So apparently this location is closing soon. I went in to get something to go. After sitting for more than 5 minutes, the waitress never acknowledged that I was there and she helped 2 people that came in after me. I got up and left. I understand that they were understaffed, but be fair.

Dirty glasses. Don’t you think the waiter could have looked at the glasses to check them for lipstick before presenting them to the guests? It wasn’t hot and muggy outside however the air conditioner was running inside. And it was cold! This is one Ruby Tuesday’s that you want to avoid!

Went to dinner with my brother and sister in-law 2−7−15 at 7pm I couldn’t believe there was a wait. So we sat at the bar I had two draft beers and dinner. Both of the my glasses had a dirty crusty feeling as I held my beer. Salad Bar no big deal. Not even garbanzo beans. Ordered a burger done medium it was very rare. Not a very good burger for $ 10. Service was a bit slow and not very friendly or interested in making sure our basic needs were met.. It’s the little things that ad up to a better dining experience. There were three of us and we only got two menus. Do I really need to ask for another menu? The little complimentary biscuits looked like a cat had thrown up some meow mix on a plate and tasted about the same. Now if I ran this place I would pay some one to make sure glasses at bar are clean and free of water spots, would also have this person take a bit of the pressure off of the one bar tender so that service is faster and more friendly.

They gave me a free cupcake for my birthday, so that’s cool. My burger was free, because I signed up for their mailing list and they give you a free«birthday burger». That’s good too, because I wouldn’t have paid for it either way. Service was crazy slow even though the place was practically empty. Food came out fast but everything was mediocre at best, and the food hit the table before the drinks. How does that happen? We won’t be back.

Staff is unfriendly and not very attentive. The food is all precooked/refrigerated and basically just reheated in the back than thrown on a plate. I found a hair in my burger and pointed it out to one of the managers who basically said go screw yourself. However, our waiter immediately apologized and deducted our check. Needless to say I’m never going back to this place

First of all, I am a Ruby Tuesday’s fan. I will go this chain restaurant almost once a month. However, this particular one is horrible in their waitresses’ attitude!

I eat here often and find the salad bar well-stocked with a variety of fresh items. I recently have had the chicken & mushroom alfredo. it was flavorful and a large portion size. I also have had a burger and fries. I ordered the burger medium-well and it was done perfectly. the servers are always attentive and polite. Also, I really like their coffee.

My boyfriends fries were stale and not edible and when I called to order, they put me on hold then passed me off to someone else without any of the prior order information that I gave the previous person which made it awkward. Never again.

A great improvement across-the-board. I have always enjoyed the Ruby Tuesday’s menu and the food but the restaurant had appeared to go downhill a bit. However after my last visit I feel that they are on top of their game again the salad bar was well stocked and great. The service and food were great and the restaurants appearance was very clean and modern

Stopped in recently with a friend for lunch. All I wanted was the salad bar. Very disappointing. Most of the plates on the salad bar were empty or half empty. The pasta and potato salad were blandly seasoned and actually tasted like they had been sitting around for a couple of days. The lettuce even looked old-ish, and there was not much of a selection of items overall. I could see if the price for this salad bar was lower, but at $ 8, you can get a much fresher salad at Sweetgreens or Sweetleaf, or Panera, for that matter. My friend got a burger and was amazed how small the burger was for the price. The service was also poor. Even though the place was half-empty, service was slow, and the waitress got my friend’s order wrong. Overall, this place is a downer, will not be back.

Came here to grab dinner after a 90 minute ordeal at the AT&T store in the same shopping center. Told the hostess we had a party of two and she said okay and just stared at us awkwardly for about 30 seconds. I wasn’t sure if she was waiting for a secret passcode — always go with Banana Sundae — but she finally decided to stop being a weirdo and took us to our booth. Waiter was prompt with the drinks but we had to ask him three times to get some lemons for the sodas. We started with an order of Queso & Chips. It was barely edible. Being somewhat of a queso snob I could tell I was eating off the shelf barely re-heated queso. The chips were definitely stale as well. My wife and I both had the pretzel burgers. They were very good but it was probably the greasiest burger I have ever had. We had to get extra napkins to make it through the burger without getting prune fingers. Overall mediocre service with hit or miss food means we won’t be coming back. There are too many better choices within a 5 minute drive of this place to make this Ruby Tuesday’s a good stop.

Food and service was good but found white plastic strings in my burger or was it the onion skin? Waitress said it was onion. Was not sure but the pieces were too sturdy and perfectly straight to be onion. It appeared to be plastic strips around burgers before they place them on the grill. Giving two stars because food was not carefully prepared

I doubt I will ever eat at this particular Ruby’s again. The service was slow and the impression was given that we were a nusence, the food was semi cold and way over salted, and our reason for going… the salad bar, was absolutely disappointing. No garbonzos beans on the bar? Brown lettuce? Potato salad with curry powder, which had the potential to be good, but was just mealy and gross, sour ranch dressing… I just gave up. Our drinks sat empty. Server was pretty much MIA the whole time. We all know I am not a fan of chain joints, but I overall like Ruby Tuesdays becasye I love the salad bar. This location is one to be avoided.

GREATSERVICE!!! Last Wednesday we had an office bday lunch here and with ONE(awesome) server we did not have to wait for anything. We had water and silverware already on the table when we arrived, did not have to wait for our meals and were checked on periodically. It was great! We will be back for our next office bday lunch!

Last night was not an exciting experience for my family. We came to dinner at the restaurant to support my daughters school. My daughter and I arrived before my wife. I let the waitress know that we were waiting on someone else and she took our drink order and asked us if we wanted an appetizer. We ordered drinks and turned down an appetizer and within a few minutes gave us our drinks. At the same time I saw a party of 4 sit behind us. For the next 20 minutes I watched our waitress walk around helping others, not once did she come at our table to ask us if we wanted anything or needed anything. My 7 year old was really hungry and wanted to eat. I turned around and for 5 minute I gave the waitress eye contact when she was helping other people hoping she would come over and see if we needed anything, no luck. Finally she got close enough and I told he we were ready to order if she had time to take our order. She walked away to finish doing what she was for another party and came back. I mentioned to her for 20 minutes we have been waiting for her to come take our order. I told her that I have been looking around at her for 20 minutes helping other people and have been trying to get her attention and she got snippy with me saying«well you said you were waiting on someone else» I said well you never checked back with me. Things could have changed and the other person who was planning on meeting us may have cancelled. I told her at any rate I have a child here and she is very hungry and I want to order something. After 10 minutes she brings my daughters dinner which I was happy she brought it out before mine to make her happy. Then another 10 minutes pass and finally my dinner comes out. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp with mashed cauliflower and zucchini. First thing I tasted was the cauliflower as I had not had it this way in a long time and was anxious to try it. It was cold. Not the slightest warm. I asked the waitress if it should be cold, not sure how its suppose to be prepared and she said it was suppose to be hot and took it away. I next tried the shrimp and it was almost hot, a good temperature, the zucchini was hot. I then cut into the steak and the temperature was fine, medium but it was barely warm. When the manager came back with the redone cauliflower I told him my steak was cold, and he seemed a little put off that I had another problem, he asked me if I wanted a new steak and I said yes. I waited 15 – 20 minutes for another steak, which when he brought out to me told me it was hot off the grill, but it did not feel like it was to me. It was much warmer than the other steak but still not hot. When I cut into it I found out why, It was no where near being medium, it was barely even medium rare. It was on the rare side of medium rare which explains the temperature. I use to work in a steak house, I know how to cook steaks, I know how you can test a steak for doneness and if the cook pressed on it to test for doneless there was no mistaking that the steak was rare/medium rare. At this point, I had waiting about an hour for my dinner, my daughter was done eating well before this and I did not want to wait another 20 minutes so I did not complain about the steak when the manager came back to check on me. Also during the time I was waiting on a refire of my steak, my wife arrived. I let her know the problems I had with the food, and she was reluctant to order, and I told her to go ahead and order that hopefully things will improve. The waitress took my wifes drink order. Never asked her what she wanted to eat. She came back with a refill on drinks for my wife when she saw the drink was half empty and did not ask her if she wanted to order. It was not until my wife went to the restroom, when the waitress came back, I mentioned to her that once my wife gets back I think she is ready to order. My wife got her food on a fairly quick response and we finally got out of there. We got to the restaurant about 6:15pm and did not get our check until 8:05pm. It took almost 2 hours for dinner. We could have left at least 30 minute sooner if it was not for the poor service. It had been a while since we have eaten at a Ruby Tuesdays and after an experience like this not sure when we will give Ruby Tuesdays another try. You can use fancy plates, you can change and update your menu, but when you have employees who do not care about helping a customer your restaurant is destined to fail. In closing I am not the only one that night who had bad service. The manager commented to someone with my school that our restaurant night was a bigger success than they anticipated.

Classic lipstick on a pig scenario here. Ruby Tuesday, if you don’t know, recently redid the entire chain with new menus, ads, everything. I was optimistic and thought I’d give it a try, but it’s still the same old pig. The service was actually OK, better than what most people have described(and man, they have a hot little hostess), but everything about the place was just mehhhhh. After sorting through the brand-new menu, I realized there was some potential there, but the dishes just seemed bland and uninspired. They basically were just putting mango salsa on all the regular dishes to dress them up and charge more money for them. Mango salsa? That’s so 10 years ago, right? I was pretty excited about the chicken avocado sandwich and opted for that for dinner. I was also very pleased that you get TWO sides with even a sandwich and that the sides menu now includes lots of different veggie options. One of the things I got was the sugar snap peas. Hear that, Ruby Tuesday? SNAP peas! Yet, mine were shriveled and disgustingly overcooked. Oh, and the amount of avocado on my sandwich was ridiculous. I get more than that from Subway on my $ 5 footlong. They also now give you little cheddar biscuits(like Red Lobster, I think they’re owned by the same company), but they are overly salty. My girlfriend got the spaghetti squash with marinara. She said it was OK, but that it came out lukewarm and got cold quickly. Overall, we decided we probably wouldn’t be going back. We have the same opinion of Ruby Tuesday that we had before they put lipstick on everything. I’d recommend if you’re curious about the changes… just realize they are all cosmetic and save yourself the disappointment.

When it comes to chains && franchises, it all boils down to the service and hygiene(what’s the point of me describing a Big Mac from McD’s at location X when they’re the same crap everywhere). I don’t remember the server’s name, but he stands 5’10, plump-built, either dirty blond or strawberry blond. It was a Wednesday night, and his section was the left corner front of the house(basically you make 2 left turns after the entrance). 1] Both of the water glasses had leftovers either stuck on or floating around in the glass(I’m guessing from a fruity cocktail). We politely asked the server to replace it, and he rolled his eyes as he snatched it off the table.(EXCUSEME but would YOU drink that shit?!) 2] He made his statement when he had someone else running our food, refilling our water glasses, and bussing our plates. He did occasionally check up on all of his tables, but turns his back and walk away when within our vicinity. 3] So after having the dickface blatantly ignored us throughout the entire meal, he pops up out of nowhere with the check(Oh THERE you are!!) The most awkward part of all was when we were skimming through the menu after giving him our drink orders(Why are you standing there. Go Away!!!) The kid has no excuse for feeling annoyed. I’m not one of those high maintenance bitchfaces who ask 21 questions and make the server run 21 laps around the restaurant, fill up on the free shit, and then complain to the manager«Why is the server annoyed». No. I get it if service is not great due to rush hour, staff shortages, or noob-in-training. But not checking for glasses stuck with crap in the first place. Whose fault is that. The Steak is pretty good, I’ll just remember to go to another Ruby Tuesday.

If you like salad bars and burgers then Ruby Tuesday offers a good option — although they did just pare down the selection quite a bit. If you seek out the combinations section of the menu, you will find that sliders(beef, turkey, or buffalo chicken) paired with unlimited salad bar is priced under $ 10. This is Ruby Tuesday’s sweet-spot and in my book a $ 10 gem. If you are hungry, get a full size burger and add a salad bar for $ 3. Don’t forget you can use the salad bar to beef up the fixings on any sandwich. Outside of this sweet-spot, avoid seafood, steak, and pasta selections. The recently added brunch is also not impressive.

I actually like this chain, but this particular restaurant was icky. First off, our table was not cleaned well(still crumbs and debris). I then went to the salad bar where I had to dig down to plate number 4 to find a clean one – I know, I should have left then and there. My salad was fine, until I found the HAIR in it. Or, more precisely, the hair in my MOUTH from my salad. I didn’t throw up, which is a miracle in it’s self, I just waited for my husband to finish his meal before telling him. Seriously, why have us both have a lousy experience? I mentioned it quietly to the waitress when she came to collect her plates. She wasn’t rude, but she pretty much blew me off by saying«Oh, we really can’t control the salad bar like we do the kitchen». Seriously? That’s it? I wasn’t sniffing around for free stuff, and it something like a free drink or free dessert had been offered, I would have politely declined. I’m still a fan of the Eisenhower Avenue restaurant, but I’m going to steer clear from the one on Fairfax Boulevard from now on. Blech!

Not a fan of this place. The service is so-so, the food just doesn’t meet expectation. Mediocre, bland, or over-salted to try and compensate for lack of flavor. Every time I come back here, which isn’t often, I remember why I don’t come here…
