So… My husband wanted to get fast food… So we stopped by here to pick up some.
First off we went through the drive through. Which moved pretty fast. But once we got to the window it took forever for them to give us our order. Then once my husband got his drink we noticed it was straight up water. He order a lemonade. Come to find out they ran out. So instead of just giving him a «premium» lemonade they gave him a fruit punch…
We pull off… Next thing my husband notices they left out one of the burgers he ordered. So we had to turn around. My husband requested that they remake the food fresh, and they gave him a hard time about it. Long story short they gave him his food fresh… But I’d never come here again… The service is piss poor.

Absolutely horrible!
Took forever to get my order and then I drove away with SUPER COLD/SUPER OLD fries! Ugh… My sandwich was really cold too. Then I had to drive back and wait in their unnecessary long line again for no reason!
Seriously what was I waiting that long for? For them to go Kill the cow and just through it cold in between two cold pieces of bread and give me 10 year old fries left out in this winter weather???
THERE WAS NOOOO REASON FOR THAT LINE!!!
Why??? Why must you let me down Wendy’s???
Always a bad time! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER go thru a Wendy’s line anywhere!

NEVER AGAIN! This new Wendy’s was almost empty at lunch hour, and now I know why. The sullen teenager gave me the wrong dressing and didn’t ask if I wanted anything in my coffee. Incredibly, the only choice of dressings for side salads was lemon Caesar or ranch; apparently you have to buy a big salad to get vinegrette.

I was hoping their asiago chicken ranch club would have ranch seasoning but instead it is just ranch dressing piled on there. I paid $ 9.09 for that crappy sandwich and a warm strawberry iced tea… and they forgot my free keytag frosty.

Did drive-thru at the new location off Braddock. No lines in drive-thru but it took 3 attempts to get my order corrected. Once I got to the window, order was wrong. I wanted a cup of chili with my burger orders. SO, I ordered one at the pay window and kept the incorrect chip/chili order, so I paid additional big bucks for the chili. Got home, and didn’t expect this but NO CHILI in my bag! Instead I got someone’s bacon cheese burger… so lesson learned, triple check your to-go bags, even though there are cars in back waiting…
