There were only 2 cars in the drive-thru but it took almost 10 minutes to get those cars out. They needed to have them pull into the reserved drive-thru parking and bring their order out to them. I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar, I received a black coffee even as he repeated my order to me as he gave me my coffee! How hard is it to put cream and sugar in a coffee?

What can I say, its McDonalds. Home of the McNuggets. ;) I dont usually eat in here, but do my usual order to any McDonald’s Restaurant. They have the best McNugget Deals that money can buy, but be warned, this particular McDonald Location is very stingy about their sauce. Like, why just give me 1 sauce for the 20 piece McNuggets for $ 4.99+tax… I need like 4 sauce for that! And to get extra, they’ll charge you! WTHECK! Ummmmz… I’ll just leave it as that! Worse customer service ever! Ive never ever been treated such a low class citizen than any other McDonald place Ive ever been too… Even McDonald’s in Walmart does it better. #TrueStory

Who ever the manager on duty was today May 23, 201511:30am Honestly in my opinion is rude and unprofessional and lacks knowledge on city and local policies. Instead of worrying about real estate agents putting open house signs on their property or how the manager referred as «his» property. Based on their negative reviews on here, they should focus on improving their customer service as well as getting customers orders right.

Very friendly and attentive on the inside. I overheard the manager, I assume, training his staff. Very positive attitude. The short haired woman was very pleasant as well. My issue is they didn’t remove the cheese from my sandwiches, even though, I repeated myself to the girl at the counter. Unfortunately, I was already back on the road and out of the area by the time I realized my patties were smeared with that plastic like American cheese. I tried to take the bun with the cheeses off and just eat the good side but, apparently, that ain’t the remedy. The oily essence of the cheese was there every bite. I ate half my order and called it quits. I’m not a regular at McDonalds but I, still, expect to have what I asked/paid for in my bag. I called the store to let them know they dropped the ball. I get the well spoken manager tell me he remembers my order, the order wasn’t entered with no cheese and that this will be a learning lesson for his staff. Newsflash! A learning lesson for his customer, as well. I wasn’t given an opportunity to bring my shite cheese sandwiches back in for the correct swap and I wasn’t going to insist. The ten dollar mistake was a one time lesson for me and I’m not going to force someone to correct their mistake and risk the«grumpy customer special ingredient.» Great façade of good customer service until the customer needs to be served. Then it’s a politely spoken«F@ck Off» when they, so easily, could have made it right. You dropped the ball MacDeezNuts and the pleasantries didn’t satiate my hungry belly and/or cheesy greased palate. You got the second star because I did like to see a fast food manager encouraging and building a productive team. This could have easily been a four or more star review, but the way you handled your co worker’s mistake was seriously poor problem solving.

I’m writing this review based off the past two times I have been there. One time the drive through line was very long so I went inside to pick up breakfast before work. The older African American gentleman was extremely nice. My food came out quickly & hot. When I was driving away I noticed I lost my engagement ring somewhere between my car & the restaurant. I went back inside & asked the gentlemen if any one has turned it in & gave him my number in case someone finds if. He then searched the restaurant & the parking lot with me. Trying his hardest to help me find my ring. Even though he didn’t have to help me at all, he still chose to. To me that is excellent customer service! Luckily I found my ring in my Mc Donald’s bag when I got to work :) I don’t know the tall gentleman’s name but I really appreciate all his effort. I went there yesterday for a second time. I went in again because the drive through line was really long. The Cashier rang me up & the service was good. But the African American lady with short hair(once again I don’t the name) had excellent customer service. She was extremely friendly & made sure I had everything I needed. She asked if I wanted or needed anything & etc. I’ve read all the bad reviews for this place. I don’t know if she was going above & beyond so that people change their reviews. But either way she had good customer service & I was happy with how I was treated. I have yet to receive bad customer service at this location the past 6 months.

Tonight… against my better judgement I went to my local Mc D’s because I just love playing«Who’s order is it anyways?» The drive thru line was way to long so I went inside. And as always I was not surprised to find No Bacon on my(not 1 but All 4) Bacon Buffalo Ranch Mc Chicken’s I also missing a large fry and just like everyone else I looked at my receipt and sure enough there was my correct order neatly organized in such a way that makes me feel like Ashton kutcher is going to run up behind me cause there is no way I’m not getting«Punked» everytime I come here! The cashier Jessica is the only reason I would EVER consider coming back to THIS establishment again! Jessica has Great Customer Service and should be in some sort of management training course before she realizes she is to talented to work at McDonalds!

I would give this mc Donald’s zero stars if that was an option. Every time I come here drive through or inside minimum 20 minute wait. When did fast food start taking 20 minutes? The iced coffee is never consistent and please train the person at the drive thru window how to prepare the iced coffee before allowing them to work at the window. Might cut down on the wait times. Also teach staff what a medium iced coffee size is. I pay for a medium every time but depending on who’s working the cup size changes. Then when I let the staff member know it’s the wrong cup size they pretend they can’t hear me or walk away or tell me I am wrong. I guess me and all the rest of mc Donald’s are wrong. Another suggestions: do a better job picking shift leaders. It makes a HUGE differences. Today’s shift leader needs to be trained or retrained because I always have the longest wait times and inconsistency when she is working.

One word describes several experiences with this mcdonalds; RATCHET. If I wanted the ghetto experience I’d flash back to my past. Leave the trash at home while you work. Wash your hands and dump the attitude. Please get my orders correct they’ve been wrong the paat few times I’ve had to stop whether it be coffee or whatever.

Very effecient drive thru at this McDonalds. The lady that took my order was very pleasent and the lady at the window was super nice and friendly. I was happy because the service here is waaay different that the service at a McDonald’s in Georgia which is where I just moved from.

Hey they get 4 stars here for speaking understandable English in the drive thru window and getting the complex order right the first time without repeats or corrections. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because it is mcdonalds after all and drive thru food joints just don’t warrant 5 stars in my foodie book… Sorry

They messed up my mom’s order today. That wasn’t fun. And, it’s worse when they don’t apologize. Not very good customer service. I was surprised they didn’t have balsamic vinaigrette for my side salad. :( Probably the only things I’ll ever order is the Egg McMuffin, the side salad, the parfait, and the soft serve ice cream cone. The rest of the food is a fatty mess.

If I don’t have my coffee, I am a raging, lethargic bitch. With that said, I need me a cup of joe to start my morning everyday. The coffee shops around Fairfield are congested and overpriced(i.e. Starbucks and Peet’s), but my trusty local McDs always serves me up some bold coffee in about 7 minutes(drive-thru time). The employees are not super happy to be there, nor are they disgruntled… They are just doing their job like the rest of us.

This location would put Ronald Mcdonald to shame! For starters, I walked in and stood before an employee at the register for about 5 minutes before he even attempted to help me. He was counting his till and seemed to be recounting the whole $ 56 that seemed to be so difficult. Finally as his manager came up front and noticed several eager people behind me just standing around waiting for their time at the register to come, Derrell helped me. After repeating my order to this high caliber gentlemen, he placed the order and gave me my receipt… It gets better! I handed this rocket scientist my buddy Andrew Jackson to pay for a medium fry, double cheeseburger and two drinks totalling to around 6 pig skins. With my receipt, I got no change! After bringing this to emmployee’s attention he reached into his pocket and offered me a quarter! «No No No» I proclaimed handing him back the receipt pointing at the tendered amount. *** Speechless

My usual morning starts with me running late and a craving for an iced coffee yet do not want to be at the Starbucks line for 20 minutes so I then go to the closet MAC around. In and out in 3 minutes, I timed it! Service:They are very friendly here, like any other when I do order fries I ALWAYS have to ask for ketchup! WTF are we in a tomato recession too! Eat in: it’s very clean inside how ever they only have one stall so that is a bit of a down side for me, especially if you have a toddler that is in a rush to pee pee. Food: Like any other greasy loving burger, I never order but I do enjoy their iced coffee; coffee flavor, silly I know! and some fries. Did I mention I LOVE their Iced coffee-Coffee flavor?!
