McDonald’s

Well first of all the service stinks and the fries get cold really fast. This is not all bad. My top favorite things are the chichen mcnuggets, mcflurrys, and shakes.

There is a really good individual there that is always kind to me and everyone. She is such a pleasant person and I see her working really hard. her name is Maxi Alvarez. I feel that Mc Donalds is really lucky to have her working there. Great job Maxi!!!

Other than some location based menu items, McDonald’s is McDonald’s pretty much anywhere you go. This McDonald’s happens to be conveniently located next to my work, so I tend to pop in from time to time for a drink, snack, or dessert. The employees here have always been very friendly, and depending on who is helping me and how they’re feeling, might even hook me up with some extra fries or some hot fudge sundaes for free! They recently remodeled and the inside is a lot nicer and way more comfortable to be in than it was before.
The one thing I will never get sick of from McDonald’s are their hot fudge sundaes! Make sure you get them with extra hot fudge or you’re doing it wrong!
As many of you probably know, McDonald’s recently came out with mozzarella sticks which I was super excited to try. $ 1.49 for three pieces is not bad! But when I opened up the box with my cheese sticks inside, I opened it to nothing but dissapointment. They were way smaller than I had expected, and were nowhere near as melty or warm as I would have liked them to be. I would say for a mozarella stick on a scale of 1 to 10, they were close to a 4.

Ick. I’ve been here several times. Staff always forgets things, the fries are always brown and cold, bathrooms are dirty, the iced coffee’s all taste the same as if they don’t know how to make it right with the different flavors, staff could be more hospitable and nice. The only reason why I’m giving it a 2 star is because of David. He is the only one who is super nice and hardworking.

For a very busy location during a lunch hour right off the freeway. This McDonalds is nice, clean tables and seat are kept up.(Wiped down) but it wouldn’t hurt to smile and make a simple conversation when you order instead of just saying «hi, what you want?» And as much as I hate being asked at restaurants it would be nice if I was offered a cookie or ice cream for this hot day I probably would of bought one.

Today the B-​Team was struggling. They had barely enough staff on hand to get through the lunch rush. We and another couple in the dining room could not find a clean table. We, as a courtesy to the management, mentioned it to the cashier who immediately DID NOT TELL A SOUL. We’re done with our meal and they’re joking around instead of getting their shit done.
Food was fine with the exception of the severely salted fries. Believe me, if I say they’re over-​salted, that’s saying something. I’m a salt-​a-​holic.
I do drive-​bys on my way to work at this Mickey-D’s. THAT team has it going on. This Sunday team… not so much.

Customer service is something they know nothing about. And the food was disgusting. They messed up our order not once but twice in the same trip. We only went there because the line at In n Out was so long… never again!

There is no doubt why Taco Bell is taking the share of customers from McDonalds. It’s called customer service. Order two meals through the drive thru and not a single word is said to me about how long it will take to get the meals ready. After I pay and they have my money only then am I told that I will have to wait seven minutes or order something else. Order something else? Are you kidding me! Then I ask what is McDonalds doing for me while I have to wait, perhaps a free soda? No just wait for the food and drinks. It’s called customer service, not my fault the restaurant is not being managed appropriately. Being a manager myself serving the general public a word of advise keep your local customers happy.

I’m not sure why all the bad reviews but we moved into the area very recently from across town and this mcdonalds is the closest to us. Every single time we go there, the staff is super friendly, the food is awesome, and I am mad that we ever went to the mcdonalds on N Texas st. It’s probably a good thing that we didn’t find it sooner, we’ve been eating there way more frequently. Usually mcdonalds is very hit and miss, good one time but horrible the next two times. This location is doing something right, keep up the good work! If all mcdonalds were this awesome, they’d be taking over the world even more than they already have.

As Leo Getts says, «They fuck you in the drive thru».
With large orders, try and make sure you got everything. Kinda impossible with this place because they have two drive thru ordering stations and it’s always busy.
I called back, on two occasions, and store Monica was the best. Only thing is, going back for something you ordered is time and gas consuming.

When we asked for fries with no salt they just refried the salted fries they had. so don’t ask for no salt they definitely don’t care. Also they never asked us if we wanted catchup or any sauce with our food. There’s plenty of mcdonalds around I guess we won’t be going to this one again. the food is horrible the service is not good. Everything about this place is just horrible… the employees there must really hate their jobs

Right off the freeway. 2 drive thru order stations. Nice!

Drive thru… ordered 7 McChicken and 1 large fries. Everything taken correctly and correct on the receipt.
When I get to the pick up window, the employee tries to give me two different orders that weren’t mine. When the supervisor came over to assist, he asked the employee what he needed. The employee didn’t know. I had to show them my receipt to figure out what order was mine.
I finally get the bag and drive home.
No Fries.
How hard is it to read an order tag?

Seems like it’s always disappointing each time I come here. Today’s bad experience was I ordered the new «Mighty Wings» by going through the drive through. I paid $ 4.99 + tax for the «Mighty Wings» which were 5 of the most puniest wings and legs that I have ever had! What a damn rip-​off! The picture at the drive through clearly showed large pieces of chicken. Mighty? Yeah right!
This is a real case of deceptive marketing. If I didn’t have to be somewhere I would have gone back and demanded a refund. Shame on McDonalds, shame I say! I really would have felt much better to have given my $ 5.00 to a homeless person. This is one MD location that does not deserve as much business as it does. I think they simply don’t care.

Bad, bad customer service. Manager LUPITA needs to step down because she doesn’t know how to read the McDonalds coupons. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star but thats the only way this review will be posted.

Again I don’t eat McDonalds fast food. But I’m a fan of there ice coffees. Had a caramel ice coffee this time around headed for the drive through.
Bad wait time so much for fast food service.
Took forever to get that Ice coffee. Thats all I wanted somebody must have ordered something special. Pssf. «it’s fast food». For heavens sake. :-p
And those ice coffees were over priced at this location.

I can’t believe I have to waste a review on McDonalds… seriously though– the people that work here seem to not care at all about customer service. The lines are long at the drive thru, the service inside sucks, cashiers are slow as hell…
Seriously, if you ordered a 6 piece nuggets how can you forget the sauce? Oatmeal in the morning to go… where’s the damn spoon? How hard is it to put napkins in a to go bag?! My wife ordered a hamburger with no mustard… why did she have to wait 10 minutes for you to make it over again?!
The 2 worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at in my life is this one and the one in Suisun. Get your act together, its sad folks at Fairfield-​Suisun gotta go to Vacaville for some decent service. Get your act right dummies!
