The doctor told me that if I ever needed an update to a prescription, I could call and have it changed over the phone. When my new insurance wanted to charge me $ 250, I called and asked if I could change. It took 13 calls throughout the day to even reach anyone in the office — by the time I did, the nurse said the doctor would be too busy to speak to me for at least another day. They called back an hour later to say that the only way to get an update was to call and schedule an appointment for a consultation. Now, I’m on day two of trying to call to schedule said appointment, and the admins still have the phones directing straight to voicemail, even though the office has been open for a half an hour. I’m going to be finding a different doctor, and would absolutely not recommend this practice.

This is by far the WORST Doctor’s Office I have been to. Is it that hard to do your job as to answer the phone and assist a patient with cancelling an appointment because she does not want to get charged a $ 50.00 fee, knowing that they have screwed up before. The front desk staff is uninviting and unfriendly. The examining rooms feel cold and sterile. My doctor was smug and rude. Hope no one will have to experience what I have.
