Always get a double double animal style. Always animal fries. Always fresh and hot and delicious. Fast and friendly service. Extra pickles on the side.

In-and-out, usually. This is not one of the busiest locations I’ve been to, but, like many, the drive-thru can become a long wait, and due to the way the parking lot is shaped can cause a little bit of a jam. If you walk in, park in front of or behind the restaurant. Even if it’s not busy when you get there, it could be busy when you leave and then suddenly you’ll be stuck as a row of unmoving cars is too close to the back of your car for you to leave(if you’re parked on the side.)

This review could be for ANY In-N-Out, anywhere, because they’re all virtually identical. Which is the great thing about In&Out. Consistency! And friendly teenagers taking your order. I admit the burgers are SO good, but(cue the crazy health-freak hippie in me…) they are not made with organic meat(rather«all natural» meat, which means nothing). So that’s the buzz kill for me. I know it’s nearly impossible for a fast food chain to use all organic meat, but even if they had the option for an organic burger, I’d pay twice as much for it. For now, I’ll just take one guilty bite of my husband’s burger and let him eat the rest of the mystery patty. Milkshakes are super crave worthy(you can order chocolate, vanilla, strawberry all together in one cup — it’s called the«Neo»). I used to think the fries were bland, but now I get it — they just taste like real, fresh potatoes. I dig it. Definitely the closest thing to «fresh fast food» you can get on the road.

Need to start by saying this is not my regular location but since I was close decided to stop by!!! Burgers are always very yummy! But unfortunately gave it to 2 stars because as I’m sitting enjoying my food the cashier was helping a customer as the customer starts to walk away the cashier then said excuse me I forgot to charge you for the extra cheese $ 0.33 are you kidding me… Honestly I would just not even bothered. It’s the cashier fault for not paying attention and he’s lucky it wasn’t me I normally never have cash/change on me and I would have not used me my card for $ 0.33… Maybe next time use your judgement and make the executive decision and yes let the manager know after all it’s about CUSTOMERSERVICE.

I’m a fan of In-N-Out, but what else can I say? I come here when I want a quick burger. I haven’t had any bad experiences at any of their locations, including this one. I usually just get a single burger with onions, and I share French fries with someone. Once in a great while(when I need to pig out,) I’ll get a double double with cheese [oink!] Either way, they always hit the spot. Haha

Four stars for a fun time. The burgers are great for fast food and the fries are well above average. The 14 – 16 year old kids they have running around cleaning and greeting guests are charming and fun. You’re not at McDonalds, where you get the sense that the staff want to run off. I’m sure the kids here would rather be playing video games or whatever but having the staff make small talk was such an unexpected bonus. So, the food is good. Yes, we had a random nut-job yelling about the apocalypse but that happened as I munched on some fries. Thanks!

So I received an email stating that my review was deleted because it was«attacking» people at a personal level. Ha! In-N-Out & Unilocal please. The employees that I dealt with were incompetent and messed up a simple order. Not once but twice. So I must learn to speak«bro» so my order is understood :/

If you’re from California or have been to California, chances are you love In N Out! They are pretty consisent food wise when I think of and compare all the different locations of been to, so what it pretty much cuts down to is the service. I tend to frequent this location more than anywhere else due to the proximity to my home and work. It’s just way too easy for me to stop by after work to pick up my late night snack.(I usually work until about 11PM) What i’ve learned about this In N Out is that it doesn’t really matter what time it is, it is ALWAYSBUSY. I don’t usually eat in the store, but sometimes the amount of time it takes to get through the drive-through line is ridiculous! So I’ll just go inside and order my food to go. The employees are generally nice and helpful, but there isn’t usually much more interaction than ordering my food and then them handing my food. I like to enjoy some of their hot chilies with my food, and usually they have no issue giving me a little container of them. If you’re inside the store, there is a little bucket of them next to the condiments where you can serve yourself or fill up a little bag of them to take with you. I didn’t know this until one of the employees wouldn’t give me a container of them and told me that I could just get them myself. I don’t want to complain too much about that, but being in customer service myself, I would have given the customer the chilies from behind the counter while also letting them know for next time they can get their own bag of them over at the condiment station.

I mean the 5 star says it all! My fav. burger joint always delivers. This is the closest one from where I live and that’s what’s mainly what’s stopping me from not eating this yumminess everyday if could. I always get the cheeseburger combo w no onions. Anticipate the long lines in the drive thru during peak hours. But from my experience it isn’t long of a wait since it fast service.

What can I say? Since this is a popular chain restaurant and has limited food items, I can’t go into detail about the nuances of flavor in various dishes. However, I can say that I love In-N-Out and the Fairfield location lives up to the reputation of the countless other In-N-Outs: it provides great burgers and fries at a low-cost. You have to give the young workers here props. They work their asses off to give a ton of people good food and good service.

Doesn’t get much better than this. My go to order is a Double double with whole grilled onion, well done fries, and a lemonade with ketchup on the side. I feel like this combo can cheer me up on a crappy day lol.

If you don’t like In-N-Out…I have nothing to say to you. Animal style is my fav and I could eat this everyday for a week and be happy. Ready for them to come to KC, but I’ll eat them as much as I can on vacation. So delicious

I’ve been coming to this In-N-Out location since they opened! Oh man… The service here never disappoints and of course the food is always delicious. Californians know that they can never go wrong with In-N-Out, and this location lives up to their reputation. Parking at this location can be horrible especially during peak times, and I’ve never had a bad experience using their drive thru. This is the only location in Fairfield/Suisun, closest one after this is in Vacaville off Nut Tree Parkway :)

Boooooring. Nothing special about In-n-Out in my opinion. The lines are outrageous and the food is average. And yes I’ve tried my food animal style. It honestly just looks like somebody vomited on my food. Not appetizing. What I do like about In-n-Out is the freshness of the ingredients. Fresh lettuce and tomato, freshly cut fries, and beef patties that don’t taste artificially preserved. The service is just okay, Nothing special. Parking at this location is ridiculous. Good luck getting a spot when the drive-thru line is to the street and if you happen to have parked in a spot blocked by the line, TFB. Rude people are not gonna let you out. I will continue to come to In-n-Out simply because the quality of food beats any other local fast food joint.

You just got to love the In-N-Out simple menu. Ordered the number two combo that includes a medium drink, fries, and a burger with cheese. It’s straight to the point good burger as always. Funny thing is that I appreciate their burgers even more after trying their competitors offerings. There’s nothing really different with this particular location. The parking lot is ridiculously packed that’s for sure. We also managed to find indoor seating by luck.

It’s definitely no longer«fast» food lol good for them for having such a successful/popular business. I love In and Out but now it’s more like In-and –stuck I think once a business starts to do so well the system should evolve with it a little at least to make it a bit more efficient. Even if the adjustment is just for the rush hour. I have been in line now for 45 minutes and still not to the window, so I’m writing while I wait lol at least it keeps me busy.

Delicious! You can’t go wrong with one of the popular fast food joints in Fairfield! This is my go to burger place when I’m feeling I’m on the go. The fries are crispy to perfection and the burgers from the grill tastes consistently good. I like to order things from the not so secret menu: Animal Style Fries and Lemon-Up. They serve some other things too on their menu like the grilled cheese and protein style. Proof of the not so secret menu: In-N-Out is consistently crowded both on the inside and the drive-thru. My recommendation is to go there before the lunch rush hour begins.

May 26, 2014 Sunday — lunch 1:30PM 2 adults and a kid Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 3 stars Background — Been a long morning of touring the Budweiser and Jelly Belly factories. We wanted something fast and quick on our way back to Reno. Atmosphere — What can I say another cookie cutter In-N-Out. Just like all the others it is clean and staffed with teens. For 1:30 the place was packed and people were snagging tables way before they had their food. We got lucky to get a table outside as our number was called. Food Drinks — Barq’s root beer from the fountain. Appetizer — none. My Main Course — I always try to order something of the hidden menu. Today was no different but the one most people know about, animal style my cheeseburger. It was what you expect, it went down to fast. Dessert — none. Service — Cashier was good. He was working the cash register has he had his arm wrapped from the elbow to the fingers. He struggled a little with the credit card but what do you expect. Got order number 21, they were on 98. It went fast as they probably had 12 to 15 people working the kitchen. What irked me was I went to grab my two trays from the counter after they called my number and the worked yanked both of my receipts out my hand and crumbed them up. I did not feel like dealing with getting them reprinted. This would be such a pain if I needed my credit card receipt or the register receipt for work. Future — sure why not as I have been to a dozen different ones already.
