Stopped here for a quick bite. Today has not been a good day at this McDonald’s. First of all, I nearly slipped upon entering the premises. The floor was not wet, but there are no rugs at the door entrance to protect wet feet from slipping. Then as I sat on a table, the floor underneath was very sticky like someone spilled a soda and let it dry in time. There was this McDonald’s employee washing or mopping the floor. I noticed he never moved the movable chairs to mop under the tables. This explains why the floor underneath the table we were sitting on was very sticky. Secondly, the clerk who took our order was either deaf, hard of hearing or just not paying attention as she took our order. We customized our Quarter Pounder with cheese(no pickles) and the other, plain. We got our sandwiches with pickles anyway, and no plain sandwich as we ordered. Third, sandwiches and French fries were a bit cold. Fourth, I did not complain about the temperature of the food because I did not want to embarrass the girl who took our order. I think she’s new and management did not take the time to train her. Hope to have a better day here next time.

I bought a happy meal and the milk was expired. Then I went to the manager, she checked all of her inventory, and all the milk was expired by at least 5 days.

Came here to order coffee two times and they’ve unintentionally overcharged me on both visits. However, they refunded me the difference on both occasions. Mistakes happens so no big deal. Also, I’m glad they were polite during the refund process. On a third visit and going forward, they haven’t overcharged me. Management reflects on their overall business. They train their employees well as well as making sure mistakes aren’t an ongoing reoccurrence. I’m a fan because they were able to win my trust back.
