I usually never write a review for a super fast food restaurant like Wendy’s. But wow! I just had to after the surprisingly amazing service and food I got from the drive thru!
I got a burger and fries and the workers were all so friendly, nice, AND FAST. Got my food in a second and when I opened it up, it was so beautiful — like the perfect look it has on a commercial. Lol sounds stupid but it really is the little things that make these places stand out and I was allllll for it. :) Thanks Wendy’s.

This place is beyond horrible. The staff is completely incompetent. I live close by and come by late night occasionally. My order is wrong consistently and there is nothing to it. They constantly forget napkins, condiments, etc. They have shorted me on my change several times too. Unacceptable even for a Wendy’s. F THIS PLACE

Surprising enough I loved thei spicy Caesar salad. However, a friend of mine informed me that their nuggets had changed so I had to try them out and OMG STAYYYY AWAY! I felt like I was eating a sponge. Instantly got a stomach ache and all went in the trash :-/​I hate wasting food but had no choice.
I think the only good thing at Wendy’s is their salad. What has happened to this place :-(I used to think they had the best nuggets and I used to recommend them to everyone and now, THIS! Ugh!

Eat great, even late. The drive through at this Wendy’s was still open at 10:55 and I was probably the last customer that they had of the day. But I was hungry and this was here.
The gal working the ordering board seemed a little confused at a simple order. I don’t know if that was the same gal working the window, who was a bit more together and put my order together. Junior cheeseburger deluxe and 6 piece nuggets. Not hard.
As you can see from the picture, it was an interesting method of putting the onion on the small burger with a very large piece of lettuce. The beef was not very fresh and had a tough texture. End of the day, I guess. The nuggets were fine.
Maybe this is what happens when the restaurant is closing in five minutes. Try it earlier and it might be better?

Oh boy, not a pleasant experience here. Drove away with a fairly large takeout order and realized 10 min later that they forgot several items, almost like they had one whole bag they forgot to give me. I realize it’s my fault for not checking before I left the restaurant. Called to inquire about my missing items and had the pleasure of talkiong to the most dismissive, confrontational manager I’ve ever experienced. Luckily this particular location isn’t my local Wendy’s; glad I have alternate Wendy’s locations to choose from.

I visit this Wendy’s on my lunch break from time to time. It’s a pretty standard location with nothing special to note.
The inside is normally clean and has plenty of seating. They have TVs in the seating area and I like the Wendy-​vision that they put on.
The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great and other times they’re way off. I’ve had to wait too long for my food which is key to these places. The staff can be nice, but sometimes they act like I’m bothering them.
The drive thru can be crazy long during the lunch hour, but they do a pretty good job of keeping it moving. I like to come in the off hours to ensure a short wait.
Also the parking lot can be full at times which is a bummer when you want to avoid the long drive thru line.
*This business is gun carry friendly.

AWFUL! Worst Wendy’s I have been to. I unfortunately have few options due to where I work so I almost have to go here if I am craving Wendys. They ALWAYS forget something. If it is not ketchup, its the straw, if its not the straw it is the salad dressing. But make sure and dont ask for ketchup or they will give you so much attitude!

On April 14th, 2013. My card got charged twice for the same order. ($ 8.16×2)
I spoke to manager (Kahn) about it today and he said he would look into it.
Turns out, the person behind me in the drive thru had the same amount due therefore causing the lady at the register to swipe my card twice (1 for my order, and for the person behind me for some stupid reason)
I will not be refunded the money cause the manager (Kahn) believes I purchased both orders, he ran through the order details, and I clearly started that the second order was not mine !!! If both orders were mine, wouldn’t my card be charged in the amount of $ 16.32?
I am mad, but then again, it is only $ 8.00, but this Wendy’s will never see my business again.
Teach your cashiers how to swipe credit cards correctly!

It’s what I would expect. The service was fair at best, the food was mediocre, but I was in a rush and got everything quickly. It wouldn’t be my first (or second, or fifth…) choice most of the time, but it came through in a pinch. And I find Wendy’s to be superior to its direct competition, so call it 2.5 stars.

It’s ok. The Spicy chicken was the smallest one I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s which is very disappointing. Plus they are more expensive than a typical Wendy’s and the outdated style doesn’t make up for it. Food was fine.

If you order enough to-​go or at the drive thru, they WILL give you a shopping bag to carry your food. Yes — a shopping bag reminiscent to the paper bags you see at the shopping malls. My family ordered THAT much food that constituted the need of a large shopping bag at Wendy’s.

This has to be the worst Wendys ever. The staff doesn’t speak english, which is the first problem, but they’re also rude about it. I ordered a 4-​piece chicken nuggets from their value menu, which the guy at the window misheard as 4 separate orders of chicken nuggets. When he tried to hand me a much larger order than I had made I very politely said no and that I only wanted one. He then had the nerve to very rudely and loudly demand that I take all four and demand that I pay for them. So I just drove away without taking my order or paying.

I eat here for lunch about twice a month. My favorite sandwich is the Ultimate Chicken Grill, which has a full chicken breast, tomato, lettuce and honey mustard dressing. Recently I had a similar sandwich at Chick Fil A and it was half the amount of chicken. The fries are very good too although I liked the old ones better.
The service is fast and friendly. The place is spotless, thanks to a little old lady who cleans the tables, etc.
My latest favorite is the BLT Cobb Salad … very filling and well presented. The dressing is delicious. My husband had the Baja Salad and he enjoyed it too. I think their salads are better than Panera because they use mixed greens instead of just iceberg lettuce.
