As expected they were really fast. They didn’t have enough fried rice which was little bit disappointing so I got chow mein but it had lot of big chunk of lettuce which was little gross. I got chicken roll and didn’t pay attention when the associate was grabbing it but when j got work to eat it, half of the other side was burnt.

Visited for lunch. I ordered the two entrée meal. I felt a little rushed while getting my order but I’m guessing the lunch hour rush was coming. The food was meh nothing to rave about.

Worst location I have ever been to. Today was just an example of that. Their fountain drinks were down and they didn’t have any teriyaki sauce for their teriyaki chicken. So I basically ended up with a piece of grilled chicken. On top of that– if you arrive later on in the day they stop making any entrees that run out so they give you very limited options to choose from. If you want something they won’t make it for youth save money. This place is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

To start I like the food at this place. I called at 10:45pm for a delivery and they told me I have to spend $ 30 in order for them to deliver. There website shows no sign of a delivery cut off. If they had that then I would understand or wouldn’t expect them to do it. But to put an extra price for a service that they advertise is bogus. That made me feel like a dollar sign instead of a loyal customer. I’ve spent a lot of money with them including catering my employees. The funny thing is my total would have been $ 37 +tax and tip. I just don’t think it’s fair to separate customers due to transaction. My business would fail if I did so.

This Panda Express location is the only one I ever had a problem with. They mixed up my order with someone else’s order and when I got mine it had one entrée that wasn’t even mine! The food tasted good, but I wasn’t too happy when I saw my order.

Soo… I’ve now officially tried this three times and its a no, nah, uh-unh. I don’t really expect authentic but its so far from what I consider to be «real» Chinese food that I cannot keep going there and expecting something different. So I won’t bash them. The staff was helpful enough and there was not a wait. The food had just come straight out of the wok so temperature wasn’t the issue. It just doesn’t taste like comfort food to me. The crab rangoon were pretty tasty but there was nothing else that made me want to come running back. I will stick with my favorite around the block.

This is my spot to come for something quick and convenient. I previously read the reviews below. All I must say is, calm down. There is such things as rushes in restaurants. Therefore, there are longer lines, food needs to be cooked. If you need fast food, you’re probably better off at a McDonalds. But guess what, the same thing will happen. Anyways, great greetings, people are friends. Just a quick Memorable Mention to Vince. This guy right here, more than willing to help you out with your experience. I am here typing up a paper. He asks if he could help me in throwing away my trash, why not? Asks how my day is going and how the food was. This is more the line of a server, but this guy.. . top notch. Good job Vince Overall, Restaurant is always clean, people are friendly. If there is anything that needs to be fixed, it would have to be the music, oh well, I’m not complaining.

Food is good. I ordered half rice/half noodles with orange chicken and beijing beef. Total is $ 9.33(tax included) with drink. 2 stars off for poor customer service. The guy who prepared my food was okay but the cashier lady is rude. It felt like I was bothering her for paying.

Guys, Health Warning !! This place is in major health violation. The workers behind the serving table are not wearing gloves and touching all kind of food with bare hands. I see couple of employees wiping off sweat and yet using the disgusting hands to touch the styrofoam containers. What is even more disgusting is that workers are using the boxes that they serve food in, to fan themselves. It may be hot behind the serving tables but dude use a fan not my box that you are going to feed me. Well the food is joke. Dried up Chow mein and taste less sweet fire chicken entrée with overly burnt peppers. This is in a very busy location inside the mall and I felt it is understaffed at the serving table. Took me about 12 mins from the moment I stood in the line to the point I paid the bill to purchase 1 entrée — 1 side meal. During my 20 mins stay at this place, not a single member of staff showed up to upkeep the cleanliness of the tables or the soda station or the dining area in general.

Every time I get Panda Express I decide it’s the last time… but then I walk past it in the mall and it stops me every.single.time. I’m not sure what it is about something in the food but I typically get a raging headache after eating at any location. I decided on my lunch break I’d stop in and grab a chow mein/orange chicken combo to go… I have never seen the line this long, it was competing with Chik-Fil-a which was wrapped around the corner. My 40 minute lunch break turned into 20 minutes in line and another 20 to maneuver past screaming children, strollers in the walk-way, mother’s disciplining kids. ah, get me out! I get the food back to my desk and nom away– I will say it is always tasty while it’s happening and so filling, I can usually get 2 meals from the one serving they plate. But alas, after enjoying my lukewarm food for 10 minutes. BOOM, headache. Again, I say it every time. never again. but somehow, I’m craving this combo right now.

MOVEITPEOPLE! I love Panda, I really do but these people take FORRRREVERRRRR! I was about to jump behind the counter and serve myself. Their food is really good though :) the orange chicken is the best, even though it can be a bit too heavy at times. If you’ve got time on your hands, stop by here. If you’re looking for quick? You’d probably be better off somewhere else. Not to mention they asked me a million questions at check out! At this point I was thinking«WHAT? Just give me my foooood»

Great selection of fresh Asian food. I purchased the orange chicken and broccoli and beef with fried rice! Really good, hot and quite filling. Two of us are for only $ 16.20.

This is a convenient location which is most of what they have going for them. For some reason the line is always so slow — they need a better system. They need to let the people who know what they want go ahead. Also, the food is not usually hot and sometimes even stale. The beef in the beef and broccoli is really fatty and gross. To top it all off, the fountain soda machine is bad, the soda always tastes flat. And, why did they stop selling the hot and sour soup?

I’m actually surprised at how much I enjoyed this location — compared to other Panda Expresses. Today was the first time I’ve actually tried this P.E. at the mall and it was pretty good to me. For a cheap and quick chinese take out, I thought it was very decent from the food to the service. I got lucky and they brought out fresh fried rice and orange chicken when it was my turn so I had the fresh batch of food. I also enjoyed the beijing beef which I’ve never had before but its offically my new favorite item on the menu. Its lighty crisp and I really liked the sauce. The place was clean including the bathroom. The employee hoookeddd it up with the food! It was overflowing, definitely worth my $ 7. So I definitely will be coming back not only because they don’t skimp what so ever but the food was delicious.

I am a huge Panda fan but I felt cheated at this location. Portions were not adequate and equal. They had way to many veggies in their chow mein the ration as totally off. I really felt cheated out of the money I paid and I am a regular Panda Express fan never had such a bad experience ever.

i LOVE love love panda express. give me some lo mein, spicy orange chicken and kung pao, and it’s on!!! i love who you can taste all dishes, so many selections. the serving size is amazing. it’s fast food ppl, so don’t set your expectations super high. it can get pretty busy in there, but the line goes really quickly. the employees have no time to be chatty but they don’t come off as rude.

Got lunch here over the weekend, seems like it just opened recently in the mall. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food seemed pretty fresh. Tried the orange chicken, Beijing beef, and peppercorn shrimp. All three were pretty good. The beef and shrimp both had a kick of spice in them. The prices were decent, a dollar more for the peppercorn shrimp, wish they would have given me more. Pretty much typical fast food place. I would definitely go again.
