Drive-thru for breakfast at 9:15 am on Wednesday morning. Efficient, friendly service. Order was correct.

Had a great experience. Jamie Guy Cashier was very polite Hard working, quick and very productive. Thank you for your awesome Service Jamie. I come here once in a while if in the area and want a snack from the dollar menu. Place is very nice to go to, clean not to loud and not to busy at the times that I go. But anyways good McDonalds Location. 100% A+.

I’ve been in line for 18 minutes… and this is a consistent problem at this location. They frequently get my order wrong. I expect rude people to take my order because it’s McDonalds but they’re actually quite pleasant and seem proficient at their work. It seems to be more of a management and food prep staff issue. This is a convenient location for me, but it’s high time I suck it up and drive further if I want better service.

This is, hands down, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to some shady ones. Even in third world countries where McDonald’s is so revered that the line to get in stretches for miles and the outlets can, and do, get away with serving quarter pounders with cheeseburger patties, at least the food is edible. This location, though, seems to pride itself on being a mustard stain on Ronald’s white painted forehead. I’ve found under cooked food, stale food, food missing stuff that’s supposed to be part of the food like the lettuce in a mcchicken and cheese in a cheeseburger that’s been rung up as a cheeseburger but served as a hamburger. I’ve had a normal experience only once and this is place is so close to our home that if got on the roof of my house and squeezed a bottle of mayonnaise really hard I could probably put it on the burgers for them more regularly than they manage to. Its really a shame because its open 24⁄7 and is the only branch in a fairly large radius and since McDonald’s is the kinda stuff you reach out for when you are too busy to eat real food with something more important than nutrition, it would be nice to at least eat the high quality junk McDonald’s is known for than the sad and pathetic stuff this branch is churning out.

I hate writing bad reviews. I work in food service I know it’s tough. But after driving to another McDonalds who’s «system was down», I sucked it up and drove the extra 10 minutes, since this was the only thing open late night. I understand working late night dining anywhere sucks, you’re cranky and want to go home and climb in bed. I get it. What I don’t get is the attitude of the MANAGER that took my order at the drive-thru. All I got was a «k» and«first window» after ordering. I had to ask her my total, because– God forbid– she did at least a little bit of her job correctly. After she took my money, she slammed the window in my face. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except for the blatantly obvious eye roll. I’d have been completely fine, save the fact I’ve been in the drive thru for 10 minutes. In fact, I’m still here.

Every time I come here I have to wait 10+ minutes for my order at the DRIVETHROUGH. Currently been waiting for 6 minutes in the«reserved drove thru» spot for a 3 piece chicken selects. That’s all. This is ridiculous. Leaving now and calling to complain

I’m a big fan of McDonald’s. I’ve been to this particular one at least 4 times within the last 3 years mainly to buy my nephews & niece some happy meals and ice cream cones. This particular experience was average. Here’s my drive through experience: Arrived around 5:30 pm. Placed our order. 3 Happy Meals, #1 Med Meal, with Sweet Tea, spicy chicken sandwich meal with Sweet Tea and three cones. From ordering to paying to receiving our meal tool about 3.5 minutes. Cashier and workers were seemed very nice. Great experience… so I thought.(I’m to used to living in Japan the past 6 months. You don’t even have to double check your order or count your change there). As we reach our destination(home)I realized they forgot Sweet Tea and fries for my Spicy Chicken meal. We were too far away and decided to cut my losses. The upside… niece/nephews were happy and quietly eating their food. It is what it is. Added an extra star for that peace and quiet from the Happy Meal. 2 stars.

My experience with the drive thru has been okay. The pace is quick and workers are friendly. But sometimes the order is messed up(as seen in the photo) :p not good, not bad, it is mcdonalds after all…

We loved their coffee and its only $ 1. McCafe is definitely a better deal than Starbucks coffee. The Steak and Egg McMuffin($ 3.39) was very delicious. Probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever! Came back and tried the«Mighty Wings»…these are only available in limited markets but they are a clear winner. They reminded me of Popeye’s chicken, but not as salty. Please — Please — McDonalds — do not release«Mighty Wings» or the«Steak and Egg McMuffin» beyond your limited test marketing phase — -I would probably eat there too often and would get really fat!

I go to this location because it is convenient. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with the drive thru. Today marks the second time I was missing a part of my order. :(So after noticing that I was missing something had to go back and walk into the location, thus defeating my entire goal of getting a «quick» bite. I let the associate know what happened and they just brought me the missing item with no apologies. They really need to better their accuracy & customer service here.

Consistently BAD. The service isn’t mean or nasty, just freaking SLOW. I’ve also been upsold so many times without ever being notified of the extra charge. I see the beverage surcharge on the screen, but nobody ever tells me that it is extra. Their staff also seems to be relatively unfamiliar with the menu, which is saying a lot. I order unsweet tea, I get sweet. I see a long line for the drive thru, and only one person in line inside, and yet even though I go in, it takes me longer to get out for one single UNSWEET tea! I drive over to Jermantown Road if I have a hankering for McDonalds. This place just stinks.

Typical McDonalds except this one seems to be extremely slow compared to the other locations in this area. They have also forgotten to give me some items in my order during some of my visits. I would only go to this one as a last resort. Drive the extra 5 – 10 minutes to a different location.

New employees are not as good as the previous employees. Very slow service and they could not get the order price right even though it was listed on their menu. They seemed bored and like they were doing you a favor. Fries were over cooked.

Just like any other McDonalds, nothing special. I will say that all the food I’ve gotten has been hot(from french fries to hash browns). That’s a plus, because I hate getting served cold fries.

This McDonalds is a disgrace to the franchise, the establishment routinely turns customers away who wish to pay with anything other then cash. I have experienced the occurrence at different times from night to night, usually this place shuts down the«credit card» machine right as a bar near by closes up for the evening. I don’t know how they could benefit from this policy, but I can attest to them losing business because of it. Often times the employees are hostile when explaining that they will only accept cash, going to this 24hr drive thru feels more like a drug deal then a fast food resturaunt.

I wanted a salad for lunch and didn’t want to have to pay an arm and a leg for it. I came to McD’s, ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad. Something must have been mislabeled, because what I got was neither grilled chicken(it was fried) nor was it caesar(it was just some lettuce, carrots and tomatoes). The only thing that made it caesar was the parmesan cheese and the caesar dressing. Notwithstanding the wrong order, the chicken tasted good, the lettuce was okay though a tad on the wilty side. Note to self: Doublecheck the order before leaving the premises.
