Every time I go to this location the works are unfriendly and rude when I asked for a fresh 6 packs of rolls they refused to sell me them and told me to get the ones from below that have been sitting out all day when I talked to Manger Carlos he said I can Waite 30mins mind you that it was 830 and the mall closes at 9 and you think there gng to sell the 5 pans of rolls behind him in 30 I think not I will longer be buying from that location again and for the to talk in Spanish and talk about is rude

Very rude customer service, charged you for everything. I ask to heat my Cinnabon give me the look and said Its hot already but its not :(. Will never come back on this location. So sad coz my kds love cinnabon.

My favorite Cinnabon place! I love the staff here. They’re all very sweet and they talk to me and ask me how I am every time I order. They’re very quick and the dining is very clean. I love stopping by here because my experience every time is excellent! I am a returning customer!

No complaints on this place whatsoever. Dining area is kept clean. Customer service is great. Workers love working there and it shows.
Cinnabon the mall staple doesn’t seem to fail. It satisfies that sweet tooth when you need it. It’s perfect companion with your favorite coffee brew.

Rude service. The cinnamon roll are so freaking sweet. Please have good costumer service. People eat out because they wanna be served. Not throwing food into their face and take the money dude

2 stars because Cinnabon is delicious. Nothing more due to the horrible customer service of this place and it’s manager who seems to hate his job and not care anything about doing the simplest things that don’t cost him a dime to make his paying customers happy.

I work at the mall so I frequent Cinnabon often. I won’t anymore. I always get the same thing, an iced coffee. And I pay $ 1.89 with my mall discount. Today I go and order the same thing and the guy in the black shirt, I guess he’s the manager, over charges me. He charges me $ 2.40. I pay the. Realize his mistake. Now I know it’s not a life-​changing difference, but it’s the principle. The original price for the drink is 1.99. I go to him and say «you overcharged me…» before I could finish my sentence he rudely interrupts me and says, «no it’s the taxes.» Now, I’m not the idiot he took me for and say“ok, sir”. Instead I say «you don’t charge 40 cents tax on two dollars.» He got mad that he couldn’t fool me and that he ends up looking like the idiot he is, so he shoves 50 cents at me and turns around. So rude! Don’t scam people and then get mad cause they bring it up to you. Shame on you manager, gross! I won’t be returning just because of the principle. And I will tell my fellow mall employes about this. RUDE, dumb MANAGER thief. He probably takes it to his pocket at the end of the day because so many people would not notice this mistake.

The ladies who work here are so rude! Bad customer service. Although, The product tastes great… they gave my daughter the wrong drink. She didn’t notice until after she had paid for it. When she requested they make her the right drink, they made her pay for it too! Ummm. No!!! Too bad I wasn’t right there to tell my daughter not to pay twice! They ripped her off! Get some friendlier, better trained staff!

Just tried the new berry Cinnabon. Was amazing! Loved it! The wild berry lemonade not so great. Tastes watered down. Not sweet. Not sour.
Have always loved Cinnabon. This location doesn’t post any prices anywhere. Quite irritating!

My wife won 2 free boxes of Cinnabon’s so I drove all the way from Walnut Creek to Fairfield to get them. I had called ahead to make sure they would take the coupon since it said participating stores only. When I got there the manager Mario remembered me from my call and helped me himself. He was a really nice guy and very customer service oriented. He told me that since they had closed the Concord store a lot of people from that area come to Fairfield. They were giving out Free Ice Coffee as well so that was lucky timing on my part. All in all a great experience.

I ask for a cinnabon and a milk. I for a bag and the lady rolls her eyes at me. I ask for a cup of ice cause I love ice milk. She hands me a foam cup. I ask for a cup with a lid cause I’ll be working and would love to bring my drink to work with me. She said they charge extra… Every time I go they never charge me for a cup of ice with a lid. It doesn’t make sense. So I put up with the foam cup and attitude. I get to the break room at my work and THERE IS HAIR IN MY CINNABON! I call and ask if there is anything they can do. So I call and ask for a manager. I really didn’t want to walk back. When they answered the phone I ask for the manager and they tell me the manager speaks spanish only? Okay… You gotta atleast speak both usually or be bilingual. Lol. Alrite I’m reaching my limit. Someone translated for her… They told me to bring it in. I start work soon and I’m too tired to walk back… Yeah no need for further explanation. Corporate:) I think if they were nicer to customers that come back all the time. They would have a line out of the store like all other malls that have cinnabon.

Two words: Caramel Peconbon. Yes, it has over 1000 calories, but it is definitely worth half of your daily calorie intake. However, I suggest you eat here in moderation (which should be a no brainer).

Their cinnamon rolls are sooooo delicious!!! They taste like heaven! I love the sweet cinnamon glaze they put on their rolls. It is hard to resist temptation whenever I pass this store! I would eat tons and tons of cinnamon rolls if I could.
Save yourself some stomach space and eat dessert here!

You can smell this place as soon as you walk into the mall. Sometimes you will get great service and fresh buns… Others, u will get the rude cashier who’s been on her feet all day and she will give you a bun that’s been sittin there for hours. Prices are normal. Cupcakes are gone and I never got to try them lol. If you don’t mind 800+ calories in a bun… Stop by
