I was in the market for a memory foam mattress for my guest room and shopped all over Northern Virginia at every conceivable retail outlet, where I was subjected to high pressure techniques designed to get me to purchase whatever mattress they wanted to get rid of. This was BEFORE I found Mattress Outlet. I worked with Ron Sutton who showed me all of the memory foam mattresses available and let me take my time and try them all. When I found that the most comfortable was the lowest priced set, (I bought a Mlily Calm set) he never tried to pressure me into buying something more expensive. He offered a great price, even putting it in writing. I left and did some on line research and found that his price, which included tax, delivery and mattress and box spring was cheaper then anything I could find on-​line for just the mattress.
When I returned a week later, he honored his quote, even though I did not bring it back with me. If you need a mattress, save yourself a lot of time, trouble and aggravation and go to the Mattress Outlet. If you need to shop around to make sure you are getting the best deal, shop other places first and then go to the Mattress Outlet store. I’m sure you will get the best price and walk away happy.
Update: I was so happy with my first experience that I recently purchased another mattress from Ron.

Went to Mattress Outlet twice while deciding on a mattress for the guess room. Lisa and Ricky were courteous each time. Ended up getting a great deal on a mattress and cover and was able to pick it up from the store.

I came in needed two queen size mattresses. I knew what my budget was and Ricky hooked me up with a great mattresses at a stellar price.

We’ve visited the store when moving to our new home, looking for the king size mattress for ourselves. At the time, we were comparing between Simmons and Sterns & Foster (we own a queen size S&F mattress and love it).
Before walking to the store, I’ve told my wife that I only planned to look for options, however, after Ron showing me on various mattresses, we ended up buying and walking out happily. Ron was professional, patient and fun to talk to. No tricks, no pressure and no gimmicks. I love the quality and the price we’ve got for the mattress, we even came back to buy a second mattress from Ron for our son. And he loved his new mattress as well.
Strongly recommend if you are looking for good mattresses and bypass sticky salesman. Ron is great. :-)

My wife and I had a great experience shopping here. The salesman Ron was super professional, courteous, funny, personable, and just an overall great guy. I wish that other salespeople possessed these qualities. The mattress we bought was great and we got it for a good price (including freebies). I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Ron was the associate helping me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When my mom and I arrived, we shared with Ron that we still wanted to look around at other places before making a decision. Instead of trying to badger and pressure us into buying a mattress right then and there — he encouraged our search! Definitely something you don’t get often. In his words, «We’ll always be here. And after hours of hopping from store to store, we realized that they really did have the best prices. From Stearns and Foster to Serta mattresses, their selection catered to every budget as well. At the end of the day I made my purchase of a Sealy Posturepedic Eurotop mattress for an amazing deal! Delivery was quick, friendly, and seamless. The customer service really sealed the deal here, so definitely check them out if you’re in search of a new mattress without all the fuss!

3 weeks ago, I went out and bought a mattress from a store in Fairfax, VA. Turns out I do not like it, and needed to go out and see my other options. I visited a few places before I found Mattress Outlet. I went in and was immediately greeted by Rickey. He sincerely listened to what I had to say and was 100% dedicated to helping find the right mattress for me! After listening to my needs and the type of sleeper I am, he pointed to bed and asked me to lay on it. A few minutes later I ended up purchasing the mattress :) He explained how the mattress worked and made sure I was satisfied. Also, he did not pressure me like other mattress salesmen have in the past.
Another thing I would like to point out is that Rickey is an extremely real, no-​nonsense, down to earth guy. He understands your financial standings and takes that into consideration. He is very helpful and does what he can to help you when it comes to pricing. I can guarantee no other mattress store would give me such great pricing like Mattress Outlet did.
I would strongly recommend Mattress Outlet– don’t be like me and save them for one of your last stops– make them your first and you’ll save lots of time :) You will definitely be satisfied.
