One day I found a long hair in my food and they said it was my, the food is disgusting and the worst service

This is one horrible place to eat I was getting soup for dinner when I witnessed the owner of the store recycled some basil from the trash unto the stock pile that is supposed to go to the customers, it was disgusting to see that. we eat there at least twice a week and spend over $ 60.00 on every visit. On telling him about he got very rude to me. I will report him to the dept of health on Monday morning. People can get sick eating there.

If I’m in the fairfax area, this is a place I’ll always fall back on to get some decent phở. It’s not amazing but it’s good enough to satisfy any phở cravings. The restaurant is nice and spacious so lots of seating is a plus! Also, it doesn’t have that super strong phở odor that lingers on your clothes and hair when you usually eat at a phở place. Prices are decent and appreciate that the phở actually comes out hot and not lukewarm.

I usually don’t review but this place sucks. Food is average but the service is horrible. The waiter was rude to us the entire time we were there and did not come around to refill our waters once. We tried to order appetizers first but the waiter snapped at us and said he would take the order once we knew what we were ordering which is ridiculous. There are much better phở places around the area with better service.

One of the better phở places I go to. Delicious broth. And the noodles are never too cooked. They also have TV so you can watch the football game on sundays.

I came here when I was sick and really needed some soup. The service was ok, the food came out super fast, waters were not always full though. We started off with the pork summer rolls, those were pretty good and they came with a peanut sauce that tasted really good, but I think a duck sauce would have gone better with them. I got the chicken phở large. It hit the spot, for me all phở taste the same and this was no different. Served with bean sprouts, jalapenos, and a few other things on the side. The only issue I had was the dark meat in the soup that was full of fat. I don’t like fatty meat much and I had about 4 pieces I didn’t eat because they were held together by tough fat. I tried a few bites of my friends dessert the flan and it tasted pretty good. I am not a huge fan of flan but I ate what he didn’t and enjoyed it.

Worst phở ever. The broth is horrible and not hot enough. The meatballs are bland. The staff is the worst ive ever seen. It took them 15 minutes to refill my water and then they gave me ice with it when i asked for no ice. Save ur time and money. Go to any other phở place.

I used to go there quite often and I’ve never been dissapointed. But after they re-opened the quality of food and service went down. I am not gonna go back anymore. Don’t waste your time and money on something you are not going to enjoy it for sure.

We knew management changed and shits gone down hill. Was one of my top Phở places in Fairfax area ever since they opened. Arrived, greeted, sat, but w/NO menus. Got it myself, no biggie. Ordered. Only one of 2 appetizers arrived before we had even had water, which was requested couple of times. Then one of our 3 entrees arrived, then the 2nd appetizer arrived(mind u it was summer roll.). Guess they remembered our entrees and arrived(2Pho) but forgot spoons or sprouts/limes/such. Phở noodles was beyond soggy, was to hungry to complain, whatev. BUT the extra bonus was the server decided mopped the floor behind us(no biggie) but the Clorox scent was so pungent that it felt like I was eating the chemical w/my phở. Never again. Last time ever. I’m sticking to the original owners of Phở Deluxe in Tyson’s corner.

OMG I just found out that these guys changed my bill again. I honestly think their service was really bad and waiters were extremely rude, so I really did not want to give them tip, however, I made a minimum of 15%, but, to my surprise, they charged me with extra 20%. They changed my tip!!! WILLNEVERNEVERCOMEHEREAGAIN. If you are OK with people treating you with bad manners and changing your credit card bill, go for it!

New owner named Kim who is very polite and pretty and the food was great. I eat Phở a lot and its as good as any I have had in the states in the DC area. Everything was good. Plenty of seating and spacious and lots of parking so its easy to dash in and out.

This has always been my go-to phở until now… The phở is now loaded with MSG. My noodle was way overcooked. Even with the large amount of MSG in the phở, the broth was still very bland. It was such a disappointment !

Came here for lunch and ordered the regular size chicken phở(Vietnamese noodle soup). It was pretty good. However, the broth lacked depth in flavor, it just seemed sort of plain. I added plum sauce, basil leaves, bean sprouts, a few slices of jalapeño, and a squeeze of fresh lime to liven it up. Very filling. Perfect meal on a cool, fall day. I also ordered the Jasmine tea which came in a metal tea pot, enough to share. Service was quick and pleasant. I will return.

Finally a half decent place for phở in Tysons. I didn’t even know about this place, but word of mouth got me here. Negatives– pricey, for 2 large phos, spring rolls, and 2 ice coffees I paid about $ 35 with tip. Prewashed chopsticks and spoon(yes this is a negative, I still wiped them down anyway). Premixed ice coffee. Where’s the genuine phở experience ppl? Positives– phở had pretty good soup, toppings, spring rolls were super crispy and the ice coffee hit the spot. Bottom line– if you need your fix and are in a rush, go to this place. If you have some time, head to Eden, golden cow or phở 75. Oh and parking sucks here.

They overcharge and lie about their menu prices especially on their lunch specials. $ 8.95 for 1 thin slice of chicken which they cut into small strips to look more. $ 3.99 for 2 small spring rolls. Their Phở chicken comes 7 very small slice of chicken breast. I am not yet exaggerating. I won’t recommend this restaurant to a friend. I won’t eat to this restaurant anymore

I really do enjoy this place! Some of the best phở I’ve had in the area… The things that sets this place above the rest in my opinion is the they don’t simply have just phở… they have a very exstensive menu… so if you’re not super into phở you should really be able to find something that you’d enjoy… The customer service isn’t the best here… but they do an ok job… The location is clean and is never super busy and your food arrives in a timely manner and is always fresh and hot!

Came here on a Sunday with the family for a quick bite before I headed to the airport. Nice décor, modern and up to date… I’m use to Vietnamese restaurants to being hole in the wall plain. We ordered: — egg rolls(had to order 2 order b/c 1 order only comes with 2 rolls. Was not too impressed because usually when I order it comes with big pieces of lettuce for me to wrap the egg rolls in and maybe some pickled carrots on the side, this came with a 2 inch piece of lettuce, more for décor on the plate than to eat) — autumn rolls(also not the greatest, I thought it have pork patties inside not the grilled pork they usually put on top of the vermicelli dishes) — Vermicelli deluxe(the shrimp was good on it!) — kid bowl of phở(broth was tasty) Maybe I’m use to West Coast phở places… prices were higher than usual to… food is just ok…

Very different experience than the first. My phở tasted burnt and the waitress was very rude. When I arrived it was pretty slow but after a while it filled up pretty quickly. I usually leave an empty bowl but this time I hardly ate any. I was so in a rush to leave that I forgot to order my bubble tea. Maybe this was just an off day for the restaurant but still one of the few places that sells bubble tea so I might just return for that.

This is definitely«Phở…ME». Phở Deluxe is located in the BowlAmerican and Arties shopping center. They are down the strip from my new fav muffin place(Cameron’s Coffee Shop), and they have excellent parking! The menu has a bunch of different selections including vermicelli and rice dishes, many phở choices, and some great apps! Eggrolls were our starter, then we had Phở and Vermicelli. I chose the beef which was did not taste as good as what I’ve had at other locations but I did love the flavor in the overall dish(cilantro, lime, sprouts). The Phở was not as spicy as other houses but the large bottle of Sirachi helped solved the problem. The dining area is huge compared to other Phở houses. Services was quick, the food was tasty, and the location ideal!
