Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Ordered a large combo for my wife and I to split, they refused to give me a smaller cup. Had to buy a second drink because I didn’t want the ginormous large drink in my cars cup holder. The burger tasted like they scraped the onions off to serve it. French fries were cold. The drink machine was out of stock on 90% of the drinks. They were even out of catsup. On top of that it was $ 12 for a single meal combo and extra drink.
I never expect real restaurant quality service from fast food, but this was far worse than normal. I’ll never go to this Wendy’s again.

If I’d known we’d wait twenty PLUS minutes in the parking lot for food ordered and paid for in the drive thru I wouldn’t have come! We are on our way somewhere and ordered three kids meals and two adult meals. Got the kids meals and told to park. It’s been 20 minutes. Drive thru not even busy as periods of NO cars. Called the restaurant and told «sorry.»
Food walked out 25 minutes later… No napkins. No sauces. SKIP THIS PLACE if going thru drive thru.

Marvela is the manager. Went beyond expectations. Asked for a pen of all things. She not only served us our food but took time to go and find us a pen. Great customer service is hard to find Wendys but you found it in Marvela.

first off this exit has a ton of fast food. get your grub on. turning into the lot was a little annoying with the constant traffic and vehicles. leaving the lot was a bit more difficult and annoying. i received decent service from this location other than the ice machine was on low/empty and took a wile for my ice to come out. the guy behind me told the lady they were out of ice and she took care of the problem.
surprisingly the bathroom was clean and has a single lock for both #1 and #2. there is a deadbolt that needs to be pushed in a bit to engage.
the eating area was clean and the restaurant was quiet with only a handful of people eating there.
no complaints here

I stopped by here to try the pulled pork sandwich…$ 8.88 for the small combo… instead of the slaw it is supposed to come with it had lettuce… weird or what? Too expensive for what I ended up with… this is supposed to be fast food but I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. No wonder the reviews are awful.

Baking powder all over the burger bun so much it was falling off while holding it and also crumbles all in the wrapper took it back to get a new one and they gave me another one with the same problem! How do they think its ok to serve this? Awful

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever stopped at: out of ice, out of ketchup in both dispensers. It was 7:51pm on a tues evening. Not rush hour, service was very slow… Also messed up our order.

The drive-thru here is horribly slow. Today it took 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. It seemed like they were understaffed and it was probably the guy’s first day on the job. But still, my experience has always been that this drive-thru takes a few minutes longer than it should.

Ordered here for a quick bite for my son. The fries tasted odd. Made my fiancé try them. He said it tasted like they put sanitizer in it. Also, our sandwiches just seemed off. The Wendy’s on Texas had better food.

Been in the drive thru for 10 minutes, haven’t ordered yet. Wanted to jump out of line, but couldn’t. Won’t do this again, when looking for quick bite. Should be half a star given its a fast food joint. Need to revamp their procedures cuz this is ridiculous.
