Let’s start by saying I am a big Arby’s fan. We just stopped in at this Arby’s(I have eaten here many times before) and we walked out before ordering. We were shocked by the manager working the cash register. He was extremely rude to all his employees when it was clear he had no idea how to work the register. After 10 minutes of waiting to order we walked out… disgusted by his behavior. There was no apology to his customers or his employees for his actions. This is one Arby’s I won’t be visiting again.

Great regular roast beef sandwich! Meat was hot and bun was warm, soft and fresh. With Arby’s sauce and Horsey sauce, an Arby’s Roast beef sandwich is a yummy treat.

While we were there 3 people complained about cold food. My chicken sandwich was cold and when I complained I am pretty sure they just refried an old patty because they served it quick and it was extra greasy and tasted bad. The bacon was cremated and tasted like it had been sitting a long time. Worst Arby’s experience I have ever had and I usually like this chain.

I am giving this 1 star to be nice. I went through the drive through tonight and while waiting for my food, after I had paid. My grandson and I watched one of the staff members filling the backside of the soda machine with ice. Problem to do it she had to stand on the service counter as it is to high. She did not come back and sanitize the counter when done. Needless to say this is the last time I will eat at this Arbys.

I knew there was a reason why I do not eat here. Today just reconfirms why I stay away. I was lured here because of my love of bacon. Arby’s was playing very heavily a commercial for a BLT that was stacked Hella high. On a bun. It looked delicious, and I told myself the next time I was in the area I’d get one. So, I was in the area, and decided to get both myself and my son a BLT, because he shares my same love of bacon. I get up to the speaker, and didn’t see the sandwich I was talking about on the menu. But I asked the person at the speaker if they still had that BLT sandwich. She said yes. So, I proceed to order two combos with curly fries and potato cakes on the side. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it was a cold, non toasted, regular bread sandwich. The bread was thicker than the layer of bacon. Matter of fact, the tomato was thicker too. Needless to say, I just ate the paltry serving of bacon that they gave to me out of the sandwich. The curly fries were decent, the potato cake was thicker than a hash brown, and I only ate a couple bites of that. I won’t be going back to Arby’s, because of the deceptive advertising and mediocrity of their«meats» portions. Yeah. Yall got the meats alright. Ol stingy butts. Worse waste of $ 20 I ever spent.

The Arby’s was dirty! The soda machine had two sodas out of order. They were out of jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks and Arby’s sauce for pete’s sake. Never again. So sad, used to be decent!

Arby’s food can’t help but be delicious but this store needs a new manager or owner. I live near here and my family loves Arby’s, so we’re here pretty often. Our order is screwed up about half of the time. They are SO slow. Even though the place is empty, it still always takes forever to get your food. The full posted menu is never available. They are always out of something I want. Specifically, kids meal items like yogurt, milk, and chocolate milk are often unavailable. The yogurt has never been available, despite being always on the menu. Yesterday at 6:30pm, no cherry turnovers. The older woman who is there a lot(I think she and her husband are the managers or owners) is super unwelcoming. A smile once or twice might go a long way but we’ll never know for sure. Like others have posted in photos, the place is overdue for an upgrade or at least a cleaning. Everything looks old and dirty.

I will never eat here again. As a matter a fact I will never eat at another Arbys again do to the fact that they refused service to a female Police sergeant. The employee that refused service was not fired. I have also sent emails to there corporate office. I know this incident did not happen at this Arbys but it shows you what type of business they run do the fact that the employee was not fired on the spot.

I like Arbys but the service at the Fairfield Arbys sucks! They messed up my order by putting bacon on my sandwich when I said NO bacon… I had drove all the way home and had to return. I would recommend going somewhere else.

We drove from Martinez, on our way to a concert in Sacramento and made sure we stopped by this restaurant. We love the roast beef sandwiches. we have always ordered them and paid the .50 cents for added cheese along with buying a few sides of cheese as well.(Also .50 cents) this time we had a new employee who added a slice of cheddar instead. No big deal right? Well, when we went back up to the counter, the manager came over. He not only chastised the kid in front of us for the mistake but then told us that it would be very expansive to add the other cheese. He offered us 2 sides of cheese and told us that there is twice as much cheese in the side than if they put it on the sandwich.(For less? Hhmmm… considering the side came in a container that had to cost more than just squirting on the meat) He gave us 2 containers of cheese which were worth $ 1. He then told us that the container has two squirts of cheese but had we ordered it on the sandwich it would have only given us one squirt of cheese. He asked if we wanted him to take the slices off our sandwiches. Not wanting them to take my food into the back where I couldn’t see it, I said no I would do it. He reiterated as we walked away to «be sure and take the cheese off.» He then waited a few minutes and walked by us slowly. I can only assume to make sure that we were taking the cheese off that we paid for but didn’t want. What a moron. No wonder there was no one in this restaurant. Since when is two pumps of cheese in a plastic container with a lid cheaper than one pump of cheese on a sandwich? He was rude. The only reason I gave it two stars it’s because I love Arbys so much. But the moral of the story must be; order your sandwiches without cheese and pay the 50 cents for the side in a container that according, to this manager, is enough for two sandwiches and save yourself some money.

We were just here two days ago. Today’s date is March 9, 2015. After a long day of training, we stopped by here for a late lunch. The sandwiches we ordered were not as sumptuous as the ones we had 2 days ago. Cheese was missing on #4. My hubby went back up to the counter and inquired about the missing cheese. The lady named Sukhi said we ordered #1 and #1 is Roast Beef sandwich with no cheese and no dressing at all — just roast beef slices in between 2 slices of bread. But we showed her the receipt and we paid for #4 Combo which cost more than Meal #1. Anyway, I said perhaps they could just give me the cheese and leave it at that. Sukhi won’t budge. And no refund of the difference between the wrong sandwich given to us and #4 either. I told my husband to let it go. This is embarrassing enough for a couple of bucks. Just donate the difference to their business so they can hire the extra help they need in their store. Lol! They definitely need a janitor to clean their restaurant on a daily basis. The floor is dirty and doesn’t look like it has seen a mop. I said this because the same remnant of food under the table from where we sitting two days ago is still there. I noticed the floor in the store overall has not been mopped. It is just plain dirty! Additionally, this time I took pictures of their decorations of artificial plants and flowers. It may not show on the pictures I took but they are actually out of season and so thick of dust! The restroom is even worst and simply nasty! For a few bucks they can hire someone to clean their place. But they are so stingy they won’t adjust to the difference in our money and they won’t hire someone to keep their place clean. We are 2 weeks from Spring and the Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations should have been taken down long time ago already. And most of all, wash those artificial plants and keep them clean. I don’t think we’re going back here again. I like to eat in a much decent and cleaner place to eat. This one did not meet the standards of cleanliness in a restaurant. As far as the money we paid for a sandwich we did not get but was served a wrong one, well, we just let them keep it. So between the cash we’re supposed to get back and the dirty restaurant as it is, we lost our appetite and decided we will not come back here anymore. There are other places we can go to and at least enjoy a quick lunch! One star for them this time only because I cannot give a No star at all.

Bought an Arby’s meat mountain for $ 12 and was surprised about its size. I thought it had good flavor but the major complaint I have is why was the meat refrigerator cold??? That was just nasty to bite into something that cold with room temperature bread and hot chicken.

I like arbys. Not many locations in the bay area so when I’m in Fairfield I make sure to stop in. The menu keeps getting larger which having a larger selection makes it more desirable for those who might not want roast beef sandwiches. I stick always with a super arbys roast beef with a jamocha shake.

I went to this Arby’s yesterday and I was a little apprehensive. I was working and needed to get 20 orders filled for my co-workers. My boss told me to get every person’s meal packaged individually. I thought for sure that it was going to take forever and they it would get all messed up. This was my first time getting fast food for my job so I was very nervous. The employees that helped me were Sukhi B, Sukhi D, Santa, and Rommel. They could not have been more helpful. They quickly and correctly got together each order for me, telling me what everything they set down in front of me was. They helped me get drink holders and even offered me a box to carry all my orders. They made my job of picking up lunch so easy and they were SOKINDTOME. They were professional, fast, and efficient. I wish every transaction I had at a restaurant was like this. I was blown away by how helpful the staff was to me. I guess they probably got a new staff b/c they people were AWESOME unlike the other reviews. I only ate one meal, obviously, but it was good. The fries were crispy and hot. The sandwich had a lot of meat, I ordered a #3. I could have probably ordered a smaller sandwich. The turnover was delightful.

This Arby’s is not clean, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The food doesn’t taste fresh, and their prices are not consistent with other Arby’s that I have been to. No dollar menu, and many things pre-printed on their menu boards have been manually blacked out. Not sure what’s going on there.

Zero stars if possible!!! Went through the drive through and ordered jalapeño poppers with my meal instead of fries. The Indian lady had horrible customer service and was very rude. After leaving this horrible excuse of a restaurant I realized that they didn’t give me my jalapeño poppers. I returned to the said Arby’s and met with the same lady she was disrespectful and told me I had to pay another dollar and I asked her after your mistake, after leaving, and having to drive back do you really think I should pay you another dollar? She said yes and I took my food and walked out.

Arby’s is great! Typical fast food restaurant: don’t expect awesome service or quality ambiance or whatever fancy people expect… and you’re good to go! As they’re obviously famous for their roast beef, get the ROASTBEEF! Their Jr. Chedder Roast Beef dollar menu sandwich is great, and so are their special burgers!
