Favorite spot for phở… the broth has so much flavor, and they add plenty of cilantro/spring onions which I love! They also have the best thai iced tea I’ve ever had(I was surprised too finding my favorite Thai drink in a Vietnamese phở joint, but it has a hint of a vanilla flavor which makes it amazing).

B1 large bowl 2x extra noodles. I have not been here in quite some time. They have raised their prices of their entrees, but extras have remained the same. I keep it simple. I would recommend them to someone looking for a reasonably priced bowl of hot soup on a cold and rainy fall day.

I tried the phở a few times and its good. The price is a little higher than Pho75 but the cost to drive there already makes up for it. The sprouts that come with it have always looked fresh… probably the freshest looking ones I’ve seen so far. Service seems pretty standard and ok. Nothing really to complain about.

Mediocre. Broth was more minty than beefy, the noodles seemed slightly thinner than standard. And there was chunks and strings of nervy fat all over the soup even though i ordered tai and chin(lean brisket). The crispy egg rolls were forgettable. I would not dine here again.

This place has very good phở selection. The phở broth is flavorful. The noodle is great! They give you a good amount of meat and noodles. I came here with my boyfriend and we would definitely return when we are craving phở.

I came here for lunch and ordered a large phở with meatballs and thit chin. The broth was okay/mediocre, there was so much noodles to fill up the bowl to make it look like the serving was a lot, and there was an okay amount of meat but the meat was cut SO thin it felt like I was eating scraps. Overall the food here is very average/mediocre. The service here is good but I wouldn’t come back cause I’ve had better phở.

Ate here a couple of times, mainly because it’s close to my home. The last time(8⁄8) I had the phở with beef balls and round-eye steak. The broth is really yummy. The steak is overdone even before it goes into the broth. Also the steak seemed a little strange for being well– done, the color was more white than red or brown. The price was a little on the expensive side for what you get.

Came here for lunch since it was close to my work and I was disappointed. Ordered phở and coconut juice and the glass that it came with had some residue. I just felt really dirty while eating there so I didn’t finish eating it and just left. The phở was okay, in my opinion. The staff were friendly though and the service was great but I wouldn’t come back here. The décor and ambience just felt like ehh.

I’ve never eaten Vietnamese food, it’s good, not great. Broth is great, but not even sure what I ate. Feeling adventurous come give it a try.

Easily my favorite phở spot in Virginia. I’ve only been once but it knocked every other place out of the water. The service is great, and the friend who I came with went there so often that the waiters actually greeted him by name and teased him about whether or not I was his girlfriend, it was a really friendly environment. I got the phở with meatballs and brisket and it was YUMMY. The broth was delicious and they had portioned it perfectly, so I wasn’t left with a bunch of noodles or a bunch of soup, it was balanced. Y’know how usually with beef meatballs you wonder what’s actually hidden inside, as if the strange smooth surface is deceiving you? Well that is not the case here. I could actually tell that the meatballs were meat. If I still lived in the area I know I’d come back here again and again and again.

Good comforting phở. Quick and good flavor. Could be faster in clearing tables but I am a regular. especially in the winter

We moved away from Fairfax… and Phở Today… in May. Our lives haven’t been complete since. Phở Today was our family’s second kitchen table… once a week we’d come in for that piping hot phở with tasty eye of round, or the pork with rice plate, or lemongrass chicken with rice(I always ordered mine extra spicy). We also dug their spicy lemongrass beef noodle and blood cube soup(Bún bò Hu). (And don’t forget to order the iced Vietnamese tea!) The people there are great, the food is uncommonly good, the potions are huge, and the prices are fair. I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been coming here for a while because the phở is good, but the service is horrible. The guy who serves always has an attitude and is pretty rude. Makes me not want to eat here. They need to be friendlier to their customers.

I love this place! Their café sua da is spot on, probably the best I’ve had and so I’m always coming here to get my fix. The phở is not bad. The noodles can be a little too firm sometimes, but the broth is pretty good. The coffee makes up for this for me :) Service is fine, everyone is usually very nice. They give you what you need and the food comes out fast. Good enough for me!

OMGoodness, MSG is killing me! The food is ok if you don’t mind MSG poisoning. I ordered Bun Bo Hue and my wife ordered Phở from here. We both felt sick with a headache and tingling body & limbs after eating here. 3 bottles of water later and here I am typing up this review. It’s the last experience you want to have after paying for a meal. I did enjoy the food, but did not like the feeling after. Avoid at all cost if you value your health!

Love this place! Tastes just like phở I had in Ho Chi Minh City. Pretty quick with the service and stuff is reasonably priced. Very fresh selection. Could do more with the ambiance as it’s kind of empty sometimes and almost cafeteria style but I still love it. Nice staff. Thanks!

The restaurant has great summer rolls and spring rolls … I don’t consume many of the soup options. They are average in phở comparisons The real issue is with the preparation of pork and chicken … The meat preparation is not even close to other Phở restaurants in the area . And yesterday the restaurant smelled like low grade generic marijuana ? Not a great experience either way I just moved to Charlestown Square and am trying to get my Thai going on …

This is my go-to Phở place in NoVa. The food is consistent, and I love how they include the sawgrass with Phở which most other places don’t provide. I normally order the phở or spicy noodle soup. Food comes out super fast and the servers are nice and gets the orders right(I always order a bunch of extras on the side). The manager is moody and sometimes sounds as if he’s yelling in Vietnamese to the workers but he’s actually just talking(I understand Vietnamese). I think it would be helpful if more than one person can handle the cash register but other than that I really like this place.

Phở Today is located in the hodge-podge of bland strip malls dotted around NOVA. There is tough competition in this area for the Phở business. The restaurant is adorned like most, florescent lighting, tile flooring, sparse furnishing of utilitarian table and chairs with quick service. I heard that the Bun Bo Hue served here was pretty good as was the Phở and had a hankering for Bun Bo Hue. The reviews were right no. The Bun Bo Hue was served as traditional as it gets. The broth spicy with hints of lemongrass and the broth was flavorful. It is served with a pig knuckle and some additional items are a delight for Asian eaters.(Non Asians who aren’t ‘adventurous’, in need of pig feet or blood agar then stick with the Phở.) The noodles cooked just right as it wasn’t mushy and slightly firm still. The phở was also as good. The meat to noodle ratio was excellent and broth also full of flavor. I think there is more Phở restaurants per square mile in NOVA than anywhere outside of Houston/LA. Many are okay filling the middling need by the population for Phở but amongst bland is a bright spot in Centreville. Phở Today is a standout with the dishes it serves. I will most definitely be returning back for the Bun Bo Hue and even the Phở.
