budget, and he showed us models in our price range. He was very empathetic to our situation and gave us an incredible deal on a full mattress set. He even carried the mattress set out and attached it to the roof of our car himself.
Good service is rare these days, and Ricky was a true salesman. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress!
