Nice enough staff but when I told them my phone was defective and I had insurance, they said it would cost me over $ 100 to submit claim. Then they tried to convince me to upgrade my phone that would cost me $ 300. I left and went to official Verizon store and within 10min they replaced my phone for no charge.

Fairfax, VA
This location is actually inside the BJ’s Wholesale Club store, but you don’t need to be a member to use it. The other Verizon Wireless store in Fairfax City usually has a long wait time, but this location typically has no wait at all, which is fantastic. The staff here seem to have a good idea of what’s going on and were able to answer my questions.
I assumed they were one of those «authorized retailer» stores, but this is an actual official Verizon store. It’s kind of hidden away, but it’s was a good find for me.
It seems like they have a smaller selection of handsets there at the location and I don’t think they can do major repairs to phones, but I’ve used them for buying accessories and making changes to my wireless plan. I recommend this place to others who don’t want to stand around waiting at the other locations.
