Yes this is a staff of ONE. She did everything from phone to samples. She was just the worker bee cranking ou the orders. I was a walk in, signed in and waited. If this was truly for medical reason then you would not be coming here. You go Michelle!

WoW! Chris reviewed this place six years ago and I thought it was a description of my trip there today! I waited about 30 minutes and only one person was served (again three people were waiting). After he came out, several minutes passed before anyone else was called. (In fact, I left before they had called the next person.) A couple came in with questions about a botched urine sample, and after a lengthy give and take they left, but not before rolling their eyes at me. There was a pleasant couple who were there before me that said they’d been there 45 minutes and hadn’t been seen yet. How long does it take to draw blood and how is the place still operating!!!

Got a blood draw from a lady who was working there by herself at around 8:45am. She sort of rushed along some people and when she gave me a blood draw she couldn’t find my vein correctly and stabbed me in the arm despite my arm being somewhat naturally vascular. As a result of her inability to properly give me a blood draw, I experienced bruising a few days later and subsequently I received inner elbow pain. The pain and bruising has persisted and now I think I have received permanent nerve damage as a result of her incompetence. I have gotten blood draws many times before and at other quest labs facilities. This has as a result turned me off from ever giving blood or doing extraneous blood draws. and I have type O+. Be VERY CAREFUL getting blood draws. I turned away when she extracted my blood. You need to WATCH your blood draw, because you never know when somebody is not getting your vein at the wrong angle and can cause you PERMANENT nerve damage! Phlebotomy related injuries are an actual thing!

Slooowwww and under staffed. Wow, 3 people there for blood tests, takes 1 hour. Only 1 person working, she was taking calls, paperwork, questions and doing the tests. find another lab.
