We ordered glasses and did eye tests for my daughter and they charged the insurance company several hundred dollars and we paid out of pocket over $ 100…the next few days, the mall told us they closed. It’s one thing to close, it’s quite another to take your money and then close. There should be some major consequences for the optometrist who owns that store.

Nice clean store, a bit cramped though. Store feels as if it’s been sandwiched in.
I’m on the hunt looking for new eyeglass frames for my new prescription lenses. I’m currently making a «window shopping trek» all over NoVa.
My friend and I went here to check out their frames. The staff kept asking me for help, I said I was fine, instead of leaving us alone to look at the frames. They started asking my friend a series of questions. They are trying to sell sell sell.
They were hell bent on selling. So we ended up leaving the store. We understand you are trying to make a living on commission sales and all. Would be nice if they just turned down the aggressiveness when it comes to making a sale ASAP.

I’ve have several optometrist in the past but none are as good as this place. Dr. Au is very thorough and details with the check ups. I’m so happy with my results I brought in my whole family. They all get a very accurate results and are super happy. That’s why every year we only go to him. I highly recommend this place. The eye glass reps are super nice and very helpful too. They are very patient even when my mom had her glasses adjusts so many times but they never show irritation towards her. Overall this place is great!

AWFUL. Disorganized and don’t speak English. They’re prices are higher than anywhere else … I’m amazed they stay in business … Run away … Fast…
